We stopped coming here. It used to be a breakfast, mid day and late night staple for us. We live only 200m away. It’s not pretentious, their playlist is great, the sliding windows are the best. Then once a server who ruined our time here over and over again, ruined our time again when we brought our family from out of province here, we decided to not come back anymore. Fast forward exactly a year since our last visit, we tried it out again. And it was great! Our server was lovely and I enjoyed the peanut chicken salad waaaay too much.

This pub has been an institution on the corner of Denman and Davie for a long time. It is known for its expansive view of English Bay. We went on a Tuesday during Happy Hour. Their lager beers were a good value but the appies for Happy Hour were mostly out of stock. So, we ordered appies from the main menu. They were chicken wings, special fries and a vietnam roll. All were overpriced and only average. Ambience was just OK as was the service. i get this feeling they are not taking care of the place as normal. We have been here a few times and previous times were much better.

We liked this place we always go when visiting Van Great location Looking out towards the bay but you can’t see much of the ocean of course. However it’s awesome for people watching and the breeze and english bay vibe. Not very big inside and limited menu fish and chips-burger -just a few mains wish they expanded the menu to offer more choice. Two of the cocktails I had were awesome and the margarita was disappointing weak and no flavour for $12 even though it was recommended by waitress. Penicillin and paper cocktails great guess ot depends who’s mixing them.

Three Brits is a lovely pub close to English Bay in Vancouver. We found it to reminiscent of some of the more modern pubs we’ve been to in Ireland and the UK. Good music, great atmosphere, superb staff and more importantly, excellent drinks. The food seems to be receiving a lot of positive reviews and it’s a shame we didn’t get to try theirs. No complaints whatsoever and we’d love to visit The Three Brits again next time we’re in Vancouver, for both food and drinks this time!

Grand spot for a pint and to stare at the sea. Food was really nice for a bite with a drink. We had the a brussle sprouts dish instead of cauliflower as they were out and it was lovely!!! Went in twice, first time our waitress was a bit cold and not very interested, second time a young waitress served us who was very friendly and really had a great manner for serving, not too pushy but still. On the ball!

The Katsu Chicken sandwich is incredible! Tofu bowl very tasty. Location is excellent with great view of the park and English Bay (parking is difficult). Beer selection was also really good - something for everyone in our party of 6. Really busy on a Friday night, music quite loud that we had to really shout to talk. I think our server was one the bartenders helping out with service and he was quite absent minded and messed up things with our order and with payment, but super friendly staff!

Finally, a great place to watch soccer matches in Vancouver! Unfortunately, this game is not very popular in North America. It wasn't easy to get to this place and be surrounded by passionate fans. I was fortunate to watch the Champions League final between Real Madrid and Liverpool here. At all, The food is good, the seats are comfortable, the ambiance is fabulous, and the service is excellent.

I wish they could do something more with this place, considering its location and vibe, but there's not a lot of room to breathe. We only had the Brussels sprouts to eat, but they were pretty awesome I must say. The place is a bit unkempt, which is solely why we opted not for dinner entrees, but it's a cool joint for a drink indeed.

Excellent pub located in the heart of English Bay. We did enjoy a great deal the happy hour with the excellent service offered by Sofie . The white wine was exquisite and extremely affordable and the selections oh appies as edamame, mozzarella sticks and dirty fries are very delicious . A place to go back anytime. We had a blast with also the beautiful view and they are very good in following the social distance protocol and sanitization.

Stopped in for a late night drink and was delighted to find a Monday night special that had a discount on drinks (I think it was for between 12:00 am to 4 am or so )‍♀️ , especially my go to: an old fashioned . Didn't know they're open till 2 am on weekdays and later still on weekends . I will be back to explore their food and drinks further and really soak in the vibe , hopefully on a nice sunny day .

Hung out here for a couple of hours during the South African Celebration of Lights firework display. We bought special tickets so we could watch from the outside stools. As we sat here, we drank Guiness and Jameson/Gingers... which hit the spot. We also ate like kings. The Currywurst for an app was spectacular and the fish n' chips were good. How better to end the meal.... Dark Chocolate Praline bar!!

I love this place for many reasons! First, the service is great and you can get seated as soon as you arrive. The staff are really friendly and caring. The drinks are a bit pricy but the food is really yummy. I ordered the chicken Katsu burger and rosemary fries and it was great. The portion was big as well. Definitely going back with friends! They also have the nicest view

The atmosphere is appealing and the food is good. The menu could have been a bit more extensive. We relished most of the food we had ordered, starting with chili wings which was served with sriracha parm dip. The dumplings were juicy but the fried patty of the katsu burger was a bit bland. The staff is friendly and the location is great! More

Came here after a bike ride around Stanley park. The food options are limited due to a small menu, however their eggs Benedict is pretty good. Drinks are well priced and the local cider is delicious.

The staff were so rude since the first contact, pushing on us to order when were just drinking water and checking the menu. Asking like 2 times in 10 minutes. We left of course, if you are hiring someone to do costumer service at least told them to be respectful. Two blondes girls btw

What a great location to have an afternoon drink! Moderate beer selection with several craft options across different styles and some quality imports. Fast and friendly service. Just a great people watching corner on a perfect August afternoon. It was too early to eat but the food menu looked excellent. Next time.

  • Amanda Lawrence

We had a great experience here! It’s not a traditional British pub but we liked the atmosphere and service. Only annoying thing was people were coming in and holding the door open, so try and get a seat away from the door on colder days. Food was delicious and filling! We’ll be back soon :)

Post Donnelley era this place's happy hour is out of control expensive, $9 rosemary fries from 4-6 is not a deal. Good priced daily specials though, Weds $5 Guinness is a highlight, nice view at sunset Would recommend skipping and heading to park pub instead

Went for a question quick drink and food during happy hour. Place was jam packed and understaffed. Waited for ages for the food. Calamari came out cold so had to request another one. Calamari and dumplings were fantastic but the bao bun hardly had filling or flavour. Would definitely recommend the calamari!

Happy Hour drink menu Weekdays 3-6pm Got a nice patio area where you can enjoy the sun and enjoy the views. Food menu is reasonably priced. Mask is recommended but not mandatory (none of the servers wore them). Menu and payment was all electronic and done through a QR code, which thought was pretty cool.

This place should be good about 2 years ago. The food decrease his quality and the service is very rude now days. If you like to have a good beer, go to the bar across the street.

Beautiful view of the water from about half of the seats in the pub. Tasty Driftwood Fat Tug IPA on tap. The beer lines were clean & well taken care of. Friendly attentive servers. Tasty food. Try the sausage rolls. One of the best pubs to watch the fireworks in July at.

Great place, great people. My friends favourite watering hole and it lived up to its rep. The food was amazing, I would recommend the cauliflower, the dip is the bomb. Happy hour is also a great time to people watch. Avoid the chains, drop on by

Nice Pub with a view of English Bay in downtown Vancouver. Located across from the water it has some nice views if you have a window seat. It has typical pub food and happy hours. Can be busy on a sunny day but is a nice place to hangout.

  • Kevin Jane

We were excited to try what appears to be a new menu item at this restaurant, a short rib beef dip sandwich. When the sandwiches arrived, they were small, not enough meat to fill the sandwiches, but worst of all not sure what the watery

Thanks to Chef Steve, the menu here is awesome! Had delicious dirty fries, which are kinda like nacho poutine (way better than it sounds) and the pulled pork banh mi. Banh mi had layers of flavor and texture. And the view was amazing!

  • Shaun Hagen

Super friendly staff. Beautiful with the sun coming in the massive windows. Great service and food, managed to come in for happy hour specials and enjoy a few great local beers. Had a few TVs for some background sports. Great spot.

  • Neimar Alves Guerra

Nice pub and restaurant with nice views to the English Bay. Staff is very friendly and professional. Free Wi-Fi is available. I have tried the Fish and Chips and it was very good. They have also some TVs broadcasting live sports.

Great little neighbourhood pub right at English Bay. There's no outdoor seating, but the huge windows open up and gives the ocean breeze a way in! Tasty bar food and friendly service round out this West End hot spot.

  • Karl

This is definitely my favouritest pub. All the staff are wonderfully friendly, great range of drinks, food is superb and of course... Location, location... Well you can see English Bay so what more could you ask?

  • Matt Blakeley

Pleasantly surprised! I went for the all day breakfast and the quality of the food was unbelievably good, I'll definitely be back! Great value for money, half decent Guinness and a good vibe from staff …

Two chicken sandwiches to go for $35.18. Tastes good, big portion, lovely lovely staff. We have been eating here since 2018. They were closed briefly in the Pandemic. We are really glad they are open again.

  • Mauricio

Friendly service, cozy place, the chicken katsu and steak and frites were good but the place were very noisy because the tv sound was so loud and people had to shout even louder to talk.

  • Gurv

Service and food were pretty good, but it’s the view from the patio and the great pour of Guinness that makes the Three Brits a 5 star public house. The calamari is quite unique as well.

  • leesa tran

Highly recommend the BBQ Pork Belly. It was so tasty and crunchy. Definitely the best thing on the menu. Also tried the roasted salmon and quinoa and pork dumpling. It was average.

  • R O

Love the place! Great spot in the busy English Bay area. Fish and chips or burger is recommended. Friendly staff. Make sure you planned ahead due to long waiting list.

Had a great time with friends, eating good food and playing trivia! I recommend getting their short rib dip!!

A bit pricey and thought it would have a better selection of meals and beers. I liked what I had but it's a pricier option for a night out and a smaller menu.

Great service but the happy hour drinks were very average and not really for a younger crowd. Also—they don’t have outdoor seating, what a shame!
