I wouldnt be sharing this but it needs attention. I usually place order here and its around 40-50 dollars The food always seems to be nice but customer service is totally opposite. Today i placed an order for a personal pan with a drink as i was in a hurry and it was for myself only and the bill came to 7.35 after taxes. When i asked for 2 ketchup on side the lady told me it will be extra 2 dollar charge. And i asked her that u never charge for ketchup before, the dipping sauce i can understand. And she proudly say you have to pay extra for ketchup and smiled sarcastically. Its not about the extra charge but you guys should understand the value of customer towards your business model. The food was good no doubt but i didnt like the customer service and there are other locations too. And with this experience i probably won't be visiting anymore in this location.

Can we give a negative 10? The worst customer service ever. We ordered our pizza early so that our employees could have lunch at noon. In addition, we provided explicit instructions on how to find us because GPS does not work to find our location. We even discussed with the driver on three occasions how to get here because he used his GPS and was lost. Two hours later, not even a cold pizza and our guys returned to work hungry - we were told ... can't deliver your order because you are 14km away. I guess they should have told us that two hours previously. That was just an excuse - the pizza was in his car, we had talked to the driver three times. He was just lost. I would recommend no one order from Red Swan Pizza even if the reviews say it tastes good. Our guys will never know because they had to return to work hungry. The only good thing about this experience was that we didn't prepay.

Was impressed by the overall experience I had checked out the menu earlier and was ordering while riding with my son to pick up my wife from work the staff member was very nice and patient with me as I could not remember the menu while on the phone even called back to change the order to the Monday to Wednesday 3 medium pizza special. Pizzas were ready within 20 minutes. They were very good and the value ordering the special was a good deal with the prices of things nowadays. I will be back and would recommend to anyone as well.

Ordered 2 gluten free pizza's, which added up to over $50. They were so hard I couldn't eat the crust, next to no cheese or toppings either. Ended up throwing them out. Called to complain and they just said "yea well gf pizza's are always bad". Never would order anything here again! A burnt frozen pizza would even be better than the garbage they sell!

I have been going here once a week because I work nearby. It's USUALLY tasty and a good deal. Went in today, was charged $14.65 for the same pizza small pizza I always get(usually $8.95 + tax). When asked about it, I was told there is nothing they could do because I didn't specify I wanted the "pick up special" that is plastered all over their walls. I have never had to specify that before. Over 60% up charge for no reason.

Red Swan has great pizza here, and consistent with the other locations as well. The sesame crust really makes them stand out from other pizza places, as well as thier more unique flavoured combinations as well! You can still get the classics here, but if you're adventurous, do try out some of thier unique pies!

Came here for the first time. They had a special on, $3.95 for a 8" personal 2 topping pizza. Ordered online, picked it up, and ate it. It was good! Great for the price! The special I think was only on for a limited time. Regardless, great pizza!

This place has tons of pizza options including vegetarian and make your own pizzas. Store is very neat and clean. Service is awesome and the staff is very friendly. Their pizzas taste great. They also have a lot of kids options. Kids in my family loved their vegetarian pizzas. Must visit.

Great service, I ordered on skip and driver forgot the drinks, before I had even received my order an employee called to let me know my drinks were forgotten and told me he would deliver them. Decided to give this location another shot after a year or so that we stopped ordering from them. So I just ordered 2 Large pizzas 2 topping walk in deal.. Anyways, I asked him to make our butter chicken pizza in a certain way (no pizza sauce and sub with butter chicken sauce).. charged me extra, getting home, pur butter chicken pizza is Bone dry, and the chicken tasted funny, took it off and it smelled sour.

This location is delivers great service and food tastes awesome. They take extra steps to take care of your dietary restrictions if any. Staff is also very friendly.

Ordered from them twice now! Good pizza with an interesting sesame crust. They were cooked perfectly both times, first time we ordered a medium, this time we each got our own individual pizza. Their prices are great for the excellent quality you get definitely worth what they charge and more. Try them out of you are thinking of trying something new! Two thumbs for service and quality.

They have some of the freshest and unique combinations for pizzas. Delicious and ALWAYS fresh. The staff are accommodating too. Love the sesame seeds they add on to the pizza crust that makes it a not-another-boring crust.

I come here for lunch all the time and I love the pizza and nachos. Order through their site if you want the best results. Not sure if they still use skip any way but I think the food always arrived colder. I usually do pickup since I'm nearby though. Their pizza is a sesame seed crust which is pretty unique. Really good pizza!

Quite enjoy their pizzas after ordering from them a couple times. The sesame seed crust is unique and surprisingly good. Pizzas were delivered quickly, and no-contact delivery worked seemlessly with their website. Wouldn't hesitate from ordering from them again.

Tried Red Swan for the first time tonight. Absolutely delicious. The sesame seeds on the crust are a nice touch. Tuscan was my favourite. We ordered Tuscan, Hawaiian, and Pepperoni. My new go to pizza for take out.
