We needed a NS flag in a hurry, in light of the recent tragedy. Placed our order online after closing time, Jane contacted us next morning, had the flag shipped to us for the following day to have for the vigil. Good quality products. Not the cheapest flags around, but if you want quality, so the flag lasts longer, this is the place to shop at. I've visited this place, but also order online (I don't live in Vancouver). And if you happen to visit it on Halloween day, you'll get lots of free candy. Just sayin'

Ordered some custom prints from The Flag Shop last year. Staff was very helpful and even sent me some material samples. Price is very reasonable if you lay all your prints up in one file to maximize the width of their printer. Turn around was fast and the prints came out beautifully!

The staff is friendly and helpful and I am so excited to hang up my new flag! I like that most of the flags are made in shop in Vancouver as well! I will definitely go back for a custom flag in the near future.
