Such terrible service. I stood for almost 10 minutes in front of two Shell employees inside the store inside their glass bubble with the register. They both saw me standing there yet made no attempt to even say hello to me. They jusy stood there speaking to each other in their language (not English) and completely ignored me until a tall, loud, cockasian male came into the store and saw how rude they were to me and started shouting at them to serve their customers. The female involved was clearly the cashier. The male may have been the shift manager. Regardless it was the most dehumanizing experience I've ever had anywhere in the last 10 years by any establishment. In hindsight there are so many other gas stations in the city, especially without years of construction occuring outside making it difficult to be a patron in the first place. Do yourself a favour and buy your gas and other items on the go somewhere else where you will actually be treated like a paying customer, a person and with respect.

2nd time I've now had to write this: the owner of this station is homeless-phobic and refuses to let paying customers use his facilities because he is both lazy and ignorant. Unacceptable behavior. I'll now be contacting Shell Canada, the Vancouver bylaw, and BBB to forward them copies of the screen shot I took before my original review was deleted. I will say that I do still stand behind my original statement that I hope someone who rightfully cannot hold their bathroom break in, decides to use this man's floor instead. In dealing with that situation, perhaps the owner will learn a little bit about caring for people in his community and appreciating the customers who are making him wealthy by buying his products.

Beware of this gas station - 5 times now i've been double charged and the manager is not a very kind person. Also gives kids incorrect change who come to buy things from the school. They also will not allow anyone in the store and use the security window from 6 pm onwards. TodayI watched a woman go up- they again claimed they couldnt take cash bc they didn't have any due to paying out lottery winnings.. They have done this to me on multiple occasions Cashier eventually gave in and finally broke her 50$. He ended up yelling something about hating Canadians. I couldnt believe it.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was using a $20 bill to buy a bottle of water and asked if the cashier could give me a few loonies and toonies with my change, he was INCREDIBLY disgruntled by this, as if I’d personally offended him. I said a $10 bill would be fine and asked if he could give me the remaining $7 in change. Apparently this was a huge inconvenience for him and he kept berating me, even as I walked out the door, saying I didn’t care that he wouldn’t have a lot of change left in his till. It left a really bad taste in my mouth and I will NEVER go back to this Shell again.

Sad I even have to give this poorly managed place one star, it’s undeserving of that. Terrible customer service, the manager tried to rip me off on my debit card. The staff are rude and ignorant. A staff member even had the audacity to yell at my mother for no good reason whatsoever. I reported this location to Shell HQ. Save yourself the trouble and do not go here. There’s another Shell in Point Grey, though it’s further from where I live it’s worth the extra drive to make sure this place never sees a dime of my money again.

On Monday December 28th at 9:35 pm I came in to fill up gas. I noticed a car coming right next to my door at 80 km/ h screeching his tires as he nearly hits me. Sure enough it was the employee in a Toyota Avalon who was finishing his shift and speeding out. Imagine if it was a child who exited the car and wouldn’t see the speeding car. I almost called the police. When I mentioned this to the clerk all he could say was “ of yeah he finished his shift , sorry about that “ Unbelievable .

Multiple times had to wait while the staff held up a finger ( wait a minute) to finish a personal call. Once it's late they love to slip up the "so sorry back in 15" sign while either talking in their phones or having 2 staff fill the beverage fridge. Not sure why they cant serve me when I can visibly see them. Edit: it's been 20 minutes since I showed up to see 2 staff stocking with a be back in 15 minute sign. There's line up. We're all going to the gas station on 16th now.

I fueled up here and the gas pump wouldn't give me a fuel receipt. So I go inside and ask for a fuel receipt and the attendant initially refused saying that his system was down. I told him that this wasn't good enough for me and I insisted he give me a receipt. He gave me some attitude, rolled his eyes and eventually gave me the receipt. Very unprofessional conduct. I wont be keen on fueling up here in the future. Station itself looks poorly run. Store inside was a mess.

Got ripped off. Set the pump to fill the tank, and the pump overflowed on my car, went in to ask for a refund because the overflow valve should have been working. Was given the excuse that "the pump worked before" as if it was my car's fault and the pump was unbreakable, but my car's gas tank worked fine before too... The employee did not even come to take a look at the spill. I will make it a point to avoid this gas station and all other Shell gas stations from now on.

I have been going to this gas station twice a week and buy some lottery tickets and some other items. Cashier here lies about washroom is “out of order” at all times. Don’t even let its customers use it, really bad service. 16th/Arbutus st. gas station or 16th/Macdonald st. gas station staff very friendly and well trained. That’s where I go and buy things now.

I'd give this station a -5 if it was an option the attendants both were rude and unpleasant. Didn't know how to use the Air Miles reward program a program most Alberta stations use well and frequently. I will not use this station ever again. I have sent a complaint to Shell Canada based on this station. Use this station at your own peril/risk!

Terrible customer service, the guy on cashier was extremely rude, all because I was trying to pay with cash. He actually treat me like is something wrong to lau with cash. This happen September 29 9:40 am Please talk to your Employee and let him know There is nothing wrong with paying cash. I’m never buying gas on this place again !

Quite possibly one of the nicest attendants works here. He usually works the night shift or later. He is always so kind. I think his name is possibly Assam or starts with an A. He is helpful and just a nice person to deal with. In a world full of chaos and rude people he is one of the good ones. So thank you.

Met the girl of my dreams by the propane tanks. Knew from the second I saw her that she was the woman I wanted to cum and laugh with for the rest of my days. Didn't buy anything.

I was over charged using my card and the machine didn't give me the receipt due to system failure so I was unable to prove it such bad company

Rudely refused cash payment as they had emptied their float paying out lottery winnings and could not make change.

Kind evening staff! Window service only after 9pm. Store is clean and well stocked.

As far as gas stations go this one has lots of parking and is in a central location
