The tiny man was very rude to the other staff and shoved his way around to make my sandwich when the other staff member clearly had my order. He didn’t hear me say what size so he just started cutting what ever bread before I said no that’s not what I wanted. It was pretty pathetic to see. More

They are just waiting for couriers to come and even if they don’t have any of the customers in line they just busy in there on stuff don’t worry about customers at all and very rude service. Google should have 0 star rating I will give that to this location.

Very bad survice.....I need to so many subway and change the meat yrs bit extra charge but yet they will do it.... But at Gloucester center the subway SUCKS.... They have no clue how to satisfy customer..... I will not come back to this one for sure. ....

I've never had a bad experience at this Subway. I get the same thing every time I go: A flatbread pizza sub, with double cheese, no sauce, and a sprinkle of parmesan. Simple and easy. I've been to locations where they've managed to mess it

The manager is very nice and friendly; however, the several of the people making the subways are very rude and seem "drunk". Never have I seen someone make a sub in such a poor manner. I would avoid if you can.

Some of the staff that work at this Subway have been there for years and each and every-time I'm there they always ask how I'm doing. They have great customer service and are always fast in service everyone.

Terrible service I went today at 5pm and the girls gave us the worst service they were mad and put the ingredients so bad that make the salad look gross and they got mad because I ask for something else.

The guys making my sub were idiots! I asked for tomato and he put on mayo! I hate Mayo. I asked for the cheese the meatballer comes with and he put the wrong cheese on it - not impresses More

I'm allergic to onions, female employee mislabeled my sub and labeled the sub with onions as mine. Going through hell, I do not want that lady anywhere near my sandwiches in the future. More

Next to no veggies were put on the sub . For the cost of the food you would think i could at least get enough toppings to cover the meat. I will not going back to this subway . More

Friendly staff aswell as efficient service, one of my favourite location to go to. Located in Gloucester Centre (right off the Blair bus station) which is convenient.
