I’ve been using this laundromat for over a decade and through a few changes in ownership. Machines are not well looked after and are often broken down such that the last spin cycle refuses to drain and spin dry the clothes. Ownership is unresponsive to complaints of additional expenses to dry or rinse clothing. Cost of using washing machines have doubled and timers on the dryers reduced. Claims of using ‘new high efficiency hot water’ as displayed on window are false: water is always cold no matter the setting. Hot water is even turned off on the small sink in the back. Recently encountered new ownership and wasn’t impressed at him discriminating against minority, disabled patrons.

A great little laundry open 24 hours!!! For those of us whose schedules make laundry late at night a necessity. The new management has spruced up the place, it's always nice and clean, and the free wifi makes for an enjoyable, easy wait while things wash and dry. There is a locker based laundry service available for easy drop off and pick up. I wish all laundrettes in Toronto would adopt this model of service and convenience.

I like the fact that there is no person to person transaction to be made. It's a very straight forward approach to full service laundry. As for the woman who made the ignorant comment about the "homeless" person. I feel for you, you poor thing. I mean having to witness something so awful must have traumatized you the nerve of him to be both down on his luck .and exhausted in front of you. Tisk tisk

Quiet, not crowded local laundromat equipped with single, double and larger capacity washers and dryers. One wash is $4 and takes about a half hour. Dryers are $0.25 per 6 minutes. There are chairs to sit on while you wait and a vending machine that sells detergent, snacks and drinks as well. The laundromat is clean, well lit and monitored by security cameras.

What a fantastic place. 24 hours. Clean. Quiet. Great neighbourhood. Cheap cheap laundry $2.50 regular wash $4 large. $0.25 dryers. 23 minute wash time on small washers. CHEEEEAAAP candy machine $1.25 for candy and pop, 0.75 water bottle. No washrooms though. Free WiFi. Surveillance cameras. Phone charging outlets. Wash and fold service.

The convince of 24/7 was everything for us having to go late in the evening. Thank goodness for the large washer and dryers and coin exchange machine!! I only wish there was a way to sit inside and read a book while waiting, but I am just being picky. Maybe you can in the winter actually.. but summer time it is boiling in there.

I haven't used a Laundry place in a long time and had to use one out of urgency tonight and this place made me VERY happy. It was clean, had snacks to buy, decent wifi, decent security and really modern machines at a fairly affordable rate. If I ever need a Laundry place again, I will be coming back!

It’s expensive, and most of the machines doesn’t work properly. It happens that you put your money in a machine that doesn’t work and won’t give you your dollars back. I also witnessed my and other people’s clothes get shredded by the machines here.. Make yourself a favor and go to an other place!

Forgot my laundry there for the day, completely by accident. Man working there was incredibly rude and made me and my sister super uncomfortable after we apologized. I've given this store so much business for over a year and will not be returning after the unpleasant encounter.

It's alright. I've seen multiple people freak out because the washing machines stole their change. There are signs telling you how to use the machines so that this does not happen, but they're not obvious/simple enough. I like that they have a vending machine with snacks.

I was traveling in Toronto a few weeks back and I needed some laundry done. I called and spoke to Anna the owner. She was fantastic. She took care of my laundry, it was folded nicely, I can say better than what I could had done. Thank you again for such a great service.

I use the wash and fold pick up and delivery service provided by the Laundry Room. Service is excellent, reliable and reasonably priced. It has made a huge difference for me taking a lengthy and tedious chore off my hands and freeing up my time for other things.

Love this place. It's clean, the machines are clean and fairly priced. Vending machine with drinks and snacks and free wifi! Update: Still nice and clean but the vending machine was empty and it's really annoying to have to pay in all quarters for a $7 wash

There is wifi at this location. The place is well maintained and the prices are good. A snack vending machine if you are peckish, which is great since this is a 24 hour laundry and I find myself here in the middle of the night all too often.

Very expensive compared with other laundromats. The only good thing about this place that it’s open 24 hours. Nothing else. It’s true they have so many machines but believe me I tried few times and they don’t clean your clothes any stains

Mix of new and old machines. New ones are pricier but handle larger loads too. I wanted to use the free WIFI but couldn't find the password anywhere. Detergent was FREE! As a famous (or infamous) US General once said, "I shall return"!

It used to be a nice place to do laundry but the last two owners including this one does not turn the fans on in the summer. An especially today with a feels like 40ish it should be a crime not to turn them on. I am not impressed .

They need new machines. The washer had my clothes spinning for an hour and wouldn't let out the water. The dryers did dry my clothes . Then I remembered why I stopped going there in the first place smh‍♀️ …

I brought a whole bunch of wet towels in from a small flood in our basement and they graciously washed and dried them for me! This would have taken a whole day to do myself. Great service. Would definitely recommend.

My favorite local laundry spot! Along with free WiFi, being in an amazing, friendly neighborhood, There's an amazing carbonated tropical fruit punch in the vending machine that I havent seen anywhere else.

Best laundry facility we have used on college st. Wifi. Charging areas. Decent vending machines including laundry supplies, snacks and even hot drinks. Only downside? Laundromats never have a bathroom.

Posted incorrect hours on Google Maps. They responded with this: “You have emailed, texted and called. Simmer down cupcake it’s not the biggest worry.” They lost another weekly customer here

Ever since the new owner bought the place, the prices are being increased every time i visit. $7.50 is outrageous for a wash and 25 cents only gets you 3 minutes in the drier.

Clean facility, free WiFi, affordable prices, great machines. This is my favorite laundromat in the area. Wash and fold service is fantastic, try it, you won’t regret it.

I found this laundromat to be very clean. The prices were on average with surrounding cleaners. The owners are very friendly, they are around often maintaining the place.

New to the Harbord community and I did NOT feel comfortable at this laundry facility; unprofessional and rude staff. The place seemed clean but very unwelcoming.

I went in on Monday afternoon and was disappointed to see the laundry folding staff not wearing a mask. Other than that, the 24 hour service is hard to beat.

Hostile environment lately. Used to be a pleasant laundry spot now it feels unwelcoming and kind of creepy.
