English is obviously your second language if that's your interpretation. Potential customers will see what I had to deal with that day. You either have no confidence or a short temper. Jaya did a quick turn around of the repair for a busted tail, but it wasn't sealed and I doubt water tight. He gave timings to meet for his pick up availability, and then when I indicated I was going to come he wasn't available when I visited (twice in the morning, we went to get a coffee at maroubra after being early, returned, and then again in the afternoon) despite within the given time frame. I was pretty disappointed; the price was very reasonable hence the second star, but beyond this I was kind of put off from returning in the future.

Jaya is a really nice professional dude. I allready went to his repairshop twice. The first repair, my fin broke and the boxes came out. He did an amazing job to repair this! Looked brand new. The second repair was a crack along the rail of my board, he fixed it, but had me help so i could learn how to do it myself! This is supernice cause that way i can do it myself next time, learn a man how to fish yeah! Thank you Jaya for the professional repairs and the knowledge!

This gent is a class act . I googled him to fix two of my boards about a month ago and he did an absolute stellar of a job. Due to my clumsiness and the strong winds today, I damaged my board again. I told this beauty what had happened and he drove by in 10 minutes to take the board for repair. If that's not customer service, I don't know what is!? Gave my board with a nasty tail ding to Jaya on a Sunday, it was repaired by Wednesday. Looks beautiful, he not only charged a very affordable rate, he gave me insight onto how to avoid future problems (with a fish) and broke down the process of how he would fix and repair it, educating me as well as repairing my board. All for the price of $60. He’s absolutely my future go to. Thanks Jaya, really grateful for your work

It was pretty disappointed as I asked for a quote to replace a fin box and I was told it will have to be replaced for a new one and it would be pricey. So I was charged $130 for the service so when I got home and checked the repair carefully I found out the box wasn’t replaced he used the same old one. The repair is just ok, 5/10 in my opinion but it was on time tho.

The owner has a terrible attitude - arrogant and rude (no people skills at all) - he is the kind of person who wants less people surfing / having fun. Why try to make someone feel bad for taking a board for repair? If anything he should be happy it is more business. Good repairs, terrible customer service.

Jaya said 1 week and ended up taking 1 month to fix my board. Not only that, he lost my phone number and never called me to say it was done. The repair itself was clean and good but the service provided and how late I received my board left a bad impression of him.
