The products can be good, but I was shocked by the sales girl. When I refused her upselling of an $80 or $87 cream and wanted to get my 2 items billed, she goes —Oh you think it’s expensive? Skin care costs money. People can’t see their own face but others can. I can see all your imperfections. (1. How do you know my financial situation? 2. By gods grace never had even a pimple) I tried to be polite and rejected the up selling again by saying my little infant gives me little to no time for my self. But she had come backs for that too. She goes- Oh these are all excuses! I have had kids. ( really! ) When will you do your skincare? When he turns 12! At this point I just want to run away from there, but there was more insults yet to come till the billing was completed. They are as follows— I am sorry to say that is why your skin is like that! ( that What is that?) Do you even use a moisturizer ? I know one way to up sell is to point out the shortcomings . But if one doesn’t want it. I don’t think you should go full commando on them. It was the strangest skin care buying experience I ever had. Don’t think will be returning to the store ever again.

Amazing! Amazing! Customer service! I can’t stress it enough. This girl, JESSICA, she helped me in the store. She explained well which one is which. You know sometimes others will sell you the most expensive one to get the sale. This girl was honest and recommended the product that I will need. Great price! Great promo! And great atmosphere! And soooo many freebies!!! I felt like I got more than what I spent. I bought 4 items and got tons of freebies!!! I am impressed with the service!!! If I own a store like this I will offer her the job right away and willing to pay her more! That’s how amazing the service was!

They have a variety of quality products and brands, especially their Korean skincare products! I get their Belif and Dr Belmeur serums and creams since they don't irritate my sensitive skin or cause breakouts. The workers are also super helpful, and very knowledgeable when I have questions when I asked for suggestions for things to give my mom. I ended up giving her some anti aging products from Yehwadam and Sooryehan, which she loves (usually she's super picky so I was surprised)! Overall I had a wonderful experience here, and would recommend it for anyone looking for skin care or Cucina soap.

Ever since they closed their location in the Fallsview Casino lobby I have been shopping online with the face shop but recently I found that they have a location in Square One, under Natures Collection label, I drove from Niagara region to check it out. Did not regret it, Amelia and Jessica were super helpful and friendly and helped me with my purchases. Great customer service with a personal touch. Long commute but worth my while to see their smiling faces and caring attitude. However am still hoping you will reopen a store in the Niagara region soon…

Staff are friendly and super knowledgeable, I love asking them about their opinions and getting really candid advice. They've got a variety of products and are pretty affordable. There's a good range of high end (obviously more pricey) and more economical simple products. Theye got Fruits & Passions, Avon, Belif and Physiogel in addition to The Face Shop brands. I've been shopping here for years and it's really set the bar high so it's hard to shop anywhere else.

I know nothing about these products, but I wanted to purchase Christmas gifts from this store as I had heard how wonderful these products are. The two sales ladies were absolutely fantastic. Perfect advice, and they made me feel comfortable about what I was looking at even though I knew nothing. The gifts were a hit, and I will definitely be a return customer. Thank you.

The ladies that work here are the best! They helped me and my fiancé out so much when selecting presents for my future in laws. The products are also extremely good and affordable. Their wrapping skills are unmatched! I believe the lady that helped me was Amy, I hope she knows she’s appreciated and the store is one of my favourites to visit because of her.

The last time i was here i received amazing customer service I think theyve gotten new staff members because I dont see the people im use to interacting with. But the new staff members at this location are rude and didnt even offer to help. I felt uncomfortable coming into the store it made me not bother purchasing in store.

Amelia was incredibly helpful and courteous. She was very knowledgeable about the products and help me get the maximum amount of deals with my purchase. The faceshop is always very helpful and always give samples with every purchase to the customers. Highly recommended this location.
