It gets crazy busy here Friday nights between 6-10 pm, so try to avoid if you're in a rush. I'm pretty sure the place is under new management, and they seemed to do a clean sweep of all the employees, though I always found the cashier very friendly and nailed my order every time. New crew also seems pretty good, at least the cashier's. The people in the back, my god, they are painfully slow. I don't know how they handle rush hour. I've seen this one older lady who makes the tacos remake my taco 3 times because she kept putting lettuce on it when I ordered no lettuce (the cashier was watching her make it because I guess she knew she'd screw it up, even though it was on the order screen and the cashier told her "no lettuce"). All in all considering its a Taco Bell & KFC combo in North York it's decent.

Waited in the drive thru line for over half an hour and when we pulled to the speaker they played a “we’re closed” recording. There were lots of cars behind and people were mad because we all just waited for so long. The employee came on and said they’re out of everything. This was a lie because we just heard the person in front of us place a big order. This is also a Taco Bell and KFC so you expect us to believe you’re out of everything??? This was also well before their closing time. The person behind me and I said they should have sent someone out to let the cars waiting know that they were out of things. The employee said “I don’t know you so why would we care”. I can’t believe it. I work in customer service myself so I’m shocked. I’ll never go back to this location.

Very upset with the service I received today from this “newly” renovated restaurant. The cheesy melt taco ‘box’ for $11.99 was a disappointment. The cinnamon twists were just awful in taste: stale and rancid. The taco itself was mashed up and not even a teaspoon of ground beef was present. Cashier had the biggest attitude when I went back to complain about the “cheesy melt” I had been given. (Pic attached) Mountains of garbage piled up on waste bins. Tables and floors all soiled up with food residue. Women’s washroom a mess too… Manager or Duty Manager has ZERO care for cleanliness.

Been going to this Taco Bell for awhile, but even though they did a whole new renovation to the restaurant, the service and staff just been worst. I HAD TO WAIT 30-45 MINS FOR JUST 2 REGULAR TACOS! The drive thru is just another problem and issue as well with the long wait and rushing as well! I feel the manager/owner just hired anyone who is willing to work long hours and no experience in the food or customer service. They need to fire the whole staff and completely fix their best practices and hiring protocols from the HR or management team! PLEASE FIX YOUR RESTAURANT whoever in management or TACO BELL HEAD OFFICE! I would give this restaurant -10 stars (no exaggeration) if there was an option!

Very bad customer service. Supervisor was very rude. We’re trying to decide what to order and the supervisor was rushing us and told us to park the car and go inside if we’re going to take long. When we said give us a moment, she was being rude. She wasn’t wearing a name tag so we asked for her name, she refused. When we said she has to give us her name, then she did. We had kids in the car and it takes time for them to decide. This is not our first time in this location but this the first time we experienced a bad customer service. She needs to be trained better on how to treat paying customers.

Customer service here is terrible staff needs to be retrained. They speak over you when you attempt to order and if you correct them or mention the order is incorrect they become agitated. Cmon youre a paying customer show a little customer service. Completely rude staff and location has a wasp infestation with traps that havent been emptied in months.. really appealing, dead wasps that have mummified while you wait. Late at night the workers there don't punch any items in the system and take an incredible amount of time to get drive thru orders together. When you finally get to the pickup window they tell you that their entire system is down and that they can only accept cash. Really!?!? How stupid do they think people are? When I pointed out their blatant scam they became extremely rude and combative. I rarely go to fast food places but I go to Taco Bell from time to time, but after this incident, I can guarantee that I will never set foot there again. I only have it 1 star because 0 was not an option

The staff usually do a good job serving the customers and making the food. They prepare the food properly and the kitchen looks clean Lately it seems the owner or manager is not focusing on the dining room and washrooms. The men's washroom had no soap and there was stuff all over the ceiling where the toilet was situated. The floors were sticky and the toilet seat was nasty. It's obvious they don't make enough hours available for dining room and washrooms. So take out is the best option at this location.

I just had a terrible experience with this drive thru. I ordered some food. The lady was barely attentive on the intercom so I repeated my order to ensure she keyed it in correctly. I finally wait 10 minutes to get to the window because of the line and then repeated my order once again. The attendant ensured that was the order and so I paid and waited another few minutes for my food. I took my food. Drove off and when I got to my destination the order was wrong. Even after repeating it 2 times after ordering. Don't bother going to this KFC/Taco Bell the employees are useless.

trash service, i ordered for pick up on May 31 at 9:03pm got there at 9:25pm and they said my order is not ready and to go in, went in the store and the workers working are not doing anything, the manager is just talking to the other employees & they’re all just standing around doing nothing. One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I ordered a beef burrito and 2 soft tacos. The soft tacos were an absolute mess, they looked like someone just slapped them together and bagged them. When I opened the beef burrito it looked nothing like the photo. It had no more than a tea spoon of "beef" and little cheese in it. Essentially it was a large tortilla shell rolled up with little to no filling. Save your money and "dont make a run for the border" absolutely disgusted in the presentation and lack of filling from this location.

I had to go over my order with the cashier multiple times. She then clarified my order and I paid for it. I get the receipt, and it was wrong! She charged me for an extra quesadilla. When I asked for a refund for the extra quesadilla, I got only $2.10 back (quesadilla are $5). I didn't bother asking for the right change back because I did not want to hold up the line nor did I want to explain my order again. I got my food 10 minutes later after telling the woman making the food my order. Terrible experience never coming back here.

Do not go to this location! Very terrible food quality and food accuracy. Have made numerous visits to this location, always giving it the benefit of a doubt. But I don't understand how the workers here don't know how to make the very food they are selling and advertising. Employees in the back are in dire need of training. Service is okay, could be better. Staff should be more hospitable. The wait times for your order isn't too bad either. Overall visit at your own risk. If you don't mind them messing up your food.

Placed 2 online orders for pick-up through the Taco Bell Canada website and although payment was made and confirmed with an email and a pick-up time chosen, this location had no knowledge of such orders being placed. They did however honor the orders but I guess I learned a valuable lesson: NEVER place online orders again with Taco Bell. The tacos however were good. I don't usually buy Mexican fast food but it was OK.

I would never recommend taco bell to anyone who has never tried them and wanna take shot. Worst food menu ever. It’s a shame to call them a Mexican food chain!! Had a burrito today for the first time and it wasn’t 1% of what they advertised on their menu items as a burrito. Just 10 count of rice on bed of soya like beef and some mayo and nacho cheese like souses. Felt like a flat wrap that i have never seen in my life. I would rather eat the breakfast farmer’s wrap from tims.

Ordered three and a 2 piece chicken combo with a chalupa combo. Waited over 30mins then when I finally got my order my food was so messy wrappers were soggy, food was cold. The dining area had poor lighting as if we ate in the dark! Overall experience was not good. I used to work at a Taco Bell in the past and this definitely was below my expectations. Washrooms were also very dirty.

The tacos they serve are only half-full. In fact, there is so little food in them, that my 7-year old son with very slim build was still hungry after having eaten what was meant to be an adult meal! I compared the picture of the taco in reality with the one on their paper tray mat, it was like one of those funny comparisons 'expectation vs. reality'. In response to my complain, the manager just shrugged his shoulders and said 'Thank you for telling me'.

Order was relatively small usually takes about 5 mins MAX in other taco bells it took over 30 mins here, waited 20 minutes before someone came and took my receipt and BEGAN making my order instead of using the screens to make the order. Once we received the order there was an item incorrectly made when the complain was made they took over 5 mins to make the correct item. Would not return if service does not improve

I love the Taco Bell. I usually go to Taco Bell once or twice in a week. I went to this location this afternoon with family. I ordered Two T11 combos and three veggie sandwiches. I asked for Substitute of beef to rice and I was told to pay extra money. She was being rude and said no. And Even I got fries and they were all cold . Like cooked while ago.. even my daughter loves taco and she wasn’t satisfied with quality of food at this location.

This is probably the worst fast food restaurant I've ever experienced. Been here 3 times over the past 3 months and it's never taken less than 30 minutes to get my order. Noone knows what's going on and noones in a rush to help you. It was bad before the renovation but it's just as bad if not worse now.

Sometimes the restaurant gets a little busy but there's always a place to sit. Nice and quick, also correct. The convenience of getting a little bit of KFC and a little bit of TacoBell mixed with the old school bench seats is everything your inner child wants and that's what keeps me coming back.

If I could rate it any lower I would. This place is filthy! The floors are sticky. Tables and seats all had food chunks and crumbs. Some were oily. I tried using their bathroom and there was this overwhelming scent of mold. You can visibly see the mold. It was so dirty that another lady walked out right after me because she couldn't stand the smell. Walls are dirty and the place looks very old. Don't think I'll be going back.

I placed an online order at 9:25 and was told food will be ready at 9:45pm. I arrived at 9:55pm and all entrance door were LOCKED even though they are suppose to be open until 11pm. Finally able to get someone attention at the drive through window and they had no idea what my order was. Went by last Thursday evening, the drive thru rep was rude and they skimmed on the fillings of the taco. I use to work at this same taco bell/KFC so I can understand being frustrated but the rep shouldn't take it out on a random customer. Also, I remember management directed the taco bell cooks not to fill the tacos too much but this time my tacos had like 3 little pieces of cheese.

I was the only person in the drive through, yet I was rushed when I asked for a minute. Drive through attendant couldn't figure out how to use my gift card that was freshly purchased a month ago (have made a purchase with it a couple weeks back, still has $$$) and insisted the card just doesn't work. Tacos were fine, fries were terrible and undercooked. Would not return.

ehhh.. busy place. order take too long. chickens are hit or miss, sometimes good most of the time dry. portioning is hit or miss as well. most of the time OK sometimes all small.. and dry. place is not so neat. tables arent cleaned often. cheap on condiments and napkins oh ghad. even when u ask for dine in they still put your order in a take out bag anyway.

Place is always slow to get orders out, drink machine 9 out of 10 times has no ice, went for their featured items; Big Crunch bucket and new taco box and was told they had no Big Crunch ready and no taco shells. Horrible staff, always look at u like they want to fight u or getting ready for u to complain about something and ready for a fight. Stay away

Very rude behaviour of a girl who does window checkout for drive through order. I came at 1.45pm on Wednesday 07 April 2021. First they gave me wrong order on top of that her attitude was not right. Didn’t say sorry at all but atleast you should learn to show some respect to your customers who pay and eat. You are not giving free food.

Went in for early lunch around 11:30am today April/01/23, was not busy. Ordered my food, sat a table and enjoyed my lunch, did not take long to get my order. The food was good and the fries supreme are my favorite. Actually been there 3 times with no issues.

The gentleman serving me - I believe his name was Shiyan - was very welcoming before placing my order. I asked for my fries well done and he made sure with the staff in the back that they were made properly. This is one of the best Taco Bell’s I’ve been to and their exceptional customer service makes it even better.

Also had chicken in my tacos which tasted funky. very disappointed. on the other hand, my boyfriend enjoyed it very much. so really it could go either way.

Pulled up to the drive-thru for it to be halted still for over 10 mins with no explanation. Parked to go in and the front door has the hours for dine-in I told 10:30 but they were locked prior to 1010 and the employees refused to open the doors.

Great service! When we ordered extra topping on our fries supreme the gentleman at the drive thru made sure to give us advice when removing it from the bag. The extra topping made it a bit heavier and he wanted to help us avoid a food mess once we opened it. Above and beyond customer service!

Nacho Supreme hardly any cheese or topping. Floors and tables dirty. No customers. Staff seem to be happily visiting for 30 mins I was there instead of maintaining restaurant area. No forks. In bin either.

It's a Taco Bell/KFC and no more. Awful service staff, though. No hustle at all, general apathy and very few enthusiastic staff, plus facilities that are having the VERY bare minimum done for cleanliness and upkeep, ensure this franchise will do no more than tread water.

Nice place, have enough tables inside and outside but it took almost 15 minuets to get my food may be staff is too slow. Because it’s on street and not in plaza it’s easy to pickup food from here. I have no complain for food overall it’s good experience.

I visit this location once a WK, I like the staff that works the day shift, specially cashier Jeanelle, she is fast & know her customers...I give 5 stars not for the food but specifically for the set ice she provides every time I visit the restaurant.

It's strange how the quality of a taco bell gets greater the further away you are from the downtown core. This is my favourite Taco Bell in the city. A shame it's so far from where I live but Ill go to this location anytime Im in the area :)

First thing it took about 15 minutes in the drive though. When we got are food we drove off to go home. when we opened the bag of food it was cold and order was wrong. 5 out the 10 items where wrong.

Their food is alright but as a vegetarian, MAKE SURE you check your food for meat. Messed up my order 3 times in the past and I always have to check my food. But since they get it right regularly.
