This was my first time to this store. I walked in to get some things and was scrolling on my phone to check my messages, the Guy named 'Vasu' who was at the counter was extremely impatient, disrespectful, and didn't know how to behave or talk to his customer and throwed lot of attitude to a point wherein he didn't even let me buy things and was extremely disrespectful. I usually would not write any negative comments but this guy needs to learn some manners else your store would loose lot of good customers. I jus saw another review 3 weeks back with same complain (I am sure it would be the same guy). Would request you to please look into it so that no other person is disrespected by him like this.

I had just stopped in after work and was looking for something to eat. A (let's say gentleman) told me that they would be closing soon. I said yes I know. He then said "well could you hurry up". I looked at the clock and saw that they weren't closing for 10 minutes yet. I put the items back and told him that I normally spend about $15- $20 in the store but because of his customer service, or lack thereof, I would never spend another dime in there. I asked to speak to the manager. Turns out that he was the manager! Seriously, Shell needs to put there staff through customer service training . Or at least there managers.

Went to get gas on Saturday night. I use full service because I have arthritis in my hands and often can not get the gas cap off. I sat there for a bit but of course no one came to help. I went in to ask the employee to please fill up my car. He said no he was by himself and that it was closed!! There was no one in the station and there was only 1 other car that was gassing up at that time!! The service is so bad! I drove to Richmond got my friendly and fast service. I was there and back in 20 minutes! I am so done with that place! I have been a customer for years but not any more!!!!!

Standard gas station. Located next to a strip mall so you can gas up and shop. Had a decent sized convenience store attached to it. Full serve is located to the north. Access and egress can be a challenge. It can be reached North bound on oak st. Or east bound on King Edward ave. From South bound oak you can turn into king Edward to get to the station. When leaving you can only leave east on King Edward or North on oak, unless you drive through the strip mall to find another exit.

overpriced af but closer to my walking route than the one a few feet across the street. i know. we don’t talk about it. workers are always nice one i think is kind of fed up with me. might just be a ginger hater. the others ask me how my day was!!! SO FREAKING YAS. the space is… something…! it’s a little small. but yk. we aren’t sizest here❤️❤️ i spend half of my funds here. they’re the reason i’m broke. thanks a million, shell. ❤️

Extremely rude guy. I went up to get a couple of scratch tickets with my friend. When I had asked him for it, he didn’t look at or respond to me. When I spoke up a little bit he glanced for a second, put up his pointer finger and said “yeah just one minute” the continued looking at his phone. I am 19 and can understand being ID’d as I’ve sold lottery before, but all he did was stare at it and mutter to me what I wanted. Do not go to this gas station.

This gas station is very well maintained and clean.Sukh always do good job here she is very friendly and knows well about everything and always help people in polite manner . I recommend this place very much the staff is always nice to me i am their regular customer. Thank you guys for your service

Very rude cashier, I asked for 87, he put 92, then when I went in to get to change it he did a refund, he tried giving me a refund receipt of $0.00?? I’m sure he was counting on me not checking my receipt. He could’ve pocketed my $50. Just go to the one across the street.

First time fueling up in Canada. Tbh NZ is so much easier. Anywho, the staff was very helpful, he guided us through the different options for fuel available and answered all our questions. He also introduced us to the app so that makes our lives super easy now :)

Excellent gas station always friendly workers..just need to change the soapy water to wash our windshields.. one was clean other one was quite dirty. More soap in the water would be great! Especially winter time. Thank you …

The washroom has been shut down for months. I think one of the reasons motorists visit a gas station is to use the washroom. I no longer visit this gas station anymore. There is one just across the street.

Convenience, convenience, convenience. This is a well located gas station the last on the east bound side of Grandview before Highway 1. Otherwise it's like any other gas stations

I visited for fuel at full service. Associate explained about airmiles and how points can be earned. Offered me full service which is very helpful. Thank you

Ewwww, I wish there was a negative number. The most awful bathroom I’ve ever seen, I don’t think it’s been cleaned properly for years.

Good neighborhood gas station. It’s nice and tidy. Prices often seem higher than the Esso across the street though.

The gas station was great! Buddi and Ravi were super helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to help us.

Easy access from King Edward Ave. and Oak Street. Use your Airmiles card at the pump and/or inside.

Public washroom open and available. Service fast and efficient. Good stock of energy drinks.
