Shop Manager is so not fit for this job when it comes to customer service. 2 experiences with her as bad . Didn’t leave a review first time but today I feel it’s an obligation to do so ! Stood there for maybe 10 minutes or so and couldn’t have someone to help me. Picked a pair of shoes and was trying to buy another one but needed help. I approached her but she bec as me defensive when I nicely told her that maybe they should have more staff on such a busy Saturday but she wouldn’t even let me speak and kept talking on and on defensively instead of just saying we are sorry and just bear with us and we will help you. That is all it takes . But I left and didn’t buy anything as I don’t think they deserve my business.

I did not have a good experience at softmoc. I bought a very expensive pair of blunt stones and thought they fit well but after I got home and tried them on again, they felt too tight and uncomfortable. I only wore them around the house once and got a blister. I tried to return them today in very good condition and the employee told me they looked worn and could not resell them in the store. She was rude and didn’t even budge. She told me I could try selling them on market place. I thought this was horrible customer service and I will not shop at softmoc again.

The store is very nice. but the lady manager is extremely BAD. I was shocked when suddenly she started yelling at me in front of all the costumers because I was standing beside the storage room door waiting for an employee to bring me some shoes. I advised her that she could've asked me to move away in an appropriate way she said you understand what you want and not even an apology. I went to the cash to pay, the employee asked me for my e-mail address and she told her NOO before I even answer. I was planning to buy eseveral items but I bought one and left.

Had the worst experience with store manager. Went to buy crocs for my mom last week …the manger points to the wall and said there over there and walks away. She never smiled and her customer service skills was lacking. I returned the crocs today and advised the same manager that her customer service fell below expectations. She gave me whole bunch of excuses and said I don’t want to talk about it, she refused to give me her name. That was my first and last time I shop there. I’ve been in the retail business for over 25 yrs I’ve never had such bad service.

Ordered curbside pickup for direly needed boots which were a super deal (Soft Moc brand). My first time to Tanger outlets and it was a bit hard to find. Got to the store and read specific instructions to call and provide order #, identification, car and parking info. Etc. But I was right outside the store! And couldn't precisely describe where the car was. I was accommodated on the spot following distancing guidelines which was great. Boots are fantastic too!

NEVER AGAIN I purchased a pair of Sorel boots from this store and they went on sale for $40 less not even a week after. I spoke to the cashier and explained that I should be reimbursed for the difference as this is within their 30 days policy and the boots are not worn. The cashier treated me with horrible attitude and brought her manager. She was also very rude and declined my refund. I will never buy from them again.

Bought a pair of boots online but they didn't fit so I had to return them. This location was the closest for me at the time (about a 45 minute drive) and when I went in I had forgot my credit card that I purchased the boots with. The Sales Associate processed the return for me anyway and was super friendly. Thank you for the positive experience, I'll defiantly be back next time I am in Ottawa.

I had best shoe shopping experience ever in Canada . Lilly was evet knowledgeable , know how to help. She asked couple of questions, and showed couple of alternatives with adding if we need more we can simply ask. But the shoes that she got was perfect and it was difficult to choose one. If I would have a store , I would transfer her to my store for sure.

No help from staff and when I asked if you’re interested in any customers, the manager was so rude. I was looking for sneakers and they said they don’t have any later I found them myself in the store and the manager said we flipped the inventory. Would give zero stars for customer service!!

Staff was rude, my 1 and a half year old son was holding socks and the store clerk rudely asked “is your son going to pay for those?”. They also overcharge for the same shoes you can get elsewhere, the shoes I bought were marked up 20$ compared to Amazon. Definitely do not recommend.

I entered store to exchange my boots for a size 9. I was greeted by every associate in the store. They were friendly and professional in both action and appearance. Rona, went above and beyond to find the perfect boots for me! Extremely satisfied!

The staff were all very friendly and chill. I often have difficulty finding shoes that fit my wide feet but when I asked for assistance the staff gave me several options to try. Made it easy and stress free. :) Thanks guys.

It took over an hour to find the proper size of the boot I wanted even when I went in knowing which boot I wanted. I've been in twice now and service is always slow and the staff are unhelpful. Spend your money elsewhere.

Customer service is non existent in this location. Great for someone who doesn't need help and knows what they want to purchase. But if you need assistance your better off going to a different location to get service.

Friendly staff, but they started ringing me through and then walked away to go and talk to a manager for 5 minutes so I was just standing there awkwardly waiting for them to come back so I could take my stuff and go.

Terrible service...two staff in store one just was playing with re organizing shoes in front of store did not even see me holding a shoe looking for service...it was not busy either.

Fantastic customer service! I knew the exact boot I was looking for and the ladies were extremely helpful and very friendly. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, perfect!

“We have your size but can’t get to the boxes” and on top of that she says can you get back next week. That was the worst service I have ever seen. WOW

Very disorganized and hard to get service. Then once you got service their size selection was awful. Better to order online and save yourself a trip.
