Our airport is so complicated, who are these designers and if they have used any designers for that matter, the design is horrendous or should i say disapppinting. I will never comprehend what have they done to domestic and international terminals. Why can’t we follow Singapore or Hong Kong airports as the design is world class. Singapore has won the awards for many years. even a close friend who travels quite a bit was complaining about the terminal 1 international Qantas lounge area about the dirty lounges, this is our flagship carrier, why have we employed a foreigner who has taken millions $$$$ and he is about to resign for obvious reasons, Qantas employ contract baggage handlers who have damaged our national carrier and many areas of the airline has been damaged, this is disheartening and appalling to say the least, Aussies are so complacent and quite about all this mess. Honestly we are so compliant and allowing such behaviour to give us all a bad name. I will still use qantas but much less then previously.

The entrance could be better signposted (perhaps with some road markings). Once you are in this express pickup it is otherwise quite grand. Have used this many times on being summoned by arriving passengers by mobile telephone. Under cover. Spacious parking - just be careful to get out before your fifteen minutes expires.

Really hard to find the entrance!....did two laps around the up-ramp departure roadway. The right hand turn off down the side street BEFORE the up-ramp is REALLY badly signed. Doh. Love the layout of the actual pick-up carpark, well done team.

Lack of proper signs specially for express pickup area is required so motorists can follow parking signs without confessions .it may be time to get ride of airport management because they are just setting on hefty wages doing nothing

Only confusion, the signage for Express parking is under "the departures" sign on the Right hand lane. As I was awaiting an arrival, I was in left hand lane, and did "the circuit" 3 times before advised to enter the express lane.

Called Express but its 500m from parking so if you've arrived international via Perth as we did, you have to lug your bags across the road and along for what seemed like 500m. If you've no luggage, it's almost perfect.

We need a pick up place. Sydney’s public transport (privately owned) does really cover Sydney, so if have somewhere to go outside 9-5 M2F ha! Or live in a place without a service.

Easy for arriving passenger to find though quite a long walk away but impossible for pick up driver to find. Make more BIG Yellow signage for approaching drivers to easily follow.

OK if you can T up passengers to wait for you here as it's free for 15 minutes only. Can be confusing how to get there with all the recent works and wording of signage.

Ideal for quick pick ups, make sure you have enough time for the passenger you need to pick up after collecting baggage and walking down to the express pick up...

Not the best - it's mostly congested esp if you miss a spot - straight out to exit. Relatively okay for someone seeking a free 15min parking for pickup

Bit of a mess to enter. But should be solved when the overpass is completed. Wait in the Krispy Kreme parking lot and do pickup when they are ready

Express for who??? Takes 20mins for arrivals to walk there and then the person picking you up can't find it unless you drop a pin...

Prices and the timing for parking at the airport are ridiculous. Like many other ‘parking blocks’ they’re sooooooo over priced!

They are fixing the doors in the middle of the day ☺️.?. Only One of the 3 glass doors where working.. It's like that for days

It's a little confusing and difficult to find for interstate visitors arriving for the first time but it's a good idea.

Close enough to walk, good parking options, still fairly expensive versus blu emu , around double the cost usually.

it's a reasonable pickup zone but it can be a better, air-conditioned waiting area for extremely hot and cold days.

This is a nice option for the people who do not want to park and just pick their loved ones from the parking.

Better signage needed for drivers approaching, mussedut three times, headache and a half to return.

Didn’t know they had express parking! Was waiting (parked) for a good 30 mins !! For free !!

Works well if you stop at KFC or Maccas and wait for a call when friends are at pickup.
