Awful customer service! As others have noticed and mentioned as well, it really seemed as if i am bothering the staff, they were not at all interested in helping me; the were super cold, no "welcome", no "goodbye", and not even the tiniest amount of being apologetic for not having the thing I was promised to receive from them by a Swarovski customer support agent through email! Well in fact the last one is more of a lack of internal communication of the company! And they had already delayed the shipping of my order.. pffff.. It was my first experience with Swarovski, and sure the last one!

J'avais l'impression de déranger à demander les prix des colliers à la vendeuse. Svp mettre les prix de vos bijoux clairement indiqués à côté des bijoux cela m'évitera de déranger la demoiselle qui apres chaque question se dirigeait dernière son écran d'ordinateur. Après deux questions je suis partie. Ce qui est bien c'est que le site internet est très bien fait donc je pense commander en ligne, dommage car je m'étais déplacé en boutique... Je mets donc comme note 1/5 pour le service client et 5/5 pour les produits Swarovski, la moyenne est donc 3/5.

Terrible customer service . I saw a nice set of earrings online and I asked the girl if she had them at the store. She rudely said no and turned her back at me . I will never step foot at this place again and advise people to go to another location. The manager at the store should look for better employee's. I came by on September 20th at 8pm . The girl who I spoke to was seriously a vile person . Never again!

Very terrible customer service and the workers are very entitled. They sold us a defective product and then refused to offer repair or an exchange, all while yelling and degrading us in the store. They are crooks. We were longterm customers to this store and to their sister store Monaco, and we will not be going back to either.

À chaque fois, on a eu l'impression de déranger les vendeuse. Comme si elles n'ont aucune volonté de conseiller ou aider les clients. Je termine toujours par aller acheter dans un autre magasin Swarovski, même si c'est plus loin de chez moi. Ce que je trouve dommage.

The hours might not be exact. We showed up and they were closed when listed as open. Went back the next day and all was fine.

Cashier claimed store was closed 2 hours before mall's closing time - one hour before time displayed in their windows.
