DISHONEST STORE PRICES ON CLEARANCE- FIX YOUR SIGNS AND STOP HUSTLING CUSTOMERS. Today, I was upset on how wrongly I was treated. When you put a huge sign stating 30% to 70% off on the CLEARANCE AREA. This area is usually dedicated for items on sale that wasn’t sold and now put on clearance for even more sale… this is always how it’s been and the fact the manager didn’t own their mistake of leaving the sign on and give the correct discount accordingly. However, they are selling all the items in the clearance area for regular price. Each item as you can see in picture was discounted around 10%. That was not red stickered clearance so I presumed there was a 30% up to 70% on top of the sale price. however they try and charge me the price on it and convincing me that was the sale. I had to argue that was not even close to 30%. Perhaps the supervisor or manager a gentleman came and put a 30% but on the regular price. Why when u should use the discount price. So where is the common sense of when you put an item that was a little discount on clearance, the sale applies to the last price, not the regular price. This doesn’t make sense and was my worst experience. I have purchased many times but this location is the worst one in terms on how they manage and treat customers.

Went to this store so that someone could and would help me buying a pair of Skechers that I usually buy at SportCheck. I went to the cash and asked if someone could measure my foot so that I would know exactly my size and the width I should buy. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. I was served by someone clueless of how to give these details, first he suggested that I try different sizes to find out my size, I strongly suggested that he should use the sizing tablet, which he did but didn't know how to read this tool. He stated that either an 11 or 12 would fit and said that he is guessing that my foot is regular width. GUESSING, what a joke. I left this store disappointed, might as well continue guessing my size and keep shopping at Sportcheck because their prices are significantly lower than this store. Now I know why this store is always empty, no service with inflated prices.

Good selection of shoes but got absolutely zero help from any of the four staff members. Not a single one even made eye contact with me in the whole hour I spent trying on shoes. And they walked right past me more than once so it wasn't a Covid distancing policy. It made me very angry considering the prices here are higher than the same shoe in other stores. I only bought it because it was the only place I could find the shoe I needed in all black.

I was disappointed, found a pair of shoes in the clearance section but when I went to checkout I was told the shoes were in the wrong box and were actually $25 more than I expected. Why is that my problem, at the time I think there were more staff in the store than customers, she then says to another cashier, yes a lot of them are mixed up. They're aware of the problem so I think I should have been offered the shoes for the price on the box.

This was my first time at a Skechers store. I stopped by with my sister to see about finding sneakers. I needed a wider shoe as sometimes my feet swell, as I find women's footwear weren't wide enough so I went with a man's shoe. Their staff were friendly and helpful. My sister also helped out as well in searching for shoes. I left happy as I found my pair of shoes and my sister was also able to find a pair of shoes for herself.

The staff did not greet anyone entering, or even if they passed by someone. At one point being the only one in store I had to walk across the entire place to ask for assistance. The one in charge (he was training another) confidently gave me a 100% wrong answer as after the interaction I found what I needed without their help. So check their website first to have in mind what you’re looking for as they are not helpful.

Horrible staff service.... Well only if you consider no staff service negatively . Looked like they were studying for a 'digital exam'. Practice trying shoes on while standing... very few benches to sit on to try fitting... it's a wareouse style store, so you would think they could put more out there. The only reason I went there was the selection of wide fit shoes.... go to another retailer if you want Skecchers.

Almost all shoes are memory foamed. Not every one wants memory foam. Its not made for people who have orthodics. And the little selection they had with non memory foam were either wayyyyyy too expensive or i didnt like them. Then they do back to school by one get one 50%... i walked out with one pair of sandals and not a second pair because all they had was memory foamed shoes. Do better.

My husband and I both found shoes we liked today and with the second pair being half price we felt we spent the right amount on each pair. There was a young worker at this location today, named Joe, who was a huge help to us both in finding what we wanted. Polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the stock, we appreciated Joe’s help very much.

Was at the store yesterday and Priyam couldn’t have been more helpful. He bent over backwards to find the right shoes for me. Needed shoes with arch and ankle support. Was getting worried because my size seems to be a popular size.but Priyam a sured me he would find them. As promised he did! Thank you! I will be back!

Best experience with Alexia. Huge store,didn't know what I wanted (shoes!) She said she could help me narrow it down, I was skeptical she could, but asked me a few questions and found and allowed me to try on at- least- a dozen pair,and I walked out with 2 pair, one 50% off, very happy with my purchases.

I received great customer service for the sales person Alexia. I was looking for a pair of Skechers for the treadmill and for walking my dog. She recommended a great pair of shoes. I was completely blown away with the vast variety of comfortable footwear available at this outlet. Even though I didn't find what I was looking for, this outlet has plenty of fantastic options for any occasion. Staff were present on the floor and attentive. Overall exceptional service.

The SKECHERS Warehouse Outlet offers great deals on a variety of shoes, including athletic, casual, and work styles. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is well-organized. The only downside is that the selection can be hit or miss depending on the day.

Bad staff they seemed to avoid our questions about products, I bought sneakers on Sale manufactured 3 years ago I only saw them at home, the other day I returned to return them, the rubber on the sole dries out in 3 years and does not absorb impact as it should

Customer service is nill. Friendliess from anyone who works there is far from acceptable, even during these times. I walked across the street and bought Skechers at another retailer. I won't be going back. And this was my first time stepping in the front door.

Had a great experience at this Skechers. There were many options and a very large variety of shoes to choose from. One of the staff, Alexia, was incredibly helpful in finding the shoes I was looking for and was very kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Not customer friendly at all. When I went, the store was not busy at all. There were 2 employees and the manager. None of them helped me and all the three were chatting. When I paid the bill, the manager was so rude. I wouldn't go to this store again

Very cold and boring! The design and the arrangement of the shoes are outdated and colorless. I was expecting more variety in an outlet, but I found what I was looking for in another store with just a couple of sketches of shoes.

Big store, little to no help out on the floor. You have to fumble through inventory your self. I even bought a pair of shoes there once that had 2 different sizes in the box. I noticed when I got home and returned them.

An impressive array of Skecher products. I only rate it a 4 because you have to search for the seats to try on the shoes...back, back,further... no not at the back and because they don't carry large size women's shoes.

Good shoes for the half of the price on the malls! A lot of options for all sizes! In the clearance you can find skechers for 20-30 dollars and in the other parts the majority were for 60-70 dollars

Excellent products, assuming you're okay with shoes that last less than 2 years. Great styles and very comfortable. The prices are what I would consider as high for moulded foam and plastics.
