I essentially paid 50$ to be trapped for 2 1/2 hours after the Metallica concert. There is only one way in or out of the parking garage which is a very flawed design when you’re trying to get thousands of people out simultaneously. There was also no cell service down there which made it harder to have any idea of what’s going on. It seemed as though there were very few staff members directing the traffic or giving out directions on the lower level of the parking garage which we were unfortunately stuck in. The parking is convenient as far as location, but we would have had to miss the last few songs of the concert to have had any chance of beating the immense crowd of people leaving at once. People grew increasingly more frustrated and started honking and driving around aimlessly, cutting people off that had been in line long before them. It would have been nice to have had staff present to help ease the tensions building around us. Unless this venue undergoes major renovations such as added exits, i would highly discourage using this facility.

If I could give zero stars I would. Stuck in the underground parking for close to 2 and a half hours. Felt like a Steven King book. No movement for over 2 hours. No directions, no information. Absolutely horrible experience after a great night at the show. This facility is high risk of violent situations as people grew more impatient (understandably) and began cutting across the parking spaces in a hopeless effort to leave.

Le coût du stationnement mensuel du Parc Olympique est ABUSIF. Le prix a augmenté de 50$ par mois, tout d'un coup, sans préavis, de 120 à 170$ par mois. Vraiment EXAGÉRÉ. Le Parc Olympique vous êtes vraiment des voleurs. Le stationnement est aussi en mauvais état, structure endommagé, débris, poussiéreux et peu sécuritaire. Énorme manque d'entretien pour le prix EXORBITANT !!!

So basically everything is connected down below they just have different entrances and is named numerically. If you want to go to the biodome go and park nearer to it like P5-8 just to avoid the walk if you are lazy. Parking fee is $35 CAD after 2 hrs

Paid $100 so my car would be trapped in the garage for 2.5 hours after a concert. Terrible customer service afterwards failing to take any accountability or provide any restitution. It's better to take your chances parking on the street.

Stuck in P1 for two hours after a concert, they had all parkings using one exit, completely asinine. I can’t recommend parking here for any event. It was awful.

Good enough, always available places but too expensive.
