I have been going to this location my whole life and today I was at self-check out scanning the items I had picked out because I wanted to know the total price of my items. As I was doing this I saw an older women who was an employee watching me over my shoulder. I continued to do what I was doing, and once I looked at the final price, I had realized I need to get more things. I had pressed cancel transaction and as soon as I turn around to get more things the women came up to me and started to question what I was doing, and scolding me for checking the prices. I apologized to her and started to walk away, however she continued to follow and tell me what I was doing was wrong and not to do it again. I once again apologized because I was not aware of this so called "rule". I was polite, as I too work in retail, but felt very troubled by this encounter. I felt signled out and targeted by this women. Employees should not be staring at customers as they shop, I felt like it was an invasion of privacy, and then on top of that scolding customers for simply checking a price. I hope this does not happen to anyone else, but from the reviews, I have read on this location, this is not the first time customers have felt that they have been targeted by the staff. I hope management works on this to prevent these types of issues from occuring again. I know sometimes staff is not intentially trying to single someone out, however, I believe it is important to take strides to better customer service.

I have been going to this Shoppers for years, the staff have always been super helpful. Especially at the Beaty boutique, however recently I had a terrible experience due to an employee at the Beaty boutique, no name tag (I wonder why) but Indian with short black hair and grey hairs. Almost the second I had a product in hand she wanted to take it from me to “hold it at the counter”; I was at the store for less than 2 minutes at this point. I declined as I still wanted to browse and I was trying to shade match with the QR codes, she asked again no even a minute after and was much more insistent. I felt like declining wasn’t an option so I gave it over, I asked about lip tints and she gave me a very disinterested answer followed by ‘try Elf’. Elf does not sell lip tints and I would think someone working at the beauty boutique would know that. When I came over to pay; I was unable to find the lip tint I wanted with no help from her, I asked her why she needed to hold the two products for me and she stated it was company policy. Strange, since I’ve lived in this neighborhood for years and I’ve never had that happen to me. I mentioned that it made me feel generalized and that has never happened to me before at that shoppers, she seemed surprised when I told her I had been there before. I hope she’s nicer to the next person who comes in and just wants to have a pleasant shopping experience, it never feels nice to feel typecasted at a store you’ve been visiting for years.

Visiting the pharmacy for routine monthly prescription pickups should not be a frustrating experience, but such is the case at this Shoppers pharmacy. I don’t know what caused the steep decline in service. My family used this pharmacy from 2004-2023. It was great for the first many years. It was “great” in that everything seemed to work the way you hope and expect. Prescriptions were filled on time, there was friendly professional service, expert advice when needed. The last several years have seen a severe drop in the quality of service - to the point where we switched to a new pharmacy. There seems to be constant confusion, disorganization, prescriptions are often not available when notified that they are ready. The turnover in staff seems high. We rarely see the same person from one visit to the next - which could explain why there seems to be very little investment from staff to provide quality service or to solve problems. Most of them seem like they would rather be somewhere else. Even though this location is within walking distance for us, we have moved to a different pharmacy. One exception: Thank you to pharmacist Emad Fayed for going above and beyond when transferring our files to our new pharmacy and for taking the time to resolve some backend issues related to the timing of the transfer.

I no longer recommend this place for a covid vaccine. 2 years ago I wrote a very positive review but, today, I arrived for my 11:40 appointment, Upton arrival there wasone patient waiting for vaccine, I expected to be next in line and rightfully so however, the nurse called 4 patients ahead of me albeit they arrived after me. In fact, one of the couple had to fill out their registration. Those who are late for their appointments should wait in line until such time when they get in but, you can not punishing some one fir being on time for their scheduled appointment. I wanted to use the "D" word but I see a change in staff from the last 4 times I got my vaccines here so I just asked to have my appointment canceled. The management is very poor and disrespectful in regards to timing and scheduling, they showed absolutely no respect for my time but they could also be playing the "D" card. I am P Od at this type of behavioral attitude displayed by these staff members of "A" desent. Everyone must be treated equally in our society.. an appointment must also be honoured.

Got my COVID-19 second dose vaccine (Pfizer) from here. Professional and quick service. A lot easier than driving all the way to Paramount Fine Foods Centre for the same thing. Walk-in appointment only, had to fill up a form and wait for around half an hour because there were other people there too. The lady at the counter was pretty efficient and no one was waiting super long between sessions. Didn't have to show ID, but the form does require your health card number (obviously), but bring another piece of ID like a driver's license in case they need to find you in the database. I recommend coming here early to avoid long lines in the evening and afternoon. Make sure you call beforehand to confirm just in case. I thought that the waiting area was kind of narrow and small but since there weren't a lot of people waiting, it wasn't a big deal. People lined up wherever inside the aisle as this pharmacy is small and isn't meant for line-ups. There is seating on the left side of the pharmacy so you can sit and wait there for 15 minutes before leaving.

This place has definitely gone downhill in regards. I called them two days ago explained to them that I had 2 days left of medication . They never called me back and when I called the store they told me that they are waiting for the doctor. I told them I am out and if they could extend my prescription a day two that would be great. The pharmacist said we would have to call you for that.. I replied back.. Well I am calling you, let's do this. She told me the store is closing and she couldn't help but she will call my doctor tomorrow. I told them don't bother because I will call and have them call it in to another pharmacist. I am thankfull my the medication wasn't for something serious or I will be in trouble.. To the pharmacist.. Take your job alot more seriously as your part of the medical profession you had over 48 hours to return a phone and extend the perception but in you failed you duties.

On Saturday January 18, 2020 at around 3:30/4pm EST I went to your location at Creditview and Bristol rd in Mississauga to pick up some things. At the checkout, there were two employees having a personal conversation. As I approached, they asked me if I was paying cash, to which I replied, "no, I'm paying debit." At that point one of the employees pointed over to the self- checkout and said "please use the self-checkout." Again, there was no one in line. If they aren't going to do their jobs, what's the point in even having them there? They should all just be self-checkouts if the people at the checkouts refuse to help me. I had also wanted lottery tickets, which I just ended up buying somewhere else because I was shocked by the response I got. After that, they were able to carry on their personal conversation that was not about work, and I just used the self checkout. Terrible experience.

Our daughter (just under 2 years old) has spina bifida. We are from the US and on vacation, our daughter has a UTI which is common with her condition. Our doctor from the US tried to call in an antibiotic which was unable to be filled because it was not from a Canadian doctor. Dr Hao took the insurance call and unfortunately was unable to fill the prescription, but his advice within hisa to prescribe / give medical advice was very helpful. I was able to meet in person with Dr Hao and he gave us the best medical advice for over the counter medicine. He advised to keep our daughter hydrated, advised us what to look out for if we need to take her to urgent care / ER, and said to call with any questions. Thank you Dr Hao!! I hope in the future transfer of medications internationally without having to go to the ER, as well as doctor prescribed medications, can be more easily transferred.

Apparently you can’t return makeup if opened. Bought a foundation which was way to dark for my complexion and when I was honest about that trying to return the product I was told “no” since it’s been opened and they can’t resell it … not sure how that is my problem when they don’t offer samples to test makeup before you buy it. Also the L’Oréal tinted serum isn’t even sealed in store anyway so that doesn’t really make any sense. Honestly going to continue to purchasing my makeup from sephora even if it costs a little more because at least I know that if I don’t like the product or if I purchase the wrong shade I am able to return it and get my money back. When I look at the return policy online it says nothing about not being allowed to return makeup if opened so it sounds like I was lied too. Truly disappointed and such a waste of money!

My kid got letter from school to do covid-19 test due to there was someone in her classroom had it. Register online for test here, no one called to give schedule time but when I called (waiting for 30 minutes for the call to get someone) then someone told me the schedule is actually in that afternon but we have never been informed, I am not sure how did I knew if i did not call. I got it rescheduled the next day. Went to test, waited so long in the drive thru. Someone went back and forth multiple times in and out for whatever unnecessary thing, car Q-up getting long, very inefficient. And now already 14 days no result in the ontario covid test result. Any other of my kid friends, got it test elsewhere it got the result in 1-2 days. But until now we don't get any result. Here, not sure where the test was lost. No efficiency and no result.

By far the worst customer service! This shoppers is closest to my home but I will not use it anymore. I’ve had two really bad experiences with the employees. 1) to do a return on an unopened box of Tylenol cold and flu I had purchased less than 24 hrs prior to. The young man was rude, condescending and mummbled things under his breath. Typical millennial behaviour. He was right and refused to provide any type of helpful customer service. Told me something about a policy that is not listed on the receipt. Was told to look it up online. Nothing there either. I ended up going to the pharmacist at the back who did the return, no problem. 2) second situation was dealing with the store manager. She literally walked away as I was speaking to her. Again, very rude and disrespectful. I would NOT recommend shopping here.

Disgusting customer service. Clara the notorious supervisor tells her employees to keep an eye on certain customers of certain skin colour and ethnicity because they are likely to steal and are on welfare, she makes sure staff follow them at a certain distance inside the store. She makes the employees do work other than what they signed up for (i.e. I've seen the cosmetician sweeping before closing or stocking shelves not cosmetics related). Why is a racist person assigned as the store manager when she takes home "damages" for her sons and husband? Who does her bag check when she leaves? ................I thought so! BY THE WAY, THEY CAN SOMETIMES AFFORD TO HIRE UNDERCOVER NON-SECURITY INDIVIDUAL TO WALK AROUND THE STORE PRETENDING TO SHOP AS THEY ARE REALLY STOCKING YOU.

I called this location 3 different times and each time I called, the employees spoke to me in a very rude tone and in such a rushed manner. During the last call, after I told the employee my first request he said "ok, got it, bye" and was about to hang up even though I had another thing to say. Thankfully, I replied very quickly before he hung up and said my request which he replied to with the same response. The previous times I called was to ask a few questions, they would cut off my sentence and answer with a quick one word responses and then hang up immediately after. My point is, any other place would have asked if there is anything else they can help with, but this location wants to quickly hang up as well as speak in a very unwelcoming way. very disappointed.

I am very happy and impressed with the level of service provided by the store. I had an issue with the staff/management regarding a product. I was very disappointed how I was not given the time or some type of resolution by the manager especially since I was a loyal and regular shopper at this location and was frustrated and puzzled with the lack of service. Given the incident, I was able meet the owner Ibrahim and what really made me happy was that the he took the time to sit down with me and hear my concern. That itself showed me how much he cares about his store locations given how busy he is with the flu shot. Not only that he was able to resolve the issue and made me a loyal customer to his locations. I am very satisfied with the overall service provided.

There is no bicycle parking available anywhere on this shopping plaza. At a time when city communicates to encourage active mobility, car ownership becoming more and more expensive and considering you are located at the intersection of the Creditview multi-use trail and Bristol bike lanes, this is no longer acceptable. I reside too far to walk, but close enough that I cannot justify starting and driving my car to visit your store (even in winter months). In addition, when feeling sick, it is it is safer for all road users (including myself) that I ride my bicycle and cross the street as a pedestrian, rather than drive my car and try to negotiate this intersection. Fine store otherwise, clean and tidy. Please install a bicycle parking.

This Shopper's Drug Mart doesn't seem to take COVID testing seriously. Tried to book an appointment for an antigen test, but was told to call back after a few hours once the scheduler comes in. When I called later, they told me the scheduler had already come and gone! I tried calling again the day after, but it seems like they disconnected their phone line. I don't know why this location relies on a designated scheduler to make appointments, especially when 21st century technology practically allows anyone to download an app or fill out a digital spreadsheet to set time aside. If you're looking for a competent place to do your COVID testing, then do not waste your time with this joke of a location.

Went to the drive thru and the lady there wanted me to put a mask on inside my car so she can open the window, if I had a mask I would have gone inside to hand in the prescription! Then she acted up saying it's company policy! I was more then 6 ft away from her plus I was inside my own vehicle! I could have coughed on or spread covid from the prescription I handed her and she was acting so belligerent about me not having a mask on! This is a pharmacy if you want me to wear a mask while I'm in my own car then you should supply masks Can't get better customer service then this I'm going to move all my family's prescriptions to a different pharmacy that actually appreciates their customers

This Shoppers Drug Mart is one I go to often. Unfortunately on more than one event this shoppers has had staff claim the Presto machine is broken. I'd understand if it happened once in awhile but last time my husband went to this location he was flat out lied to. The cashier claimed that the Presto machine was gone but he could see it sitting there. I've also had the cashiers mess up and put money on instead of the monthly pass they charged me for. Please train the staff on Presto, also if the machines break this much maybe contact Presto. UPDATE: 2 weeks in and the Presto machine is still down. They have at least put a sign up.

Sweeta is literally the sweetest human being and is obviously in the right profession. I never met her in person but when I visited this location and spent about $250 I realized I forgot my optimum. The lady in the beauty department said not to worry and I could go to another location. I soon found out that wasn’t the case. I had two horrible experiences when I called shoppers customer service, and I was ready to give up until I called this location and spoke to lovely Sweeta. I don’t live close to this location but I would make a point of shopping here again because of her excellent service! THANK YOU

I have tried this location over 15+ times. Every single time, I leave frustrated because the management disrespects anybody that uses a single coupon. They truly believe that the money is coming directly out of their pockets. I have multiple videos, of the same, and different management, talking down on, laughing at and turning away business from paying customers. I will never ever ever be back and that’s a promise I will stick to. I have never had such terrible experiences and I make sure to share them with everyone I come across. Head office needs to do a mystery shop here.

If you are ever directed to drop off forms to be sent to Shoppers corporate by secure fax, don't do it at this location as they will mess it up. First they will tell you they can't do it until the next day (they are supposed to send them immediately and then hand the forms back to you), and then they will not send all of what you give to them. Then they (instead of Shoppers Corporate) will call you for some reason saying that what you have is insufficient despite that being none of their business to judge what was sent. This was a nightmare to deal with. Avoid!

I called them they said they have the presto service now. So I decided to walk over and load my card so I could get to work. Thinking it was more convenient and closer for me to do. Only to get there and none of them have used the service before and are all unfamiliar with it. They couldnt load my card. So now I'm stuck walking to work further then before. I told then they should have all been trained and had the problems fixed before telling customers they have the service. Not impressed wont be shopping there again. Will stick with loading online.

Tried over 2 hrs to renew my meds by phone finally gave up and went there in person as the phone busy. Pharmacy assistant stated "what do you want me to say, it's like this all the time every day." If you require medication urgently it wont happen. Was told I had to wait 1 hr. I can see that the pharnacy staff either dislike their job or are overwhelmed with running the pharmacy. The pharmacy assistants are far worse than the pharmacists themselves. What started off as a simple med renewal, took 3 days to get sorted out.

Refuses to accept any coupons. The staff are extremely rude. They have a 4 piece limit put on a tag (and you can buy more than that, but pay more). Apparently, not at this location. The management have a different limit for every item, and you will only find out when you go to checkout. I have avoided this location at all cost, and made the trip 15 minutes further so that I never have this issue, however today, they wasted 1 hour of my husbands time. Do not go here. Take your time to try a different location.

Pharmacy has poor and terrible customer service. Communicating to clients and making notes on file is the key. However, they are so unorganized even when dealing with two staff, neither one recorded any of our conversation or put a note on my profile therefore incomplete prescriptions/items were given to me. Had they recorded our conversation prior, none of these would have happened and it happened to me twice. You’re lucky you got one star from me! I demand an answer from the pharmacy owner!!

This Shoppers (CREDITVIEW and Bristol) has terrible pharmacy. They dont give you all the medication at once, they tell you they don't have it or some other excuse, so you are forced to go back and pick up the rest of your meds this way they can charge another set of prescription fees. So technically you are paying medical dispensing fee twice. This happened to me 3 times and now I will not use this location or Shoppers. Also they make you wait too long before they give the meds.

Went to this Shoppers location last week for the booster vaccine. Called first to ensure they had vaccines and was advised walk ins were welcome. Decided to walk in as opposed to booking an appointment and was very pleased with the service. Staff was friendly and professional. Took about half an hour from the time I walked in until I left, including the 15 minute wait time after the shot. Would definitely recommend this location. Very nice, clean store with ample staff.

No public washrooms. The pricing at shoppers is a bit strange. Some items are over market price while others are below. There is a huge variance in the price for whatever reason. If you wanted to price match and save money, you could potentially do it but if you just go shopping, you are overspending on products available at competing brand name retail stores. Products that are not exclusive to shoppers appears to be more expensive for what can be seen as price gouging.

One of the worst shoppers you can go to The staff is un helpfull. Worst is the pharmacy, the management should seriously look into this because i feel they dont want to work. Every time i call in for a prescription they say there systems are down and they will not do any prescription pick ups and magicawhen your there to pick up everything is working. Please check . I bought an elbow and Knee sleeve from copper here in this store. The sleeves already messy when I opened it. I tried on to make sure that it fit. However, it wasn’t. So I came again to change for another one. BUT they said it already been used so they cancel my request in a very rude way. I am very disappointed about the way that they responded. Saima in the pharmacy treated me today like an unwanted customer. I had asked for a specific pain medication for my mother who is fighting stage 4 liver cancer, Saima straight out told me that they did not have it. The pharmacist overheard this and immediately gave me what I asked. Saima should not be working there with such poor customer service. She showed me she did not care. Very very poor customer service. Shameful!

I have had an amazing and genuine experience at this Shoppers Drug Mart because Eva was so professional, honest and kind. She went ahead of the game to help me look for scents and was so caring. Terrible customer service.. wanted to return the over the counter medicine with seal never opened a day later I bought it. But i was told that it cannot be returned due to some policy which is neither mentioned on the receipt nor anywhere in the store. I was told to come back at another time if I want to see the associate owner to talk about nondisclosure of such policy. Total ridiculous service.

I went to this location today to test and purchase some perfumes. I waited at the beauty desk and the sales personnel saw me and asked me to wait a minute while continuing to chat among themselves for several minutes. Had they been assisting other customers ahead of me then that would have been understandable but that was not the case. Needless to say, I will be purchasing my perfumes elsewhere.

Very small store. They do have a drive through pharmacy but if you drop off expect to wait at least 1hour. If you go in it’s 20 mins because they want you to spend money in the store. Also, if they need to fax a repeat prescription- they don’t and after days of waiting you find this out. Unfortunately close to my home and it’s convenient. Thank god the owner will try to make you happy.

I spend $ 86.18 on Sep 12 to get my 22800 points. By mistake I took the carbon color of eye liner I exchanged the black color of eye liner. Price was same brand was same why she took all my points.. I asked the cashier why she did , I didn't return the product I just exchanged the color. She said I can't do anything. That's make me upset. May be next time I'll go to Sephora. Thanks

OMG - avoid like the plague! Worst customer service ever. Especially with the pharmacy department. Poor, wrong, or no communications. Never spent less than 20 minutes on hold for the pharmacist while they had the market on Covid tests. Now that you can get the rapid antigen pretty much anywhere take the trip to Streetsville proper where they're friendly, fast and competent!

Worst pharmacy in the city. The staff is very irresponsible and arrogant. They will never have your Rx ready on time and will not even inform you if it is not available. My child's covid vaccine appointment taken 2 months in advance was cancelled a day prior to the scheduled date saying they don't have capacity. This store is harming Loblaws and Shoppers Drug Mart brand.

Good. Small compared to other stores. Takes at least 20 minutes to fill a prescription at pharmacy. Pharmacists are friendly and helpful. There's a small sitting/waiting area to wait for prescription to be filled. The grocery area is very small compared to other Shoppers stores. There's no milk/dairy. Was hoping to pick up milk while waiting for my prescription.

I went in today to make a return at cosmetics and the both cosmeticians were not helpful or did not even try to assist me due to there no return policy for opened items. When I asked to speak with a manager, they called a supervisor Rosalyn who was just rude and unhelpful; she told me take it back to where I bought it. I will not be returning to this store.

I went to pick up my prescription ( because I was told that it was going to be ready ), then the pharmacist said it is out of stock so I couldn’t get it! I don’t understand why the pharmacist said it would be ready? This is not my first time . It happened few times . Of course I complained but they never changed! Worst location, without a doubt. Staff and especially management are rude! The older woman with shoulder length light hair was my most recent bad encounter. She is very rude and inconsiderate and had to run behind closed doors to consult with a "manager" (who was too rude to show their face). Would return an item my child had an allergic reaction to.

This store is right across from where I live. I was in there today asking for vaseline. 2 staff members didn't bother to offer help at all . I could not believe that they didn't help, I'm disabled and struggle at times. I left and went to another shoppers and they took me right to what I was looking for. Out of my way but superior service.

During the peak of the pandemic, I had my booster shot done in this store . I was really impressed and satisfied that the pharmacy staff were very professional and helpful. Stopped by today as it was on my way home. The lady with black short hair working at cosmetics was extremely rude and racist. Accused me and my family of stealing items as we were picking up necessities. And when we confronted her about her attitude she was vulgar and extremely disrespectful. Will never be going back

They refused to give my wife the COVID-19 Vaccine without an appointment , there was only 1 person infront of her, i took both of my vaccine shots without an appointment at the same location, they are a Corp, they don't want your business,took my business to a nearby clinic that treated us like humans not numbers.

Called them before to make sure they had the pediatric vaccine. They mentioned they welcomed walk-ins which we did. Had my booster shot along with my kids in here. Kids didn't even feel the sting. Couldn't believe how fast that went , frictionless and they were exceptionally nice and professional

I had a terrible interaction with the older lady with light hair on August 22nd. Its clear shes miserable and dreads her job. On August 23 I had a wonderful encounter with Claudia. She was helpful, respectful and understanding. The older lady can definitely learn a thing or two from Claudia.

I was on the phone, put on hold for multiple hours. my WHOLE day went to waste by having to hold for these unprofessional people. and when I was finally transferred to the pharmacy department after waiting for 2 hours on hold, she picked up and hung up. unprofessional service

I am customer to this SD location for last 25 years for the past couple of years and I am having worst customer service ever. When trying to call them over phone, no one picks up the call I am getting only music and after hours of holding the line always get disconnected.

Nice staff, nice managers very helpful, no lineups or if there is someone will open the other checkout, if not you can always checkout at the cosmetics if there not busy helping someone,4 stars as it doesn’t have freezer or foods department otherwise a nicely run shoppers

I got my all my vaccine from this location and the Pharmacist and staff were friendly. My grandma is not fluent in english.. the staff were patient and accommodating. Also, there was a bit of a wait in the beginning but the line pick up soon after. Overall good service!

Friendly staff especially the pharmacy. They've done all of my Antigen tests (at least a dozen). They've accommodated me when I was late or when I had to reschedule. Special mention, "ms cindy" who gave me my booster, at least I think she did.....didn't feel a thing!!

Parents-in-laws got their booster here, 5 days apart from each other. Neither had their information logged into the system, had to come back with their paper copies to get their boosters logged. I wonder how many other people didn't get their vaccinations logged.

The only reason I go to this pharmacy is services offered by Ms Krupa Patel. She has always been so helpful to my family especially with urgent prescriptions. A kind person always ready to help. Good addition to the team. Kudos to the young helpful soul.

Nov 2, 2020, at about 10:30 in the morning, the cashier should not have come to work. I'm a firm believer if you cannot pleasantly serve a customer you should not be serving. Otherwise the prices seem to be reasonable on a lot of items this morning

The worst pharmacy ever, the pharmacist is so lazy, first ask you to wait one and half hours, than didn’t make it at all and fax Dr prescription to other pharmacy, so never come to that pharmacy again. Come to Mavis and Bristol instead.

I called them and waited for 45 minutes to talk to the pharmacy department. Every 10 minutes someone comes and keeps me on hold after telling me that I will be transferred to the pharmacy department. Totally lacking management.

Convenient because it's a 2 minute walk from my house and the service is what you would expect. Shutting down the drive thru is very inconvenient though. Don't know the excuse for this.
