What can I say about the magnificent Charlie and her Red Fragrance team, but that 5 stars isn't enough! When you get compliments from your wedding guests that they haven't seen a venue look as magnificent as she made it look, then you know that it's been something really special. Not only did Charlie navigate the complexities of our requirements with a big smile on her face (including moving a large flower canopy between venues in 30+ degree heat), but her communication throughout the process was outstanding, and the quality of the flowers she sourced were beyond our expectations. All this despite little direction and just an overall vision of what we wanted. Charlie really is a standout in her industry and we couldn't recommend her enough! Thank you Charlie!

Wedding Florist Extraordinaire!! We reached out to Shaun to do the flowers for our wedding in May and he was beyond accommodating! Shaun and his team were so helpful, came along to appointments, incredibly flexible with last minute changes as brides do and did it all with a smile. Brilliant Brilliant brilliantcustomer service from the team here!! I came in not knowing really what i wanted, the staff were so helpful and friendly. They even went as far as delivering the flowers to my GF the next day free of charge at my specified time. She was delighted with the fresh flowers and 10 days later they have still not wilted and died (water changed every 2days) I will definitely use them again for my next big occasion. Highly recommend this florist to anyone.

Me and my partner came here to get flowers for Mother's Day and for the the good reviews. We understand it's the busy time as we waited in line. However we notice the customer service was provided to the people in front and to the people behind us. We surely were in the store for at least around 10 minutes but no-one came to our attention and provide any level of service to us. We feel rejected and utterly disappointed. Hope you do provide equal and fair customer service.

We ordered a simple bunch of sweet peas that were shown online - What arrived was different to what I chose - They did not deliver on the accepted delivery date Now they are arguing that this is MY problem - What is shown is not necessarily what they will deliver - It was a public holiday so they could not deliver I was not told of any of the above issues as I would have made alternative arrangements This is no way to run a business in this day or age

I was in yesterday to pick up a bunch of flowers for my friend's birthday and thought the shop was beautiful, very colourful. I was asked if I needed any help straight away and found a gorgeous bouquet all made up. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of work and art, they also were presented beautifully all wrapped up. So many people at the party asked where I had purchased them :-) very happy customer.

I have been in here a few times to get flowers for various reasons such as condolences, birthdays and client events. Each time I have found the staff to be arrogant and bordering on contemptuous. Maybe its because I am only ordering one bouquet at a time instead of placing a large order for wedding flowers. I will not be bringing my custom here again so many other florists who are happy to take my order

This florist is an absolute rip off. This bouquet was $65 and is so small. It literally is the smallest size, no bigger than the size of my hand. Photo doesnt really tell but just so you all know.
