Óriási csalódás volt számomra a Teddyway. Február 2.-án leadtam egy rendelést, amire 3-5 napot adtak meg várható kézbesítési időről. Pont tökéletes és időben megjön majd Valentin napig, gondoltam magamban. Miután eltelt az 5. munkanap is és a csomagkövetésnél még mindig csak a "kifizetve" státusz volt látható, elkezdtem aggódni. Felkerestem őket e-mail-ben, mire közölték, hogy nem tudják garantálni a Valentin napig bezáródó szállítást és elkezdtek amatőr módon mutogatni a szállító cégekre és a Covid helyzetre. Na most figyelj ide Teddyway; ha vállalod a szállítási időt a fizetésnél, akkor utána már a dilettáns hozzáállásodat ne próbáld meg másra kenni! Bele kellett volna kalkulálni ezeket a tényezőket, nem? Ez kicsit a vásárlók megtévesztése gyanús sztori nekem. Azt javasolták, hogyha nem érkezik meg Valentin napig, ne vegyem át és akkor visszautalják a pénzt, kivéve a szállítási díjat. Gratulálok Teddyway! Majd én fizetem (2300HUF) a ti kis malőrötöket, nem? A hozzáállásotok kicsinyes, full amatőr és nevetséges egyben. Senkinek nem ajánlom, hogy igénybe vegye!

Before I put 1 star because it was my bad. Now I want to say really SORRY to the teddy way company. Company servis is best, and parcel is coming quickly! Bear was looking great and he was same like in website. That company is working with other companies from different country's and I didn't know that before, so that's why I put negative opinion. But company contact with me and they do everything what they can. in a very short time they solved the situation that resulted from my ignorance.

I ordered 160cm panda and first that I got was 130cm I sent them message about that and they sent me new one which should've been 160cm but was only 145cm and they don't sell pandas which are that height there so there probably isn't 160cm pandas there
