Best service ever!! So lucky to have this place so close to home. I’ve done everything here… nails, spray tan, laser hair removal, facial, body fx, brows, eye lash tinting ….. everything is always done with care and attention. These women love their work and really care that their customers are satisfied and leave feeling good. I trust their professionalism, their product and service knowledge and recommendations. They go above and beyond to ensure customers are happy- if I chip my nail between manicures, they’ll fix it up. Pricing is competitive for Toronto; I always feel like I get excellent value for the money. The owner takes pride in her work and her staff. She will go to any measures to make sure you leave happy. Most of her client base are repeat customers and that’s because of how special this place is!

I have been going to see Natalia and her staff for more than ten years with great results. They always give you what you need without pressuring you to buy products and services you don't need. (Although I love the Yonka skin care and the Jane Airdale makeup) The facials are fantastic, and I've also had pedicures, body treatments and laser therapy. I highly recommend for consistently excellent service by people who really care about you and your skin.

I’ve done waxing at Satisfaction and was pleasantly surprised that the procedure is a lot less painful than many people may imagine. Salon’s aestheticians have done everything so fast I had no time to blink an eye! After the procedure I had a soothing lotion applied so the entire procedure left no unpleasant impression. Moreover I’m very satisfied with the results – my skin looks perfectly smooth and I forgot about the unwanted hair for 5 weeks!

I've been coming here for about a year now, and it's really a hidden gem. I've had laser hair removal, facials, I get some take-home skincare from here as well. It has all been great, prices are reasonable, and you can tell the owner really cares about providing the best service possible for her clients. I absolutely LOVED the hydrafacial once I had one, and can see myself getting them regularly moving forward.

The care and attention given by Nataliya and staff is amazing. As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted with warmth and kindness. They carry high quality products and provide great skin care education. They also carry my favourite physical sunscreen for darker skin tones. Amazing! Always a wonderful experience at Satisfaction Spa! The atmosphere is friendly, relaxing and cheerful and always professional. From manicure to pedicure to waxing and facials, I have never been disappointed. And I have been a client since it first opened in 2008. I now live two and a half hours north of Toronto and I still come to Sarisfaction! For me and a number of my friends this is the only place to be.

Received a 45 min Massage by Taniya and it was very good. She went above my expectations,made sure I was comfortable and left me feeling really relaxed. The office looked well kept, and freshly decorated for the upcoming holidays. Very easy to get in touch with the office as they answer their emails in a timely manner. I went to Satisfaction spa for men facial service and was impressed right from entering the place by the cleanness and atmosphere. This facial service included multiple steps and process such as facial massage, hydration, pores cleaning, mask, etc. I felt relaxed and great in every moment of the spa and definitely loved the final results!

Went to Satisfaction for the champagne spa package. I was really impressed with all of the treatments (massage, facial, pedicure) and came out feeling refreshed and relaxed. I definitely recommend treating yourself to a spa package for some much deserved self-care. Also a great value when compared to other spas in Toronto.

Loved this spa! The Champagne package for two package was just perfect for me and my girlfriend. Started with a pedicures, and finished with a facial and reflexology on my feet at the same time - wonderful experience. Just got home after a facial and I had to leave a 5 star review. I did a hydrafacial with Natalia and it was the best facial I have ever had. She took a look at my skin to decide what would work best which made the experience feel customized. With an amazingly relaxing face massage too. Can't wait to come back again!

The lady was rough removing my nail polish, she burned my finger nails twice, it took 90 mins for removal and application. The nails have all creases in them. Upon leaving she asked did I Want to book my next app. I politely declined, tipped and left. I won’t be back, really disappointing experience.

Natalia is a lovely and knowledgeable esthetician! Brazilian wax took 10 minutes max and virtually painless, the spa was spotless and well maintained, and I was given a post wax care plan . Lots of services to go back for - I'll be doing a facial and laser treatments! Would highly recommend!

Had a horrible brake out just a day or two after my facial here. Got my eyebrows done, they looked really good but didn't last. Why use cheap wax when the prices are so high? Not worth the price tag :(
