I say it as I see it and Sydney Moving are good solid operators. You pay a little more but I had a complicated move and I'm really glad I didn't cheap out on this one. Out of the 4 removalist I contacted, Mark was the only one to come down to inspect the site. I gave him the numerous complications of the move and he was nothing but positive. It was always no problems. He gave me a quote that was more than the others but he gave me confidence that they could do it. On the day, the guys arrived on time and we went through the site. As I said the move was complicated and they had a hard time with things but they did it. Large 360kgs item up 20 or so steps. Nothing but brute strength and perseverance. They then proceed to move everything else that was a little easier. They took good care of my items and everything was carefully tetrised onto the truck and covered in blankets. One of the highlights was that towards the end when the truck was almost full, they worked to take and squeeze the last remaining items onto the truck. There was never any no's or we can't do it or anything negative. It was always we will try to make it work and they did. That was SUPER impressive. The attitudes from all the movers were nothing but top especially Zoltan who was always helpful and just had a positive caring attitude. The guys finished everything, helped me move all the items into the right place and helped a stressful event into a much easier day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sydney Moving. There customer service is what really makes them an absolute stand out.

I was let down by removalist who did not comply with the policy of moving by failing to provide a current liability Insurance certificate after they had repeatedly said they did. This resulted in the day of moving concierge advising that they had to reschedule and that was not an option for us. I called Sydney Moving and Storage that morning to see if they can do the job for me. The manager told me that he might be able to do it but just need to check with his guys. He did that, job was confirmed, Insurance certificates were provided to concierge and that afternoon the removalists came and did the job. Thank you so much for your honesty, professionalism and for going way and beyond to help us make our move as less stressful as possible. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, what they say is what you get and think they are the best in Sydney. The two guys/ removalists communicated well, were polite, well mannered, respectful and empathetic. I was very pleased by end of day by their hard work and reliability. The best removalist in Sydney. I've used their service three times now, and every time they just getting better and better. I started using them about 5 years ago per friend recommendation, and never bother checking other removalists since then. (I've tried couples before and was not really happy) Steve, the main contact person, handled this moving home matter professionally and no fuss. They promised to come at 9 am, and they really came on time at 9 am, ready to go. There are view main highlights I've experienced with them so far: 1. Organized and Safe - We hired a truck (inclusive with rates given), all equipped with covers, cushions, etc, all necessities to keep our furniture safe 2. Super quick!! - These guys (2 guys), moved out more than half of our stuffs in about 1 - 1.5 hours, inclusive of organizing them in the truck. They are pretty strong too! 3. Friendly - Nice mates to talk / discuss with. Pretty flexible and quick to adapt on how you want things to be handled. I really do hope this company prosper and continue their amazing services to everyone! :)

Can not thank these guys enough! They did my move last year July and went above and beyond handling everything from wrapping all my furniture, safely moving it to the new house and then setting everything back up not letting me lift a finger! as a single mum with a young baby at the time they really did make my moving process so much easier! Im now back to moving into my new property in 2 months and have gone with them again because of how amazing my last experience was! ive been with 2 other companies before these guys and nothing can compare to how professional and helpful they are. I was left with no damages or marks on my furniture which was a massive bonus for me!! They are not professional at all. Working rough, charge every second they stay with you, Even they are not working for you, talking on the telephone, go bathroom, washing hands after they moved, lose their way when they driving, they still count on your time, but my sofa moved without covering, and got dirty hand prints after they moved, they trying to move fridge without wrapping in wet weather, until I asked, but when I booking on the phone they said they will wrap everything. Throw the washing machine in the garbage that I asked to keep, 2 men only 1 with a bit experience, the other one no experience at all. Not good for driving also, and I have to pay there parking also. 2.5 hours job they made to 4.25hrs, which is so ridiculous. Anyway never go back this company again.

UPDATED REVIEW: I just moved with Sydney Moving for the third time, and it was another really positive experience. Steve and Terry took great care with my stuff, knew exactly what they were doing and I felt really confident leaving them to get on with the job while I sorted things at the new place. Again, I'm really impressive by the prompt communication, can-do attitude, and the quality of service I received at every stage. They disassembled and reassembled a couple of pieces of furniture for me (at least 18 times faster than I would have done...) and even fixed up a couple of things for me without me asking. Moving is never fun, but 3/3 times I found that this team takes a lot of the stress out of it. Thanks again!

Easily the best moving experience I’ve had in Sydney, and I’ve had some good ones. Mark is a gentleman and a professional. So easy and fun to deal with and incredibly prompt. We needed to move quite urgently between Christmas and New Year with a small baby and he squeezed us in to a busy schedule and was extremely helpful in planning our move. His movers, Anil and Ryan arrived early and and took incredible care with everything until the job was done. They were also really nice and fun guys, which made moving way more enjoyable than it usually is. And they charge less than their competitors. Really wouldn’t use anyone else. Thanks guys.

I moved recently, and used Sydney Moving on the recommendation of a friend, who said they were hands-down the best movers he'd ever used. Man, he was right. These guys are fantastic - they were literally running up the stairs when loading, and were professional and good-natured (and funny) throughout the entire experience. The move was completed in good time, they took great care of everything, and they didn't try to overcharge or tack on extra fees - everything was very transparent. Great experience overall and highly recommended - I would absolutely use them again.

Thanks guys for the moving, the 2 guys who moved us were amazing, so as the blokes in the office they have handled everything professionally. When they asked me to tell them about the smallest lamp as well in the house I thought they were joking but apperantly they have some cubic meter calculator or something so they can tell very accurately based on my info how much space will it take in their trucks and they gave us a pretty accurate estimation at 5-6hrs on our 2bdr house. Steve and his team were absolutely fantastic from the get go. As I requested for a quote, Steve got in touch with me and offered to inspect my place to see how much stuff I have and give me a realistic estimate. This gave me a lot of comfort as I recieved some ridiculous quotes online. Leading up to the day of the move, Steve was extremely communicative. On the day of the move his team arrived well on time and were extremely efficient. We were so impressed how quickly the move happened. I would highly recommend Sydney Moving team!!

These guys provided me a cheaper quote on storage than most self storages in Sydney. The work they done was outstanding. They disassembled everything I needed, whenever asked something they just said "sure' and it was done :D All my furniture got wrapped inside my apartment and been taken cautiously down with the lift. The way how they worked - two of my neighbours asked their contact and wanted to have Sydney Moving to move them too. I can highly recommend Mark's team, they were very good.

We recently moved house with Sydney moving and had a fantastic experience. Steve came with a team of four and they did a full move, packed down our entire house top to bottom, helped us get into our new place, and moved a handful of things to storage. They were very careful and didn't break a thing, put in a big day to get it all done for us, and even helped us juggle with our toddler during the move. Couldn't recommend the team any move highly, the only way to move!

We used Sydney Moving for our move in May and the guys did a great job. Mark was in contact as soon as I requested a quote and made sure to get a good understanding of our needs. On the day the guys were really friendly and professional and I felt very comfortable with them looking after our stuff, they were very careful with it and got everything transported without any damage. Would definitely recommend them to others.

The movers move very slowly. Told them many times to move fasters, they dont change their moving speed. Also, things are left unattended. Get an estimated time around 3.5 -4 hours for two bedroom apartment, but ended up 3 hours for only loading the things! The movers seem unmotivated. Have moved house so many times, so I have movers to compared to. Previously used citymovers, they were much better compared to this.

I had never used a furniture removals service before and when I needed to remove my old sofas, dining room table and chairs in preparation for the delivery of my new ones, I wasn’t sure how I was going to do it. A friend recommended the team at Sydney Moving and they moved my furniture to my nephew’s flat in just a couple of hours door to door. I’m so glad I called them!
