We went in for one of their cheaper single mattresses and they said the person who would be sleeping on it weighed too much and tried to upsell us dramatically. We left and went elsewhere to buy the same model and my the person sleeping on it has had a fantastic sleep over the past many weeks.

Called ahead and was told to come pick up my order and nobody answered the phone or the door. I have been waiting ten minutes and no response. Very poor customer service. When you spend hundreds of dollars there should be someone working during store hours to give you your stuff.
