Excellent customer care. A friendly saleslady greeted me as I walked into the store. Thanks again for your kind greeting. Loved the new summer sandals and such a very large selection of sizes. The displays were excellent and you could view each shoe at eye level. I was comfortable shopping at The Shoe Company and I plan to go back. There are shoes for every member of your family and each shoe is built with comfort and style in mind. The Sketchers sandals I bought were very stylish and comfortable. The entire sales team made me feel right at home. It was a pleasure to shop at The Shoe Company. Stop by and browse the store, you'll always find the perfect shoe or boot at The Shoe Company.

A moderate-sized shoe store(perhaps the biggest I've been in, actually) with a wide selection. Very helpful staff: I was given 4 different brands of shoes in my size to look at after describing what I needed. There seem to be some complaints about the pricing. I have to disagree. They are mire affordable here than Mark's, leastwise for my size. Foot Locker, Geox and SportChek are far more expensive than The Shoe Company. If you're looking for a replacement for Payless(like I was) then this is the place. Even if not I would consider shopping here based on lower prices for brands like Puma, Nike, Adidas etc compared to everywhere else that I've seen.

Not a bad place to shop for shoes! They have every brand pretty much you would want. Their is nothing special or anything like big deals. I usually don't come out with anything always looking for deals but you would.not find anything that is eye catching. If you are not on a budget though this is still a good place to buy shoes.

Sales rep was lovely opened the box to confirm correct size and forgot to remove security tag! Went to put them on the next day and couldn't remove it. Called and they told me I have to go back to the store so they can remove it.Lesson learned "shop online "from the convenience of my home!

Hands-on helped us He greeted us at the door and was truly helpful. He cared about getting my 4 year old a proper fit and was really good at listening to what was bothering him. He also knew the products very well. Way better experience than the dsw across the the road

I had a great visit to this store. I found parking easily and there was no line when I went to return an item. The cashier was very friendly and helpful and my return was done quickly. They have a great selection of footwear and the store was very clean and organized.

I came into the store looking for a specific pair of new balances I could not find ANYWHERE. Fuad was SO SO SO HELPFUL. He got them ordered into store so I no longer had to do any searching. 10/10 customer service. Thank you so much Fuad !!!!!!!

Bought some sketchers shoes from them and they have been going strong since still in perfect form. Sadly staff are hard to find when you need help, I almost gave up and walked out but glad I didn't

The only employee working on a Saturday with long black hair was laughing and chatting with customers in the language as hers and ignored helping me finding the right shoes so I left.

I like this place because as the sign implies they are a shoe company and sell shoes. Unlike party city, which is not a city and who will not allow any partying on-site.
