On the 24th I called at 3:20pm to reserve my favorite strawberry shortcake pie. I got there around 5 only to be told by the girl that because that they sold it to someone else. I was very disappointed, she explained that because I didn't show up at 3 they sold it. I showed her my call log it was 3:20pm. She didn't have anything to say. She did offer a discount on a brownie cheesecake that I could not enjoy as I don't eat cheesecakes. The gentleman who was working did sell me a slice of the cake I wanted for 5$.. not sure I should have paid for it at all given they messed up my order and tried to blame me. If there's a next time that I order from this location I'll make sure they write the time I called. I would suggest any who wants to reserve do the same.

Service: TRASH The atmosphere is horrendous. We ordered after waiting 20 mins to be served and waited another 20-25 mins to receive a simple smoothie. One of the guys ignored us purposefully 2 times. The lady was extremely slow and dull. They were 3-5 in the kitchen and they were all chatting! Their group of friends sitting at the bar ended up bringing us water instead of the servers themselves. Please do better; asking for the minimum is something but receiving the worst service ever is something else.

Rockaberry Kirkland is a decent place to get your pie fix. We came here around June 2021 If you are planning on dining in. The service is decent. They don't check on. you often. Since it is understaffed it can be quite a task for them to be in. Also it feels like they do not seem happy to be there. Their pies are good though. I would recommend the Oreo cheesecake and Rockabrownie. Prices are reasonable and decent but it needs to be a little better selected. Other than that I would just get their pies for takeaway only not dine-in. But I will dine in if need be. This is a would recommend establishment.

What's going on with Rockaberries? It's unfortunate; the service is practically nonexistent. We waited at the entrance for a while, weren't seated, and had to find and clean a table ourselves. No one took our order at the table. The only time someone came is to bring our order… I understand these days staff is short but it would have been nice if someone had checked on us at least once. Disappointing experience, hoping it's not a recurring issue.

Despite the new renovation, the service and quality of food is still below that of other Rockaberry's in Montreal. Long waiting times to be seated and served even while the restaurant was empty. They are also often sold out of certain cakes and dishes. The service of the bar staff was excellent, but sadly most of the wait staff was unfriendly and rushed us through dinner. Overall, I was unfourtunately not pleased with the experience I received here at the Rockaberry's on St. Charles.

We tried so many pies the oreo cheesecake keylime rasberry apple crumbs and today we got the caramel fudge and the millefeuille. I was dissapointed about the millefeuille because i specifically asked the lady is it made with custard and she said yes. Unfortunately it is not. It is made with a mix of whipped cream and maybe a bit of crème patissière. And only 2 very very thin layers of puff pastry. Very dissapointed. 30$ gone to the garbadge

It's a fantastic coffee shop with excellent services, a clean area, a perfect drink, beautiful decorations, and a lovely staff. However, the only area of concern is the loud music that hinders communication. It forces customers to speak in raised voices, contributing to the overall noise level when seated near them.

Sure, service is slow-ish but they're busy and you can see all the employees doing their very best. Staff are super kind. This is probably the only place in the West Island where you can find decent 7$ drinks (I only remembered to take a photo after drinking half of it...). Deserts and shakes were great, didn't try the food yet.

I’ve been going to this location of Rockaberry for as long as I can remember. My family loves it here!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The slices of pie are massive and the atmosphere is very relaxed/chill. I love studying here.

GREAT SERVICE AND STAFF. everyone is literally so nice and they are always welcoming us with a smile on their faces. They are doing their best although they are under-staffed considering the restaurant is busy. James was the one serving our table and we always have great service from him. we are always satisfied with the service and we will definitely come back.

Ordered 2 Louisiana wrap and received 2 Louisiana on panini!!! Salad with out the dressing. If you order take out, make sure to check you are getting what you ordered. Disappointing for 50 dollars !! Should have gone to st Hubert.

Best place to study in the west! My sole issue with Rockaberrys is that the menu is not extensive enough. It’s either a meal or a slice of pie, but sometimes a girl just wants a croissant! If they added matcha lattes to their menu, I would give all my money. I’m not sure why people are complaining about students. It’s literally a cafe…

Cant go wrong with any of their selections! Classic Apple Crumble was sold out, so tried the Cinna Bun Cheese which tastes better than what youd imagine! Friendly service, even late in the evening.

I had not been to this location before (sources), so, based on first impressions, I definitely will be back. They had the oreo cheesecake I wanted, to celebrate hubby's birthday, even surprised me by asking if it was for a birthday and gave me a happy birthday accessory. Nice touch!! Thank you!! More

Best place to go to when you’re really craving for sweets! Delicious hot chocolate, blueberry crumble pie nice and warm, and brownie caramel cheesecake! Mmm!! I’m definitely going back!

The pies are good. The service unfortunately is not that expedient. I ordered a refill on my coffee waited over ten minutes only to find out the waitress had completely forgotten about it. The prices like the rest of them on the West Island are on the higher side.

My strawberry cake was amazing until……. I pulled a long, and I mean a good 12 inches out of it. Such a turn off. When I called and suggested that they wear hair nets, the manger Sarah said “we all pull our hair back”. SMH so no hair nets??! I will upload a pic.

Great place for simple meals and fantastic pies!!! Great service!!! Great value!

I used to be a regular, it's been about two years since my visit last night. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. It's newly (1 year) renovated. The pies are still decadent. There's a fine line between being annoying at the tables

It was a bad experience indeed! Three different orders and was all about bulk of sugar only! Waiter was rude ! She didn’t pay attention to what I was saying ☹️ she missed my order and didn’t change it.

Went to buy a whole cheese pie, and it's as good as before. The interior is nice and quiet, maybe a little too quiet...maybe it's off hours? I don't know. Will visit again. More

I should have just thrown out my 20$ I got the worst apple pie Ever, under baked and the taste was just awful!

As usual the pie is great! But the eat-in service is a bit slow at this location.
