All I needed was an authorised witness to sign a document for me. Registered pharmacists can sign. I went on a Monday and the two female pharmacists there said they couldn't sign it. Maybe they're not registered? They told me to see the man who worked on Sundays, saying he could sign it. I show up the following Sunday and he takes one look at me and says he doesn't know me so he can't sign it. I'm sure that's not a requirement, in fact a document signed by a friend or family is not always accepted. It wouldn't be so bad if they were kind and apologetic but they were just rude and unhelpful in their attitude.

My husband has diabetes and has to use Ozempic, and we couldn’t find it anywhere. In the online ad I found I can get it from Terrywhite Chemnart but because it was very far from us Michael asked us to send prescription first to make sure its valid before we travel a long distance, which was so thoughtful. I also asked if we can get two repeats but he said he is thinking about other people who can’t find it either, so its not fair to give two repeats to one patient. I found he is more thinking about people not his own profit. Thank you for your great service Michael.

Bishoy and Mary are two of the best pharmacists that I have come across. Not only does it come across that they really feel for whatever illness or ailment you may have but it comes across that they actually care and are willing to go out of their way to make sure that your experience while you are often sick and uncomfortable are as comforting and as customer experience driven as possible. Mary, one of the pharmacists in this store is the most caring and compassionate people. I was in the medical centre with a horrific migraine. Got a script from the doctor and came out to find that the chemist was closed early thanks to the situation. I was on the verge of tears. She opened back up just for me. I am eternally grateful.

Sent my son down there today to get some over the counter eye drops for dry eyes (I just had eye surgery and can't get out of the house) - they refused to sell it to him because he's 12yo! I tried to call to get an explanation, phone just rang out several times. Where's the common sense?!?

No need to head into the busy mall, this pharmacy's convenient location offers parking @ rear but it is customer service, what this pharmacy is really about. Mary @ Terry White shows true passion and concern for her customers', she really goes the extra mile Thank you Mary !

This store doesn't even deserve 1 star. They sell higher price than in their website. Website shows lower price but in store it have a higher price and they don't have any explanation for it. Owner is grumpy and rude. Avoid TerryWhite at any cost. You will Thank me later.

Mary is just amazing, she calls to check on my mums medication, informs if we running low and ensures the next batch is packed and ready before my mum reaches to her last pre-packed medication. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend visiting this pharmacy.

Mary is an exceptional human. Over the years Mary has provided high quality care and knowledgeable service with a smile. Michael is also a great pharmacist with exceptional knowledge and service. Convenient location and great people makes this my preferred store.
