Crazy morning manager!! Today I passed by around 9:10 am to grab a sandwich on my way to work. The lady who was serving customers and preparing the sandwiches was very nice, she offered me to try the new sandwich they have, but I decided to go for the sub of the day. I usually order one foot long but ask them to cut the sandwich to the half and wrap each side on its own as I sometimes don't eat the whole sandwich at one time! Anyway, I asked the lady to cut it to half, but I forgot to mention wrapping each half on its own. When I wanted to pay, the manager of the store came to serve me, and new customers got in, and the lady who prepared my sandwich went to help the other customers. I noticed my two sandwiches were wrapped together in one wrap, so I asked the manager if I can get each half wrapped alone. Suddenly, she freaked out and started screaming at the lady who prepared my sandwiches COME AND WRAP EACH SIDE ALONE!! Then she looked at me and said, ONE FOOT LONG GETS WRAPPED AS ONE FOOT LONG!! As she was blaming me! I felt terrible for the poor lady so when she came to fix the wrapping, I apologized to her and told her that I'm sorry and that I assumed she's going to wrap each side alone as I asked her to cut it to two sandwiches! Then, the manager freaked out again and started screaming at the poor lady again: HE TOLD YOU !! WHY DIDN'T YOU WRAP EACH SIDE ALONE!!! WHY?? WHY??!! Then she went inside the restaurant without giving me a chance to explain that I did ask her to cut the sandwich but, not to wrap each side alone! I felt so horrible for what happened, and that was an awful experience to have in such a popular restaurant from the manager of the place! The manager is the person who represents the place and this manager should not deal with customers!!

As convenient and appealing as this location was the service left us feeling uneasy and unsatisfied. We ordered 3 subs, 2 of the 3 were 6inch. Right away they started asking if we were sure and saying we should get footlongs. They were really pushing extra bacon and extra cheese. This continued for all 3 subs - upsell, upsell, upsell. We wanted to make 2 combos with soup which we were surprised they did not have at 2pm on a Thursday. When we went to pay their debt machine automatically goes to the tip screen. When we tried to cancel it didn't go away without picking a percentage. When we told the cashier she seemed annoyed that we had asked. When we got home we were surprised at how soggy the packaging was considering how close we live. Which we discovered upon opening was because they only wrapped it in the subway wrapping and not the white sandwich wrappings. The subs seemed really skimpy in both size and ingredients. Defiantly not what we expected from a huge franchise like subway.

I personally believe this is the greatest subway franchise in Toronto, if not Ontario. Over the past 3 years I have visited, with an open mind, over 30 subway locations. Not a single subways has been able to please me the way this specific Rimrock (Dufferin/Allen/Sheppard) location has. To start, the young gentleman who often works late nights along with his fellow light spirited colleagues, has made my sandwich perfectly, consistently every time I have had the pleasure of eating there. I felt I owed it to him not only to tell him face to face that this was the greatest subway I have personally ever ate at, but I promised to take my time to write this review. Not every subway has been a good one, but this Rimrock location has never come close to disappointing. Keep up the great work, kindness, and great sandwich crafting skill I have witnessed time and time again. Thank you- Nicholas

It was horrible no customer service. . The girls behind the counter supposedly making the sandwiches. Were so rude .I am a regular there and this is the first time tHt I was treated so horribly my tuna wrap was discussing it was all wrap . No tuna . I had the sub of the day I asked if the bread was fresh . I asked to fèel it the one I felt was good then she changed the bread why I do not know. There was a gentle man there as well he was not happy either 3 customers just walked out . I will go to another subway from now on it cost me 30 dollars for three combos and I was very un satisfied with the whole experience it is sad because I frequent this subway on a regular basis no I have to find another place Please do get in touch with me I know one of the girls name was samantha I think

I feel like I should invest in shares of subway from the amount I eat here. Especially this location! Elba, Jody, Donna, Melody and Alina make the best subway team I’ve ever come across. Food is always made exactly as you want, bread is never over baked and hard, cookies are always perfect texture (and I can’t stop eating them!) The team here is great, the food here is great and this is the first team out of all the subway locations I’ve been, that actually has nothing but good things to say about the owner. So it good to show, good upper management means happy employees which makes for happy customers! Highly recommended!

It is about manager. I am almost coming to here everday. One of the employee is awesome. She is always smiling and talking. That's why I am coming to here and starting to day so good. Friendly face. I have an issue long time. I am not sure she is manager or what, she ask my combo drinks and I said bottle and then I continued '' Fountains drinks taste is weird That's why I started to buy bottle" even she didn't look at my face also no words. I don't know why people are rude like that. I am waking up every morning 6 am but I am not doing like that anything. So I don't think I will come back here again.

We come to this location at around 9:30 and this is every time problem. The guy who make our subway always messes up our order . Hé doesn’t know how to close the sub?i didn’t even get all the veggies if he Wants to complain about too much veggies, and that was the reason he was not able to close the sub, this was not even the case. Every single time he does this like what the heck!! He wear glasses I don’t know the name exactly. We got 3 sub and one he made the first time was burned, so we asked for replacement and then he just wrapped it with the paper as if it’s gonna close. When I open my sub it’s all over the wrap,how am i suppose to eat it ???

The location has tons of parking around it, has been newly renovated, and has a good atmosphere inside. We came in and told the cashier to give us a few minutes to choose and they waited for us. We ordered and gave the details and the food quality was adequate but it couldve been better, the chicken was very dry and the bread was overly crispy and baked. The atmosphere is quite nice for sitting and dining in while having a nice time. The bathrooms are well maintained and clean. Overall, a good subway branch to eat at.

I went to this subway three times on my way to work. I ordered the same sub each time I went there (I am a vegitarian). Each time I realized I was charged a different price from the same yonge Asian woman, each time I paid cash. On my third visit she asked my how I wanted to pay so I said cash. I gave her the money and she handed me my change. Then I asked her for a receipt and she asked me for the change she had just given me back, punched my order into the register then handed me more money back and a receipt I am a straight forward person and I don't like shady business. If the owner is reading I would ask her to check on my concern

Let me be specific: I am a regular at this store and I have to say that their staff named Shara, a female woman, was very rude and mean to her coworkers and sometimes the customers too. I even saw her commenting something like “that’s because the Chinese eat everything like bats” while talking to the customer in front of me. Not sure if the other female coworker was from China or not but she was very offensive and not even aware of it. She was very pushy and yells loud when dealing with customers especially during peak hours. I don’t know why a mean and rude woman like her could work in a customer service job like this. It’s just horrible.

As a regular who lives in the area, I was served by larger female sandwich artist who was very RUDE. She heated my meatball sub without cheese and I kindly reminded her to add it. She would mumble under her breathe and give attitude when we asked for extra toppings. She was overall unpleasant. Our experience was escalated when she was literally SCREAMING at us. We simply forgot our coupons and said we’re going to go home and be right back (we live 5 minutes away). We were met with responses like, “well, how do I know you’ll be coming back?” With that attitude? Yeah you know what, we won’t be. Ever again.

I haven’t been to subway in a while but it seems to me that they have cheapened out on the meat now. I remember when I use to order a foot long Turkey Sandwich it came with 6 slices of meat. (3 slice per 6 inch) I just ordered a foot long turkey sandwich today and the server only put 4 slices of turkey on it!?!?! Is this the new way Subway is trying to be competitive? But to be paying $10 for a foot long sandwich to only get 4 slices of turkey on it seems like quite a ripoff to me. Does anyone know if this is the new trend for subway to cut back on cost by giving less meat in there sandwiches?

Generally a good location to visit, I particularly like that it is open 24hrs as I sometimes work nights and would rather not have fast food at midnight. The parking lot is a little on the small side but it's shared in the plaza with the bank/shoppers/lcbo so there is always plenty of room. The service was good and the sandwich tasted great. I do however have a huge problem with whomever makes the decision to put a Tip prompt on the pin pad when paying with a card. You cannot honestly believe that a 30 second interaction warrants a tip, the nerve and greed of some people is on another level.

I had an unpleasant experience with Anna. I am not sure if she was not able to hear me ( I never have problems with that) or that she was having a bad day but she literally slap the table when she messed up my order because she couldn’t hear that I said no cheese. She also kept rolling her eyes, yelling at me when asking for the remaining details of my order and heavily breathing to show me how mad she was. I felt terribly... Anna is definitely not made for customer service.

Its crazy how you come to a place like this, pay $10 for a salad, and when you ask for extra Vegetables they deny you or you have to pay extra. Its a salad; a very expensive salad. They will load you up on the lettuce but any other vegetable they cant. The server Sabs or Sabbs has no manners, shes rude and should serve her customers properly. Being cheap on extra vegetables seriously??? If you can avoid this place please do; dont deserve anyones business.

I went there today I saw them coupon first when I order food and time to pay them she said ohhh this too different sandwich we just ordered 2 vegi patty footlong we asked to put one egg and one vegi patty in one sandwich and we are ready to pay for egg patty . She denied that and charge too footlong full sandwich price. If she take that coupon and charge extra egg it will take $16 but my bill is $21 This is horrible service I never come back to this place

Literally just finished grabbing an order from here and the guy who is in training was trying his very best qhile the two ladies working made fun of him and was rude. The chubby girl stared him down and the one with all the piercings just let him do all the work and didnt even really help him. We have all been there at one point in out lives where we are learning something new. I dont stand foe bullying and i hope something is done about this.

After comple the survey, store owner sent me an e-mail that offered to me send some coupons because of all of my family got upset stomach after we had sandwiches from this restaurant about a month ago. They never send any coupons and i feel fell for it. I'm not sure what they gonna do with my physical address. I'm feel like hooked and scared. I never going back to this restaurant again. They are playing with customers.

I would never recommend this location, I received my order completely frozen! the sauce and meatballs were ice cold and most likely fresh out of the freezer and not de frosted. Not only was my food cold but there was hairs inside the sandwich. 10/10 would NOT recommend this location due to the lack of apparent food handling knowledge.

After coming here for a while . I have to take some stars. They have no respect to costumers. When I tell them not to use same knife they use to cut they use veggie knife. For me is ok but how about other dont eat meat. How many time they have to throw sub away cuz they dont lissen. It jest a waste of food an time . Not everyone eat same thing some has religion reasons some has health. Good luck telling them.

Who ever manages this location. Teach your staff Mangers and patience. The asain cashier was extremely rude from the moment I walked into the subway. She kept making me repeat my order and her tone was horrendous. I was making a decision and she was trying to rush me out. No problem. Won't be going to this location again. You shouldn't of not been hired for a job with the public young lady.

I like Subways,and go to many of their locations! This store has a working handicapped automatic door. However given the way the tables are positioned,no wheelchair bound person could manage to get in to the order line without banging into chairs/tables! Even with only 1-2 people ordering/paying in line you can't get by!!!!! Why have a handicapped door if the store is not accessible

Average at best. People working seem like they hate their life and could care less that you are a customer. It is food at the end of the day, but maybe some motivation from staff could be nice? It was not a long wait or anything, but it feels weird to go in a night when there is only one person who does not even show a morsel of interest. Maybe it is better during the day, who knows.

The cashier charged us $10 for a six inch sub of the day + a bag of chips. The total should have been $8.30. When we asked for clarification, the employee was clearly annoyed. They returned us less than the difference and said, "Here, are you happy now?" Then proceeded to speak amongst themselves in a different language. Terrible service for them being the ones that made a mistake.

Meats/coldcuts should be checked regularly to ensure it is safe for consumption. Turkey sub was ordered from this location and food poisoning followed. Will never ever order food from this location or any Subway chain if meat monitoring is not a top priority to ensure what's distributed to customers is not a health hazard. This is a critical procedure for any food franchise.

This was the best subway I have ever been to no joke. I have been to many many subways and this one takes the cake. They actually changed their gloves (which most never do despite me stating I’m a vegetarian). The toppings were so fresh the bread was phenomenal. If I didn’t live an hour away I would eat here all the time. 10/10 would recommend

I rarely giving a bad review but yesterday was a rude customer service ever experienced. Told the cashier that I don't use cash payment that much and so I'm just less familiar with the coins. Turned out she was so unhappy and showed some face and bad attitude (slamming). She doesn't deserve to be doing a service job.

I ordered through my app and I did this in past…so recently I ordered again via app…chicken and a veggie sub…so they swapped my toppings between the subs and I mentioned to add more sauce but there wasn’t…so literally the taste was bad…..probably I might go in person and order to be on safe side

Please do not order anything from this subway. I ordered a veg delite sub since I am a vegetarian but they sent me meat in there which is against my religion. Then I called them and the guy was of no help and refused to give me a refund. Please do not order from here. Hope this helps

Don't prioritize uber orders and they make uber drivers wait a longgggggggg time because orders are never ready when they should be. They don't apologize for the wait or even offer the driver a beverage (gesture of appreciation for patience). Truly unprofessional.

24 hours. Single bathrooms for both men and women. Self serving fountain - good stop close to highway that's open all day so good place to recharge phone, use washroom and can hang out for a bit as it's never crowded

Server needs more training. She likes to cut the bread before putting toppings on and after wraps it so tight. Maybe she thinks its a shawarma. This location use to be one of the best....
