Over and above what I expected. We have a very large playhouse we needed moved in our yard, John and his team did research on the playhouse before coming to determine how best to break it apart. They came with a team of 4 guys and moved the playhouse quickly and carefully and only charged us for a 2 man team. Everyone was so nice and helpful and went beyond what I expected to get this job done. Will absolutely recommend Square Cow Movers and while I hope to not move again for a long time, will definitely be using Square Cow next time! I've revised my prior review - I had a manager reach out to me to discuss some of the issues we faced on moving day. The only recommendation I'd have is for the company to provide easier routes for feedback, with GM emails for different locations to provide photos etc. For the consumer, make your instructions clear and it certainly helps to be there to direct the movers. As for the movers, another reviewer compared them to Chic-Fil-A employees and in my experience, he was spot on. Very friendly and some even played with my daughters while assembling a bed frame.

Steve, Alexander and Kelou arrived at approximately 8:30 am and was done at approximately 2pm. The men were professional, respectful, and courteous. They took their time to wrap and secure our things and we appreciated their services so much. I gave this rating a 4 star because yes they did an excellent job but I felt they could have moved with a little more haste. I have moved several times in my life and I expected this move to take within 2-3 hours tops. I'm used to movers moving swiftly and with urgency. Overall, it was a pleasant transition.

James and Reece with Square Cow Movers came out to help us get moved from a fifth floor apartment to our house. They were on time and got to work on the move immediately. They were worked very quickly but made sure to take the time to prep all of our furniture properly so that nothing was damaged. They handled a couple hiccups, including navigating a fire truck around their truck, with a great attitude and did a great job overall. I'd happily recommend these guys to anyone.

Moving is always stressful, just by the fact of all the work and unknown. With just one call, my stress level decreased and I knew I was in good hands. When the movers arrived, they took charge and moved everything, I expected to move, and a few bonus items. Thank you for helping us with our move! Getting a quote was so simple- you just answer a few questions online. They were flexible with the quote. The movers showed up on time. They were strong & fit for the difficult job of moving heavy furniture in a 3 story townhome. They wore clean shoes & took great caution/care for our walls! Excellent communication from the scheduling phone call to the day of service. Steve and his crew, Tony, Torian, and DQ were courteous and careful throughout the entire process. I hired square cow to move my items from one unit to another unit in the same complex, for a one bedroom apartment. The 3 men crew were not in shape and were struggling to move the items. It took them PAST MIDNIGHT to complete the job and due to the length of time it cost me over $1,000. I was quoted far under this. It was such a bad experience.

All the other reviews mentioning their politeness are correct; they are so nice! Handled our boxes with care and even had back up boxes for some lose objects we had forgotten about until the day of. Worked diligently and quickly. We specifically had Jordan and Matt. Whoever gets them in the future, know that you're getting quality.

The scheduling process was super smooth. The movers arrived on time and ready to go. They did a great job wrapping and loading my stuff into a Uhaul truck for a long distance move. I just unpacked all of my kitchen stuff and dishes and everything is in great condition. Would definitely recommend!
