I order a jacket online (over 200$). The package arrived while I was at work and the simply left it out on the door step in the open. When I arrived home the package was gone. Running room offered zero support and told me to order another jacket if I wasn’t happy. Next time I will simply order from amazon. At least they care about their customers.

Fantastic customer service. Brought in my third pair of a fantastic shoe I was using but which was causing me Achilles problems not experienced before (likely a manufacturing defect). Shoes were returned with no issue with credit applied to a new pair. Out the door lickety split and back running. Thank you for kitting me out quick - I'll be back!

After a 2 yr hiatus from running/gym cardio, I thought it wise to invest in a good pr of running shoes. I had always heard great things about The Running Room, and their knowledge about fit and functionality of running shoes. They did not disappoint; Diane provided outstanding service, taking the time to ensure that I left with a great shoe!

Went to the Slater Street location recently and had above and beyond service. The staff and store manager Justin were so helpful when the jacket I ordered didn't fit. They help me find a even better jacket for a comparable price. The staff here are very knowledgeable and I highly recommend checking them out for your athletic needs:)

The staff are great. They pay individual attention to every customer to help them find what they’re looking for and they’re sooo helpful. They may have a small selection of shoes, but all that really means is that they carry the best shoes from the best brands so you can trust that the shoes will be good. Absolutely recommend.

Amazing service! The guy (don't know his name sorry) who helped me was very knowledgeable and got me the best shoes I've ever had (since I have a sort of wide foot). Affordable for the quality and the running shorts were great for my race too!! Defintely coming again!

I came here wondering if they had SHOES and sure enough THEY DID!!! Staff was very helpful, got my last two pairs of runners there and was a quick and easy experience. Also donated my last pair to them as they run some kind of charity with used shoes apparently.

Had a very pleasant experience with the staff. The nice lady helped me pick out a running shoe, made recommendations to me as a new runner, let me know what to look for when it’s time to replace the shoes. She was very kind and knowledgeable.

Bought some earphones here today. The lady that was working was extremely nice, and trying to deal with a Karen while attending to other clients. She handled like a pro I would have punched that c in the face. Love my earphones thanks.

I have been running for 20 years. Of all the Running Rooms in Ottawa, the Slater location is the best. They know and love running, they have expertise and can relate to any issues you wish to address. High recommend these guys!!

The man helping me today was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I didn't get a pair of shoes today as I am very indecisive, but learnt a lot about what to look for in a good pair of shoes for me.

Great place. Great people. FREE running groups Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings. They also run multiple clinics for all levels of runners from "learn to run" to marathon.

If you are looking at buying 1 pair of shoes and someone else comes in to buy 2 pairs or shoes, don't expect any service. Very poor customer service from the older sales lady.

Staff is great until you have a complaint or product issue - then the district manager tries to make you feel like an idiot and refuses to acknowledge defective products.
