Would I come here again? NO... Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Bought a bunch of stuff and one of the employees (Teresa) didn't hand me all the bags after I had paid and left the store. Went home and checked things against the receipt, was missing about 5 items. Naturally called the store to see if anything was left behind, no one picked up even after ringing 5 times (was even hung up twice)... Had to call Roselands shopping to send someone down there to see why they weren't picking up their business phone because they couldn't even get through. Had to drive back and explain that there was a bag of items missing by one of the employees that served me (Teresa). She began to accuse me in front of other customers and employees saying "No you left the bag behind it was right there, I put it right there in front of you and you didn't take it..." and so forth in a condescending manner. Now I'm not one to write reviews but I've worked in customer service and you do not speak to your customers like that at all. No apology was made, was being talked back at by her, and she basically gave me dirties and starting complaining to other customers about the situation. Sorry Reject Shop Roselands, but please hire respectable staff with actual customer service skills or you'll lose your customers.

Would I recommend this store...YES! It's toy section is full of stuff and my favourite things to get are squishes! they're soo cheap with prices from $1-$5! I would definitely visit this shop again. One disclaimer is that the shelves are very messy in some places at the the back, I don't really think they clean that place out at all and things are being open and thrown around, but other than customer service is pretty hard to get and most of the time it doesn't help as much but I still love their collection of various items! ~ A highschooler :)

Worst customer service!! Came yesterday and bought a few items. I came to the checkout with a trolley and my daughter in trolley when I accidentally knocked down 3 aerosol cans! The attitude that I got from the young dude at counter that threw his hands up in the air, rolled his eyes and shook his head was disgusting behaviour! He found the wrong person to give attitude to on this day. Management should train young employees with customer care properly. This lad should not be serving customers with that attitude

Very good store. Nice enough staff. Very good selection of items especially storage, pet items and toys. Need more selection of giftware though. Wanted to buy a vase for daughter but only had one style. Which was disappointing. On the upside good grocery selection. I always buy soft drinks from here because the prices are better than anywhere else. Pepsi is only $1.95 for a jumbo bottle, Woolworths is $2.15. Good to buy in bulk. Will keep buying from here

Today I was at the reject shop and I bought some things as I went to the counter to pay one of the people working there told me that the bottles of coke were on sale, so I asked if it was out of date because it happened a couple of times before and she said no, when I arrived home for lunch we drank half the bottle i realized it was expired 7 days ago this is unacceptable and I will never trust them again.

This shop has so much stuff. You could spend hours mooching around the shelves here. We popped in here to buy some beach chairs to take to an outdoor concert. They had plenty in stock and at a very cheap price. We also needed picnic items and they had everything we required, of course we bought other stuff as well. You cant help it. Very convenient location in Roselands and great pricing

Today I visited The Reject Shop at Roselands, as I was after handle for a glass lid from a saucepan. Sandy of this store was most helpful, even though she had none in stock. However, Sandy directed me to a store that may have them.. In essence, the handle was sourced from Pots and Pans at Roselands. Staff members always are upset, they never smile, even greet customers. Also, twice I gave back some items because they did not work as it was supposed to do, the staff's behaviours were rude, also they never apologize for the inconvenience even if they refund me the money back.

Bad staff, most of the products on the wrong places when you get a product pay for it you found the price is different than on shelves, please be sure %100 even if you want evidence to take a photo by your phone and show them, check each product before you take it.

this store is the the worst store ive ever seen i went there to buy party stuff and the store manager lina was absolutely terrible her service was disgusting she has the worst customer service ever and walks around yelling at customers and team members

Always clean and mainly tidy.. however they will offer to sell u a plastic bag to put your shopping in.....biggest ripoff. Don't sell them put people's purchases in bag for free!!! Don't know how selling plastic bags helps the environment!!!

Nice big Regect Shop. Has a lot of things in there and very well priced. Great variety of kids rubbish, be it stickers or toys there is a great range of products. Store was surprisingly clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

i really wish i could give this store more than five stars the customer service is so amazing not to mention there product range just keep getting especially there american foods great price and such a great variety of items

The service was virtually non existant. I had to wait quite a time before I could pay for my purchases. This is not the first time this has happened. I am not sure whether the staffing levels are adequate.

Poor customer service, the old lady at the check out, doesn't even greet you at the counter, doesn't smile, doesn't say thank you. what a customer service! Makes me not want to go here because of her.

A shoutout to Charlie for going the extra mile and providing such friendly service especially as there were a lot of customers (it's a busy store and even busier given it is coming up to Christmas).

Great service good quality low cost products. Great for Xmas things like decorations for tree, house and even dressing up dog. Lady on counter that has been there for years, is always super friendly.

Jovi (Asian lady) on registers is so rude and unhelpful talks to customers like rubbish please remove her from the store hate coming here being served by her she’s a nasty piece of work!!!!!!!

Dude behind counter was more interested in hooking up with the chick next to him than scanning my items and answering my questions. "Do you have this?... I don't know, think it's back there"

Called this store 3 times in the last 3 weeks and not one call was answered. Never have this issue with Rockdale who are always most helpful.

Twice I’ve placed an order with this store and twice 85% of my items were out of stock and refunded with out a call! So sick of it!!!!
