We booked our trip to Sa Pa with Swallow Travel. 2 day 1 night including pick up & drop off in our Hotel in Ha Noi. The< arranged everything! We stayed at My Boutique Hotel ( Amazing Hotel with lovely staff and amazing Food). First day we were warmly welcomed at the Hotel got some refreshments then we were picked up from our local guide to our tour through Cat Cat village. She was really nice and told us everything about their culture etc.. 2nd day was a full day trip to Cao Lai with a local guy. We went by feed and made so much impressions. The group was a small group of 5 people. That was perfect. We really enjoyed our trip and we highly recommend Swallow Travel. Thanks to Rosie Dinh- she answered every question on Whats app, before and after our trip. Thank you so much for making our trip amazing.!

We booked a 10 Day North to South Vietnam Tour through Swallow Travel and couldn't be happier!! From pick up at the airport, right through our itinerary, we were well looked after this despite not having a physical guide with us. We travelled as a couple, and were picked up at our hotel for each day tour, rarely seeing the same tourists. This was different, but good as we met heaps more travellers! Hotels were great, food was fabulous, and we had enough time to explore the cities ourselves. Our Tour Rep, Thuong, even arranged visas, and bus tickets on the Mekong Express at the end of the tour, for us to go to Siam Reap instead of the airport! She was truly a caring and wonderful person. If visiting Vietnam for the first time, you can't go past Thuong and Swallow Travel.

Thuong went out of her way to make sure we had a great time and everything ran smoothly. When we wanted to do something different to our itinerary Thuong arranged it for us. The Typhoon arrived when we were meant to go to Ha Long Bay. She kept us updated and offered us accommodation at the hotel and other day trips while we were waiting for the Typhoon to pass. She was really helpful and we were very relaxed knowing that she had everything taken care of and we didn't have to worry about anything and it allowed us to enjoy our holiday better. I cannot recommend Swallow travel enough. They have been fantastic to deal with and everything we wanted they made sure it was included in our itinerary.

Did a 13 day Cambodia and 5 day Laos tour with Swallow travel and the planning was excellent. My family looked at different tour agencies and found that swallow travel had the best price and they went out of their way to make our trip special. The team at Swallow travel were very easy to deal with and the customer service was excellent and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to plan a trip to Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos or Myanmar as they take care of everything so you can spend more time enjoying your holiday. Give them 5 stars and will definitely be traveling with them again soon.

My friend and I had the best time while touring Vietnam 16 days. Thuong, our travel consultant was absolutely amazing from the day we enquire about this tour until our very last day. She was very informative, patient and ever so helpful. She organised everything, we hardly lifted a finger. If you were unhappy with something she would happily rearrange an alternative that would suit you. Swallow travel is highly recommended. You can't go wrong where customers service is exceptional and the staffs are endearing. Apologies for any grammatical error and typos.

My partner and I had a wonderful time on our recent tour to Hoa Lu tam coc. We were picked up promptly in the morning and met awesome friend tour guide, Sam. She is funny and light hearted throughout the day. She made the trip memorable one. We enjoyed relaxing day at the beautiful ancient temples, feasting at Vietnamese traditional buffet, cruising along the stunning the river and cycling through the rice paddies. We would both recommend this full day trip t anyone looking for a da trip outside of Hanoi. You cant go wrong!

Fantastic Experience in Vietnam/Cambodia We are just coming to the end of an amazing 15 day trip from North to South Vietnam and Siem Reap in Cambodia. We added a few extra days at the end ourselves. We booked a trip through this travel agency and had a really mediocre experience. The bus was late to pick us up, the water that the bus passed out had dirt in it, and on the way back, we got into a huge argument with other passengers on the bus because of how disorganized everything was. The tour felt really mediocre and was not a good value for the price. I would not recommend booking through this tour agency.

We were back home in Ireland & can’t thank you enough for organizing the most fantastic trip for us. Loved the diversity, our guides & drivers were so helpful & efficient. The accommodation was fantastic & the whole package was wonderful. Will do a review on Swallow site at the weekend & be assured, it will be an excellent one. Swallow Travel gets top star rating from us for organising an amazing tour from the north to the south of the country. Every pick-up and tours were on time and extremely well organised. The tour guides were excellent and made the tours fun!!! Highly recommend !!!!
