Oh this review has been a loooooong time in the making!! Ryan has been assisting us in our Real Estate needs for a bit over 11 years now. I honestly could not speak higher of his professionalism, sincerity, competence, patience, understanding and deeper than superficial friendliness and compassion. We just sold our investment condo with Ryan. I had tried several months on several occasions to sell on my own but finally decided to give the reigns over to Ryan. He made a few suggestions to change the layout and lighting, re-listed and it was gone within a couple of days. No conditions, not even a viewing, for a very good price relative to the market and within our own set margins. It's worth noting this is quite an impressive feat for a condo. We have also spent many years (off and on) looking at potential homes to buy with Ryan but haven't found the perfect one yet (we love where we currently live but we're open to an upgrade if the right one comes up). He has been nothing but patient and understanding and has a very good handle in understanding our needs and what we are looking for. Finally, I must also point out that we have a wide net of friends who happen to include a lot of wonderful real estate agents. As great as they are, we have always chosen Ryan. I honestly could not recommend him highly enough, nor could I imagine any way he could be better at what he does. We also have people who are very close to us who tried other real estate agents and finally went over to Ryan. We contacted Ryan after being referred by a friend. We had unexpectedly stopped by an open house and instantly fell in love with the home. We knew there were going to be multiple offers so we needed an experienced realtor who could help us navigate this situation.
