Felt taken advantage of. Asked for a trim and colour highlights. 1st appointment of the day at 11am. I did not get out until 2:30 and have short hair. I asked why she was giving me a colour first and waited until it was ready to wash out the had to dry it and then go through high lights wait and wash again. Then had a trim . Then she put the to put toner on. Sit and wait. Wash again then dry. 3 hair washes. The cut I’m not happy with. I just wanted to get out of there. Then $177. Later!! My heart just about stopped. I had always had high lights and colour all in one. 3 1/2 hours it took and no one was waiting only 2 people came in. One was a 5 min cut with other stylist and 2nd was with other stylist. I would not recommend Singletons. Way over priced I have never spent that much even at a high end salon.

I have been to this salon twice in the past three month and had excellent experiences both times. Victoria and Jeffery are friendly and talented professionals. In less than 45 minutes, I got a wash, cut, and style. My hair is quite long and thick, but they didn’t charge me extra for long hair the way that other salons do. The stylists casually mentioned the products they were using but didn’t pressure me to purchase them. There’s ample free parking in the strip mall lot. Online booking is so easy and you get text/email appointment reminders. I found the overall price of a woman’s haircut to be cheaper than the average salon. Jeffery even applied a $5 off coupon to my service, which made my haircut just over $30 taxes in. I’d be hard-pressed to find something of similar quality and value elsewhere.

Do not go here is all I can recommend, my grandma has been going here since she got her eye surgery done & is unable to wash her hair herself so she comes here for them to wash it The manager is a crook, she tried to say that "drying your hair" would cost money & isn't free, when it is free & the latest one is where my grandma went there yesterday and she had a stamp card(every time you go there they stamp it until you have enough stamps for a free haircut) she tried to tell my grandma that it was part of a "package" & proceeded to list off things included in this"package" which would total $47 just for her to get her free haircut Not sure if they try to pull these things off with younger individuals but they sure do try to take advantage of the elderly so watch out.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Victoria. I felt so taken care of while I was at the salon, and she listened to everything that I wanted and gave super professional advice. I fully trusted her throughout the whole experience. I have lots of hair anxiety and she made me feel so comfortable, took things very slow and explained the whole process step by step. She recommended some products that I cant wait to try out, and I can't wait to come back and see her again for my next cut! By far the best experience I've had and I've never felt so cute after with my new haircut and bangs!

I went in on Sunday and had a young lady, Heather who , in my opinion is the Best, the very Best. She gave me a style cut and perm , I have a disability so it's difficult for me at times and she is always so patient with me. I will miss her because she will be away for a short time, but I will be calling again, so when she returns, I will be going back there to her. Went in for a haircut and had a great experience! The wash was super relaxing and my hairstylist was so kind and willing to explain the process and help me come to a good choice on where I wanted to be at with my hair style! Highly recommend booking with Isabelle, she is the one that helped me! Very knowledgeable! 10/10 I will absolutely be booking here again! :)

Had my son’s haircut done by Ted at the Meadowood location. Haircut turned out very good!! The man is great with the clippers and was able to cut my son’s hair just the way I wanted. I provided a pic to show Ted what style i was aiming for. No problemo! Done with ease and done evenly and proper. I definitely will be back Easily a 5 star review

Jeffrey took my daughter as a walk in and did a great job with her haircut and style. He made her feel comfortable and i heard nothing but laughs from their chair. All the way home she was checking herself out and kept flipping her hair because she was so happy with it.

Ted is the absolute best stylist around. I’ve been going to him for a couple of years now and he’s always upbeat and gives me exactly what I want. Truly one of a kind. He goes above and beyond what any other stylist would do. Thanks for being there Ted! …

They were able to take me in as a walk-in to have my head shaved despite being very busy. Great customer service and attentive staff. The stylist even gave my wife some samples to try for her curly hair!

I enjoyed the hairstylist a great deal because she gave me the hair cut I wanted and she was friendly to talk to while getting my hair cut as well as no wait time for haircut being started.
