We couldn’t decide what to eat and just settled for subway; I honestly walked into the store yesterday with a “ugh subway” mentality just from consistent bad experiences. BUT I was completely wrong and shocked at the great service provided to us. Even though he was working on his own he was an extremely nice employee and gave us a bunch of suggestions! I would have never expected to have such a nice experience buying subway. Oh! and the store was SUPER clean. I will definitely remember this subway experience. Thanks.

Wow. I hadn't been to Subway in a while (couple years) but I was not prepared for these prices. Their most basic subs (meatball/cold cut) are now over $13? They used to be $5. And i had to ask to find out if they still even had them. All of the subs on the visible menu were significantly more than that. Couldn't get a combo for under $20 taxes in. Completely insane. This is now more expensive than shawarma and basically on par with Firehouse subs. Zero value. Subway just lost a customer!!

Worst service.. me and my friend visited here today ( 28 november 2023) near about 12:15 pm. Customer service was very poor . The staff was very rude mainly the guy . I told that man who was working at that time to change the gloves while making my sandwich but he ignored as i am pure vegetarian.Even at the last from grill he took my sandwich without gloves. It seems to be unhygienic.

Owner is rude, does not deserve your business. My heavily pregnant wife walked into the restaurant ahead of the rest of the family to go the the bathroom. No greetings or friendly face. When asking for the bathroom, the owner, without looking up from his phone said the bathrooms are for customers only. When she pointed out that she was a customer and that her family of four was coming in to eat. No apologies from him. A minimum would be to not be treated rudely while we eat. We walked right out.

unfortunately, this location close to my work I been there few times and Subway is first choice when come to fast food. I never see any smile on owner face he is extremely cheap he even doesn't give you subway rap and bags he has cheap rap papers and brown bags to put your food I will never-ever go to this location.

This place is money hungry. I ordered a BLT and the seriously they skipped out on the two pieces of bacon that are supposed to come with it . I order this all the tine. It is supposed to have 6 and he gave me 4 pieces then as i was taking it to go, the put it in the togo bag that subs generally go in and they charged me an extra 15 cents for the bag they give me…. Do not go here!!!!

The worst experience I have ever had. I went to this store 1 year after by thinking that thing would have change here but same thing, No respect to the customers, worst sub make. Look at the colour of bread he used. This sub was made by the OWNER and if he will make like this, then what he will teach to his employee. Never recommend to visit. Another subway is near by this one. Try that subway.

What a great place to get a good sub. It's family run and the service is very quick and the sandwiches are always consistent. We've used them twice for party Subs and they delivered the party Subs and all of our guests thought it was a great idea. It's certainly turned a get together into a nice fun relaxed time. I highly recommend them especially if you want party Subs.

The sandwich artists made my sub with care and the restaurant is clean and tidy. Excellent customer service with no delays. It was a great spot for brunch with colleagues.

The food is decent but the staff make their own closing hours regardless of posted hours. I showed up 15 minutes before the posted closing hours and the employee refused to serve me, saying that he was closed. Aren't staff paid to clean up after closing? I guess that he wanted to go home at closing. Time to take my business elsewhere.

I went to 500 Terminal to try their new bowl. Bowl was prepare by owner he was so cheap bowl wasn't even half full. I bought for lunch couldn't even fill me so had to stop at Tim to grab sandwich I will never go back to this location or every try bowl again.

The place has great ambience and conveniently located near walmart. The servers are friendly and courteous and prepare the order with great attention and accuracy to make it delicious.I usually like to visit the place on saturdays in the afternoon and always had a great experience. A must go when out visiting trainyards.

Amazing service I walked in hearing these 2 lady’s smiling and saying thank you, so my expectations were high. Then when I got my sub they were well met, I don’t remember his name but he seems to have really changed there place I like it and would definitely go back when he’s around. You’ll know him when you see him.

Been to this location twice and will never return. Staff seems to be bothered by customers, and just miserable. My sister got a wrap that looked to be the same size as a Tim's/McDonald's snack wrap. They didn't put very many toppings on, even when I asked for extra. Menu signs are falling out of the holders. More

Worst Subway ever! Ordered a sub and the bread was hard as a rock after they toasted it. So hard I couldn't even fold it to eat. I asked for a redo like I was a major inconvenience. The owner then proceeded with making a new sandwich with very light toppings. Would not recommend.

She pretended not to know what was going on, that she didn't understand english. The deal thru the app said - $3 on the register and she pretended it wouldn't accept the deal. So she ringed it in again full price never seen anything like this. Bunch of scam artists

The owner is a bully and a poor business man…. I watched him bully staff and clients in the short period of time I was there. I will find another location to support local business and the families that run them with grace and respect for the staff and patrons…

Veg sub ordered and found out its the min toppings I seen in any sub in North America. Also the Subway App mentions Online orders only and store shows pick up only. They declined to honour the deals from the App. Never going back.

Food is good and service is great but one of the guy that makes the sandwiches never closes them properly and then when you open it, it's all over the place. Perhaps he would need more training on how to properly close a sub.

Compared to other Subways, this one definitely stands out. Extremely fast service, very fresh food and toppings. Rock bottom prices for what you're getting. Cashier even offered me a free cookie that had broken in half.

Subway was really good,very fresh ingredients and it was delicious.Nice atmosphere and they don't rush you to finish.I ordered the meat combo and was served by a nice young lady whowas very polite and friendly.

Friendly service, nutritious sandwiches! I had a 6 inch egg white & swiss cheese with lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, green peppers, onion, honey mustard and light mayo. Delicious, and only $4!

Worse Subway EVER!!!!! Asked for a tuna salad. There is supposed to be 2 scoops of tuna - only got one. The salad was so small there was tons of room left in the bowl. Never ever going back there.

Small but tidy. Sandwich was good and the staff were very friendly and warm. Parking is an issue though as the parking out front is pretty compact/tight unless you have a small car.
