I cannot say enough positive things about this clinic, and specifically Dr. Agaba! I've been searching for a new family doctor for years now, met with a couple and haven't found the right fit until now. I was able to schedule a meet and greet with the new female doctor accepting new patients, Dr. Agaba, and I am so excited to have found such a wonderful doctor. During the meet and greet, she did an entire health history, checked my vitals, sent me for bloodwork, scheduled a physical, and said she would speak to the internist cardiologist (Dr. Harding) about some of my health concerns. It was the first time I actually felt like a doctor cared and listened to me. She was empathetic towards my concerns and is so personable and easy to talk to. I was expecting a long wait for the cardiologist, but I received a phone call from Dr. Agaba first thing the next morning letting me know she spoke with Dr. Harding and that he wanted to see me. A few hours later, I received a call from the receptionist to schedule my appointment with Dr. Harding! I got in to see him within 3 weeks. I was so pleasantly surprised to have a doctor care so much about my health and be so prompt to consult with the cardiologist! I met with Dr. Harding a couple days ago, and he was fantastic! Extremely thorough in obtaining medical history, and had already reviewed my chart including medications and past lab results. He was great at explaining the possible reasons for my cardiac issues and is sending me for multiple tests to get to the root of the problem. He was also extremely personable and I didn't feel rushed whatsoever. Overall, I feel extremely cared for and supported at this clinic, and I would recommend them a million times over to anyone looking for a new family doctor! Dr. Agaba is amazing and is still accepting new patients as of now. All the ladies at the front desk have been so kind and friendly, so calling the clinic is easy and stress free. Been going to this clinic for many years. Dr Grobler is my MD and is wonderful!! The only thing I’m sad about is that he has been on leave and no one will give you any information on his return. You feel lost because your doctor knows you best and seeing walk in is just not the same. There isnt that Dr/patient relationship- trust built over years. I had a bad flu and I saw Dr Anye tbru the walk in and he was very good! When I am sick I really just feel the need to see my own doctor, but am happy the clinic provides a walk in service for when your regular family doctor is away or fully booked up. This clinic also has a great pharmacy. They have the ability to compound medications and they are fast and also provide delivery if something is unavailable. I highly recommend this clinic.

I had a scheduled appointment today with Dr. Anye. I waited for an hour before I had to leave. Others who had arrived for a scheduled appointment after I did got seen a short while after their scheduled time and some who came for walk ins saw a doctor before I did. Their policy states they take scheduled appointments before walk ins, yet I waited an hour for a scheduled appointment I was on time for & wasn't seen at all. Very disappointing & I will now find a family doctor somewhere else (though I was excited to meet Dr. Anye as his reviews are amazing) as this was my first experience at this clinic and it was quite upsetting.

The front desk nurses give you false information and waste your time. Cam in on a Friday after to see the walk in bc I need a doctors note, the one lady says come in tomorrow (Saturday) beore 1pm as we sometimes close hearly. So I show up today at 12 and tells me they're closing. Monday is a holiday so now idk what to do. My family doctor is here as well and I still cannot see my own doctor... What is the point of this place? I am so disappointed.I couldn't help but show disappointment bc I was in disbelief, you wonder why people show anger? It's because reception can't get their policy or stuff straight.

The Pharmacy at this site, was so disappointing and lacks customer care etiquette. The lady that attended to me, did not even pay attention to my needs and ended making me wait for 45 minutes and while allowing other person that came after me and processed their medication. While I came to confront the lady, she stated “ sorry I forgot but will work on it” and I insisted to talk to the supervisor and filed my complaint. Very disrespectful and disappointing experience.

I have looked at the reviews above, no one has talked about the customer service from the front offoce which is my understanding is the heart of every office/business. The persons handling the telephone sound non challant in their approach. Its like you are bothering them with your calls. It is so annoying. They need to be reoriented on how to answer phones and take inquiries especially in a health care certain. They lack empathy in all ramifications.

I am a new pacient to Dr.Marcel Nche Anye and i am so grateful for his patience, compassion, active listening,communication and finding the right solutions for all the issues i come to him. After more then 2 years struggling with a negative experience with an insensitive doctor i am appreciating all the above mentioned in my new family doctor. Thank you so much! For me means a lot to find a professional and a human being in same time.

Really appreciate the physicians and staff here, always friendly and welcoming! They recently added 5 parking spots in the food fare parking lot, which is really awesome, I know people mentioned parking being an issue. I also have gotten my prescriptions filed at the pharmacy, I received fast friendly service. Can't say enough good things about this Health Centre!

My initial contact with the clinic was with a delightful girl by the name of Mia. Was she extremely polite and pleasant and was able to answer all my questions. I needed info re: which immunizations were offered at the clinic and she was able to confirm that they carried the vaccines that my husband needed. Very pleased with my experience. Thank you Mia.

I visited Dr. Arara, he listened to my concerns, and made me feel like my health is a poririty. I'm happy to have found such a caring doctor. Parking was a bit tricky with the construction, but I was notified by the staff that there are 5 spots now available behind the foodfare. Staff was friendly and efficient with helping me.

I’ve been to this clinic a few times and each time I’ve felt like a bother to the receptionists. They don’t acknowledge you, at all. I understand you are busy but please say SOMETHING to the patients that are checking in or have questions. Ashley, Sara, and Maya seem the most professional here. The others need to follow suit

Went in to see my family doctor but he was not around. So, I had to see Dr.Jacob Johanssen. He was completely dismissive of my problems and it was evident he had a bias towards me. Not sure if it’s because I’m black or a woman, maybe even both. Would not recommend seeing this doctor if you are a woman or a person of colour.

I have been seeing Dr Grobler for over a decade now and he is absolutely excellent in his care and knowledge. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends. Very well thought out treatment plan and hands on work. Mark is a very knowledgeable therapist who is also very easy to deal with. His advice, work and stretches have yielded very noticeable results in less than a month. Clean facility and direct billing at front desk which is amazing. Would highly recommend.

I waited 3 hours to see a doctor, when i finally did, he didn't even examine the problem, wrote the wrong prescription needed and told me if I wasn't happy to go see another doctor. This took him about 2 minutes in total, I can't begin to say hope unhappy i am at this treatment!

Dr. Arara is great. He has helped me with issues that were worsening because other doctors have ignored them. I had one issue where the clinic staff failed to tell me when they cancelled an appointment. But mistakes happen, and the level of care is worth going back.

Front desk Workers rude and disrespectful also they argue to the point and they don't give you a chance to talk also you can't be even three minutes late also if you miss a few appointments the doctor will message and tell you that you no longer a patient

They are fantastic. No frills and zero bullshit. The office staff are kind and friendly, even in the face of some of the ass holes that come in. There is a ZERO TOLERANCE policy on workplace abuse and double doctoring. My entire family

My mom was a new patient for Dr. Anye and He is so patient and understanding as my mom couldn't speak english well. He spent all his time understanding her condition and he is extremely educated and very thoughtful. I would recommend.

Have the best doctor!! Been with him from the start and would never change! The pharmacy is handy as well as being able to get your blood work done! Love that you can now park in back for 5 dollars and then get money back when buying

Dr Janice Egar is a really great doctor and I'm super lucky she accepted me, my husband and my mom as a patient! She's very kind, has great listening skills and is very intelligent.
