I wenr to buy shoes and there was this trainee who did fantastic job. He checked my foot and made walk and explained everything in detail. If I had to deal with only him I would give him 5 star. I went there on Saturday 30th April. As that trainee was busy I had to ask another girl for another pair of shoes. I had two shoes in my hand and without a smile she straight away told me keep the shows back from where you got it and I will Get from inside. I waited for few mins and then she got the shoes with similar pattern but totally different color, when asked she was so rude to let me know that if size fits me she can order. How would I know about that? She could have told me that earlier. Also when she was talking shoes from box, another man came who asked while she was serving me that if they got shoes which she was wearing. Without even acknowledging me or for courtesy she did not tell me that she will serve him. She stopped serving me and then started serving this man and asked him to come to counter and check. This was a very special treatment to him and I was left out in middle of serving. I finally went to counter as trainer helped me to get one pair of shoes, I was looking to buy another one but due to this experience I did not buy. I went to counter with same lady and paid and she did not apologise nor she responded when I said Thank You after making payment. It looked like she was choosing her customers. I would give her 0 for her service and overall experience. She didn’t even ask me why I didn’t buy another shoes and if she could so anything else. This was the worst experience ever.

Athlete’s foot, in Parramatta westfields, is conveniently located next to the food court on level 5. A lot of traffic passes through and I happened to visit around Christmas - one of the busiest times with Brad who served me. I don’t know much about feet but Bradley seemed to open a whole world of understanding for me: how I walked, different type of support shoes, material compositions etc. He was polite, knowledgeable and generous with his time, offering multiple shoes to try on and passionate about finding the right shoe. There is entrepreneurial spirit from him. While the prices are not exactly cheap, what separates them from other stores is their focus on comfort and practicality. They even have a machine that tests your walking technique and will ‘diagnose’ patterns in the foot based on pressures. The science behind the foot is what makes this a special visit!

Yesterday (14/05/2022) I took my child to the Westfield Parramatta shop to buy his school shoes. A female staff member attended us. When my child tried the first pair of shoes, he wasn't sure about the fit so I asked her if she could check his foot size and she said "I have been working for a long time and I know from the look of his feet without checking what he needs. What's wrong with the shoes". Her tone of voice and the way she spoke was rude and not pleasant and I was uncomfortable to be served by her so called another staff for help. The new male staff who helped was great and very helpful but experience from the female staff member wasn't pleasant. I don't want to go back to this store because of this service. I am giving two stars here because the male staff was great.

I walk between 14km to 19km 5 days a week for work and someone recommended Athelete's Foot to me. Now I know why. The customer service was superb, I was impressed by the foot fitting process and then had about 4 different types of shoes to choose from. I ended up purchasing Brooks Adrenaline 21 in the black plus inner soles for extra cushioning costing $270, purchased through AfterPay. It is now 4 weeks later and my feet are almost pain free. Highly recommend the store and the brand Brooks.

I don't suggest anyone to get shoes from here as I have got the Credit for the faulty shoes and firstly they refused to me give my money back. Additionally, I have purchased the shoes and unfortunately my gf got the same shoes for me. When I called back on next dat to exchange the shoes with any other shoes colour or brand they directly refused to me. I would suggest better to go and buy shoes from rebel sport. This is really serious issue. I am very much disappointed. Devang

I have come here with my elderly mother. After being to a heap of docs and walking into the Athletes foot. Travis went above and beyond to help. After a foot test and careful examination of every aspect in everyday life we managed to pick some shoes that literally helped her mobility. I ended up purchasing a shoe elsewhere but when I came back to grab some socks, he was really interested in what I had bought and said I bought a good trail shoe. Joshua provided excellent customer service with absolute proficiency. We entered the store as they were closing but he was patient, genuine and happy to perform a foot scan, taking the time to explain the details of my scan results. I learnt quite a bit about my feet and not only did I walk out with the perfect fitting shoe, but in a great mood too.

Exceptional service provided by the fitting expert, Ciara. My wife has some knee issues and it is difficult to find the correct shoes for her comfort. Ciara helped us with several options that would be best for my wife and they were really good. Thanks to the myfit technology at the store. It really helps buy the correct shoes each time.

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting the store manager Brandon and being fitted by Aiden. Using the latest of technology I was fitted with the appropriate shoes deal with my sore knees. The whole team were amazing and had the best options and brands. I’m extremely great full for my shopping experience and will happily return.

I still remember my friend was shopping for a pair of runners at this place. I just sat and watched the poor Athlete’s foot rep. who had to touch my mates feet and probably copped a few whiffs (his got really really smelly feet) Anyway was amazed that the poor soul was still able to offer exceptional service with a smile.

My first shoes from this store was over 5 years ago. They toke my measurements and my foot pressure on a sensor and recommended the right pair for my flat foot. My recent experience this month: they are just a selling store, understaffed and they will bring you whatever you want whether it is good for your feet or not.

Went there on my day off on Monday and the boys helped me a lot to get new soles for my shoes. Jack is really knowledgeable and really kind staff on that day was really short due to public holidays but regardless he answered all my questions and looked after me with price Thank You Guys Really Appreciate :)

The salesman was very helpful and patient. I was disappointed when I was told that I'm unable to exchange it for another one. As he said, I've worn out my sneakers wearing it for 7 days a week even though there's a hole on top of one of my shoes. This is something I've never experienced
