It was a really bad experience for me. Me and my friend had booked a head spa in a twin room. The room is cold but we only offered 2 towel to cover. Both of the staffs are new here (one of them only came for 2 weeks). They don’t know how to adjust the water temperature so using cold water at the beginning. During the spa, they also spent at least 10 minutes in adjusting the temperature. The medicated bath ends so quick so just like I spent $128 washing my hair. The message is neither comfy nor professional. At the end we brow dry our hair by ourselves as well as doing the hair oil.

Amazing! Honestly, this is the best massage shop I have ever been to in Chatswood! I hate the cold but this shop is so WARM with air-conditioner and heated electric blanket!! Beautiful environment, friendly staff, quality service and preferential price! They are using 100% Aussie organic oil and even the hand wash is from Aesop, the toilet is smart from Toto!! I had free hot tea and refreshment as well. Beautiful experience and will definitely come back :)

Best head spa ever. I had a head spa at Sheela yesterday afternoon; I relaxed through the entire session; the water massaged my head and gave me a different relaxation, totally different massage experience. Some Chinese Herbal Medicine nourishes and cleans the scalp and improves blood circulation in the scalp. Also, the staff helped to dry my hair, and the service was stunning. I definitely will come back in the future.

Definitely highly recommended! My husband and I have been there a few times. The shop is on Victoria Avenue (Opposite to Chemist Warehouse), so it is very convenient. Sheela is so different to other massage shops. You have your own private room, and the environment makes you so relaxed. Most importantly, they provide variety of services, and they have the top class therapists! We enjoyed! Thanks!

Terrible booking in place. I’ve booked for my appointment for 2 person 1 week in advanced and instead was reminded the day before at a time I’ve never booked, very unprofessional. Looking forward to come, but really disappointed with the booking. Receptionist also kept saying wasn’t booked by her. I do not recommend this place if you’re going to book via a call.

Excellent service, professional treatments! This spa has everything…. Love the massage and foot massage. It’s definitely one of the best that I have experienced in Sydney. I usually spend couple of hours on Sheela Spa. I brought my husband and my mum. They all loved it. It’s quite spacious. Good for couple of few friends. Strongly recommended!

I was so happy to be here and and tried their aromatherapy massage! The therapist has a professional skill and the oil is 100% Aussie organic grape seed oil which is so moisturising but not oily at all. The room temperature was so comfortable and they even have electrinic blanket! Wonderful experience and highly recommend!

The place looks very new and clean. However massage wasn't very good. Nina, who did the message, she seemed like she didn't want to be there, at one point she might have been falling asleep. Definitely not worth the money. Would go other places instead, even the massage places at Westfield would be better, and cheaper.

I went twice to get the head spa. The first time was not so good but the second time was really great. The masseuse really de-stressed all the tension from my head. The products used was very nice, Aesop. And the decor of the spa was beautiful. If you're going make sure to ask for Nina and Mary. They are really great!

I was running late for my appointment. I do apologise for that. But It wasn't good experience of the head spa treatment. The Guy who did head spa treatment just like he just washed my hair. No head message. Nothing. I don't think that guy is trained by this. Wouldn't come back again though.

The best message experience ever! Sheela has the top class therapists and services at a easy to get location Chatswood. They provide varity of therapies to fulfill different treatment needs. My wife went there every couple of days when she was pregranant. Denfinitly recommanded!

Really bad experience! it's not professional. the head spa water is cold and the head massage is not professional. I feel like I just spent over $100 on washing my hair. The staff waiting the time‘s up and left, even though my hair was still wet. No next time.

I had one hour aromatherapy massage, the therapist was very professional, I told her that my back and shoulders were sour and painful, so she gave me extra attention on these parts. I enjoyed the whole service. Highly recommend.

It is really relaxing experience with some experienced professionals. Few are very new so stick to the ones you have tried. Sometimes rooms are bit hotter during summers but in winters the same feel so much warm and cozy.
