He was always available, patient, responsive, transparent, and did a great job showing us homes virtually! He would check out the properties before the virtual showing and would point out details that we wouldn’t have noticed via video. It was obvious that Hao had our best interests, as buyers, at heart. He was never pushy about submitting offers and never suggested any unreasonable offer that was more than the market value, so we didn’t go into any stressful bidding wars. He provided options and info about market value so that we were able to make an informed decision.
