The quality and range of products has increasingly gone downhill throughout the years. The cashiers are alright but I only shop here since there's no other grocery store in Meadowbank. They don't carry basic things like contact lens solution and often the dairy products are expired.

While the prices are generally higher than those at Coles or Woolies, the exceptional customer service from Michail is what keeps me coming back. His kindness and genuine approach make shopping there worthwhile
