I do like doing my laundry here it is always clean and the people are friendly. I do have one complaint. I believe that the tv should be there for the customers to have something to do while waiting for their laundry but apparently it is there for the employees. Today the girl sat in a chair at the door the whole time me and another customer were doing their laundry and watched tv in another language so we could not even enjoy it or watch it as we could not understand. Even if she would have asked if we would mind or if there was something we would like to watch would have been nice. I could not wait to get out of there today. The ither customer did not even stay inside. He left to come back when laundry had to be changed from the washer to the dryer. Its not enough to stop me from coming here i just think there should be some consideration for the customer. Next time ill bring a book and sit in my car.

Service was great -- Unfortunately they lost my favourite pants. Definitely include a list of items if you use them. Edit: David was very helpful in attempting to locate my lost item. I would recommend this business, but please write an inventory sheet before sending clothes

Personal favorite location to go to. 24 hours for the time being until Thanksgiving was so convenient for me. Thank you. But overall clean well maintained machines.

I've been using their service for about 8 months. They're great, turnaround time is only a day and clothes are always thoroughly washed, folded and nice and soft!

Clean premises, great hours, all new machines and only 1 km away and the man who answered my call was very helpful.
