Brought in a watch for a simple battery replacement, took them 3 minutes to make many scratches on the backplate, then returned to me saying they don’t have the battery for it. They also denied causing damage when all of it was clearly caused by attempted plate removal. Do not bring your items here! Unqualified techs.

Bought ajustable dumbell with stand, April 5, got them 45 days after giving them my money. Never replyed to email, never replyed to messenger support, poor communication. Had to call them and I was surprised someone answered my call ! I'm giving them 3 stars because I had a very good price and dumbell are very nice!

If you go here please make sure you get your quote in person and possibly in writing. I was quoted 1 price on the phone and a higher price in person after they had already done a $50 non refundable assessment. Management wouldn’t stand by their initial quote even though the problem was as expected.
