Claims a shirt to be $40 at the cash register rather than $20, walked to the sign and took the large sales tag off and said it was a mistake. Argumentitive and wouldn't budge. Only when I request refund of another item did she said " I 'll do that for $20". Why wouldn't you do it earlier then?! And request my address for the refund!? Really poor customer service.

5/12/17 walked in today in the morning and I approached the girl requesting that I need a pants for my husband tried to explain I needed a long made pants and she completely ignored me she was fixing her hair in the mirror and drinking her milkshake and Trying to explain to her but she wasn't listening so I just left the store

Wonderful experience. Had to buy for a fussy 15yr old formal. The young lady was so attentive, helpful and very friendly. We chatted and she made my son feel very at ease. Picked a lovely blazer, pants, belt and shirt. A good eye for young fashion and not pushy. Asked for us to go back and show pics. Money well spent.

I went into this store earlier today. I was served by a lovely young woman named Kristalia, what a special and beautiful human being. Great service and even assisted me with the choice of clothing. If the management of Tarocash read this, this young lady is fantastic for your brand. I will shop with her again.

Came.in with my son and the service in this shop is absolute rubbish.. wont even let my son try the suits and insist on putting on himself!!!Made us feel.loke we either cant afford it or we're running away with it!!!! If theres -1 ☆ this shop deserves this!!!

Extremely great variety and quality of products. It is a must if you are to go suit shopping. Price is decent and most importantly customer service is fantastic. 100% worth visiting.

Very bad service, they will do anything to rip you off and try to sell you items that are on sale at full price even if it is 20% off. Managers are deceptive.
