So I came to this Spa based on all of the good Google reviews. Clearly the reviews aren’t reviewing the massage skills of the masseuses. This was my third spa in Medellin for a relaxing massage and probably one of the worst massage experiences of my life. First the room they put me in was a tiny room where the head of the bed was basically touching the wall. The masseuse actually could not really get a head of my bed without moving the bed around mid massage. The bed itself was made of metal and creaked from rust almost every 10 seconds. The masseuses cell phone went off made massage as well and at one point they left the room to answer it. Also the actual massage itself was pretty awful. I don’t like deep tissue massages because they hurt but this massage was so light and then it felt like someone was rubbing sunscreen on my back. Four times I asked them to go harder and they did massage a little harder for about five seconds and then went back to normal. It was so bad I actually debated asking them to stop and leaving halfway through. They did at the end ask me if I wanted any extras but I politely decline. I suspect that is likely where most of the reviews came from Which is fine. I just want anyone reading these reviews to be aware of what it is you are looking for.

I have been twice to Soul Spa and received deep tissue/hot stone massages from two masseuses and both were incredible. I've received hundreds of massages in multiple countries including Japan, Thailand, US and Mexico. Soul Spa ranks among the best. I generally prefer strong massage and it's often hard to find masseuses who are willing to put in the effort as it is hard work. Both my massages were very firm and non mechanical. The ladies really know there stuff, they would find and work on the areas of tension. The hot stones were a great touch. The prices are very very reasonable I can't recommend enough. They have other styles of massage but my first was so good I went for the same style. I'll certainly return and try the sports and relaxing massages which I'm sure are excellent as well.

From the initial contact until... The facilities are very well appointed. The beautiful receptionist is very informative and ensured I felt comfortable from the beginning. I got a 90-minute relaxing massage yesterday and I will get the jaccuzy and sauna treatment soon. They are the best I’ve had so far in Medellin. They are conveniently located in the heart of El Poblado. Super job, Ladies

Amazing massage by Tatiana and Natalia. This place it is immaculate and clean. I went 3 times in my 7 days stay in Medellin. Every time was better than before. I love how clean it is and the professionalism of the staff. I will definitely go back and visit again. Natalia is amazing person. She has the best touch to make you feel good and relax. Don’t miss it. It is worth it. All the therapist are amazing but Eliana is special at first you will see her. She is kind of quite very petite. But she is strong with the best skills you can imagine. She is very professional and she put passion in what she does. I will be back all the time. My favorite spot in Medellin.

Estaba de viajes y tenia mucho dolor en la espalda y caderas. Busque en google un lugar con un precio muy competitivo. Me hicieron un masaje de tejido profundo y piedras calientes el cual me alivio bastante mi dolor. Recomiendo este lugar ya que estaba muy limpio y me atendieron el mismo dia ya que tiene un horario extendido y flexible. Marcela me atendio y su trabajo fue muy bueno y profesional.

I love this place and it deserves a thousand five stars. Never have I seen a staff so nice, kind, and welcoming. The service exceptional and beyond professional. Their owner is such a very nice and kind. I always feel welcomed and served here. The client experience is great. It is truly one of the best places I have been in South America!

I live in the United States, but some friends who were at the Soul spa spoke wonders to me, they say that there is a very good service, that the massages are spectacular, and their installations are very beautiful, I can't wait to go there to the soul spa when I Go to Medellin, it will surely be a very good experience. …

Great place for a massage. When j was in medellin I would come here everyday. You must try the 4 hands massage. It means to have 2 people massage you at the same time. The girls there are amazing. I normally do after 4pm so I can get my favorite girls. I think I'm the only one who ever got 8 hands massage there.

Depending on what type of massage e you’re looking for you’ll either hate it or love it. Since I was looking for a regular massage, and not a “special” one, I felt quite deceived since it looks just a plain spa online. The massage itself was disappointing but that is not why most guys are going there

Two friends had massage services here and highly recommended. A/o 7/2022 they did't accept credit cards (cash only), so I didn't receive a massage. However, scheduling was easy and the ladies who greeted me were attentive and very sweet, offering water or hot tea. Walk up 1 flight of stairs.
