We ordered Footlong and we told the lady that we have a coupon and can we ordered 2 separate sandwich (for the footlong which is $7) First we asked for Italian Herb and Cheese for bread but she gave us Classic/Plain. We are about to pay and she is charging me $12.99 for 2 sandwiches.First, we have coupon for $7 for footlong and you go made our order.If its not clear you can always ask us again.I was really upset with the service and at the end of conversation the Lady came and gave us Buy 1 get 1 free 6" coupons that makes me mad, she should have used those coupon instead of taking our payment which is $12.99 and to compensate the error. Bad customer service and bad dealing situation. I hope the next time Staff will ask customer if they are not sure about the order.

Miserable, ignorant, slow woman who took 1.5 minutes to even acknowledge us and instead kept doing her paper work with us standing in front of her. After finally asking us what we wanted she must have groaned and rolled her eyes and looked away like 10 times during the sandwich making. Also took 25 minutes to make two breakfast subs when we were the only two people in the restaurant. If you don't like your job don't be a miserable cow and get a different job! (Friday august 18th 7 am sharp - only person working)

Really grossed out. Made my order via Skip. I ordered with my meal a Caramel Brownie Cookie. I have a cat so I was occasionally getting what I thought was cat hair in my mouth, till I decided to look at my cookie and there's hair embedded into the cookie. So either it's one of the workers pet hairs made into the cookie or someones facial hair They should be keeping their uniforms at work and wearing hair/facial nets, that's super gross!

My experience there was great. I was helped by this girl can’t remember her name maybe it was Gurinder or Gurjinder during the lunch hour. She was so friendly and made me a wonderful sub. I was pleased by the service she provided. I was in a hurry but she was so quick with her work. She deserves appreciation for sure!! Thankyou!

Every table was sticky and unwiped even though the store was empty. Food contact surfaces were dirty. Drink station was horribly messy. Vegetable trays had cross-contamination (like tomatoes). Staff touch non-food surfaces then resume prepping food with same gloves. Napkins are not made available to customers. Bathrooms disallowed for customers (i.e. no way to wash hands). Going here made me wish I was a health inspector.

I went at afternoon time in store prob around 4:30 the lady employee working there refused me to use washroom as i said i need to use it before i purchase my food but she responded in very rude behaviour as like she was doing kinda racism so please the person’s supporting democratic diverse canada from my opinion should not dupport or visit the store.

Worst service ever and they don't care. You can order through the app but it will never be ready when they say it will be. I only go here because it's convenient at lunch time during work. I can't understand why they take on line orders and skip the dishes when they only have 1 staff memeber.

Usually pretty good clean not to busy and they got like the bar stool set up by the window so u can watch cars go by on sunday its pretty lit lol the only thing is the line is behind the stools and idk about u but i dont like people behind me when im eating lol

For staff please just change your gloves when you put any kind of meat on sandwiches, before putting vegetables because some people have allergies so if you touch meat and also touch vegetables with same gloves,its not good. Please think about it.

Do not want to give 1 star as well as worst experince 2 times from this location, today is the 2nd time that i bought 2 footlong and veggie patty one is terrible cold, the patty feels like directly came from fridge. Really Cold and not worth it.

Worst subway in winnipeg ,lettuce was old and it was easy to see,guess they really need to save money and i couldnt understand what the employee was saying never going back to this subway again untill they hire someone who speaks english.

I frequently visit this location, and am repeatedly impressed with the fast service! I usually go in the late evening and there is only 1 staff member on, but they are always fast even if there is a line up!

Absolutely AWFUL service. Literally serving 2 day old cookies, can't even break them! After waiting 20+ minutes for fresh cookies, there's still excuses to why they're not done. Don't bother coming here.

Food is fine, but your female staff member needs to stop being rude to customers even when they are kind and courteous to them. Your location is the closest but now I will take my business elsewhere.

Service rep didn't know about the promotion going on but that's okay. We should not assume them to be 100% all the time. Overall good experience and the Sub was delicious. Thumbs up …

It's one of the quietest places and easy to get your order, though once I had a bad experience over there ,but it was long ago.now the staff are good with great service.

The service here is fast. Almost every time I go in I get my sub and pay in under 4 minutes. A great place to go if you're late to be some where but still want a sub.

Went there tonight and got a salad. The lady that works there is super nice and chopped up my salad to nice bite-sized pieces. She is always smiley and polite.

Did curbside pickup. Have to wait for 15 min in the car and then literally have to go inside to get the order. Only one person working inside. Terrible service

subs are always good, but the staff there suck. wouldn't let my son use the washroom unless i spent 20 bucks. Told the women off, won't go back there.
