Absolutely terrible service from the operator - tried to book a transfer for my team for a work function, and whoever has picked up my online booking on the other end was rude and very unhelpful, kept demanding that I provide “full address”, no “hello!” or an explanation for what address they were after. I was trying to go to the Bondi Pavilion, it doesn’t have an address, and you’d expect that a professional taxi company would know their way around. Highly disappointing.

Accidentally left wallet in taxi T036 and driver stole it. Do not use Silver Service as they are not interested
