I used to go to them to fix up my phones. But i am not happy with how they handled my problem. I told them i need to have my note 20 ultra back glass replaced, and they even said i can have it done today, i went there to have it fixed only to be told that what they ordered is note 20! I said multiple times, i need a note 20 ultra back glass. Before you order the item, can you please double check? Now you have inconvenienced me. Not cool guys!

I went to these guys because of the reviews! Am so thrilled with their services. I had to get Work Ipad smashed screen fixed, it was fixed in flash but the home button wasn't functioning as normal. Went back after a month and got it fixed without question or hassle, very thankful for their honest and reliable service. Love having confidence in a Phone & Tablet repairer. You guys will be our family's go to from now on!!

I left my iPhone and got it fixed in this shop, but at night time I dropped my phone again and same issue happened- blank screen. I thought it is my problem and I didn't pay too much attention until I brought my phone to a new shop to repair. The new technician told and showed me that some part of my phone has been removed, the metal parts have been replaced by some yellow plastic stickers. UNBELIEVABLE!

I was told by other shops that my laptop wasn't worth repairing as it was too old, but luckily I didn't take there advice and I took it to "The Phone Specialist" for them to do a free assessment on the problem, and once they had advised me of the cost to repair, it was well worth it! The guy who works there is friendly and was very good at explaining what my options were to try and recover data from my destroyed mobile phone. It really felt like a phone repair service experience and not at all pushy or giving a sales pitch like most other phone stores do.
