Super shady. The owner kept my tips and didn't pay me for the day I worked there. Got out quick after looking at other reviews and some horror stories from other drivers. I called them after a month and tried to get what I was owed (after I was told they would e transfer me) and the owner told them to ignore me, true I was heated but that was after he attempted to stonewall me. Could have great staff and alright prices but if you appreciate drivers and decency this isn't the place. Liquor stores are a dime a dozen, might as well cross the street for better business.

I order from here and usually I get a very polite response from the staff. Today I ordered and was told it would be about a half an hour. This was at 10:00, come 11:00 I call just to check in, letting him know that I was just checking in as I was told a half an hour and it’s been an hour and he instantly got an attitude with me says “I did not say a half an hour” I reassured him letting him know that it’s alright, I was just checking in and he continued on with his tone and then proceeded to hang up on me.

I appreciate the low cost of the booze , but wow ignorants from both the front desk and when I asked to speak to the management. I was greeted with yet more ignorance. Like you are in the costumer service industry. Have some respect for your clients. I know it’s a liquor store and I expected a short interaction but I do expect a pleasant one. Thought at least the manager would have more respect then that but alas. Doesn’t matter how low your prices are you’d have to pay me to buy from you again

I have never rated a liquor store before but these guys know all the right stuff! Customer service always makes me laugh, the selection and price are on par with the best in the city (Johnny Walker Red for under $30) and Sabertooth Rye for very good prices! Beer and wine are typically priced very affordable and I like their staff-chosen six packs. I got me some Alexander Keith's for under $13, try telling me that that ain't a good deal? I highly recommend this place!

speak closer to your customers in front of you over the ones on the phone. pathetic. i just wanted to add that i used to goto this location almost exclusively until the new night guy started. he claimed he owns the store. this man is a bad judge of character and once tried to physically remove me from the store but melted when i touched his wrist. love always defeats anger my friend. the man with the slick beard has always been great! good luck you guys need it =P

Inglewood liquor delivery worst service I’ve received by far. I ordered yesterday at 7pm. 1 bottle of wine. I live 5 minutes away and cannot go out and walk as I have kids at home. Took them nearly 2 hours to deliver. I called once after the first hour and they told me it’ll be another 15 minutes and they were terribly sorry. Still nothing by 8:40 so I callled again and it took them 4 minutes to bring it after that. Shake my head. Get new night shift employees

They went above and beyond for me. I will only order from them from here on out. I've gotten the opportunity to work for them, wasn't for long at all, But that was because of a mistake I made. Everyone here are extremely down to earth and professional. I honestly reccomend this place to everyone I possibly can. I wish I never would have messed up, or I would be working there as we speak. Live and learn.

I came buy a 15 can of milwaukee beer ..they have a paper said deal 27.49 and they give 8 % cause member so said good price ..for firts time i ask receipts the guys said oh you need receipts said yup !! I look on receipt ..im back i told him he said ahhh its old paper so and where the 8%as well ..how time we buy and they charge more !!!!! Im very not happy

The staff are great. The owner and his father however, are the most ignorant and disrespectful people I have ever come across. He curses at and abuses his staff. In front of customers. Two of his staff members have told me he keep tips and holds their pay. I will be calling inspectors and bbb.

How they place their products is putting the new liquor forward, which insures that the old liquor just gets older and older. You know why the prices are cheap? Its cause you're gambling for the quality. Go literally around the corner and youll find a much better liquor store Liquor Time

~~~~~UPDATE~~~~~~ Owner explained the situation as ther was a new employee who may have made a mistake and offer d to sort it out. Not worried about the extra couple bucks but just the fact they responded so quickly trying to fix it brings them back to 5 stars..thanks guys

There delivery service and in store customer service is amazing. I have had no discrimination or judgement ever. The deliveries were such dope people, they arrive in the time frame given when ordering. They have such great staff and I would recommend ordering from here.

Friendly staff... like "Cheers" remember your name friendly. Shout out to Nickolas. Clean store. Great member discount thingy. Sadly drank them out of Jim Beam alarmingly fast. Sad that I have moved across the city and will not be relatively close to the store anymore.

Said online it was open on Google, at 1 am on a Wednesday, so I rode on my bike, because it was quite far from where I live, only to arrive and it be closed. However when I got home it still said open on Google.

Rajan was such a pleasant and accommodating man! The service was fantastic and at a great price for delivery!! I know where to go when I’m back in Edmonton! I’ll be telling my colleagues as well.

Owner is usually rude for no reason even though I've been a regular customer. Sometimes an order is taken and not delivered until 2 hrs later because you end up placing another order

Great products and staff. I choose T's over anyone local for great selection on craft beer and very good discounts on lots of wines and spirits.

If u like ice and beer u can rest assured T's Liquor will throw cold in the middle and have (ice cold beer) in the cooler for ya.
