I recently had the chance to experience Rebel in Toronto, and while the club boasts an impressive architectural design and structure, my overall experience was less than stellar. The very essence of a nightclub is its atmosphere, and unfortunately, Rebel fell short in several areas. To start with the positives, the aesthetics of the club are genuinely commendable. The intricate design and the well-thought-out layout made it clear that a lot of effort went into the structural planning. It sets an expectation for a premier clubbing experience. However, practicalities soon overshadowed these first impressions. The club's location posed significant challenges for those looking to get an Uber or Lyft, causing unnecessary inconvenience at the end of the night. Once inside, the extreme heat and humidity made it nearly impossible to dance and enjoy. The suffocating warmth was an unexpected damper on what should have been a lively evening. Service at the bar was another significant concern. With so many excellent venues around Toronto, one would expect Rebel to uphold a certain standard of service, but the bartenders seemed overwhelmed, resulting in less-than-satisfactory encounters. Additionally, our party was overcharged with a twisty fee (100 dollars), and despite the party running until 4:30 am, they stopped serving drinks post 2 am. This felt misleading and detracted from the overall value of the night. Lastly, the bathroom facilities were a disaster. Not only were the waiting times upwards of 30 minutes, but the conditions inside were also far from hygienic. For a club of Rebel's supposed repute, this was a glaring oversight. In summary, while Rebel has potential due to its structural design, the overall experience left much to be desired. Practical issues like temperature control, service, and facility maintenance need urgent attention for it to truly shine in Toronto's nightlife scene. I will never return to this club again.

Last night I went to Rebel nightclub. What an amazing experience! EVERYONE, from security to hostesses were very friendly and polite. I was there for the first time. Went through bottle service. At each check everyone explained where to go and was very professional and friendly. The private booth was in the Savage room. The employee assigned to us was at the top of his game. Incredible service. The room itself, the music was primarily reggaeton. It fills up around 1-1:30pm. The main room was rammed. It’s mostly a younger crowd, approximately late 20’s to very early 30’s. The one negative was getting to Rebel. There’s only one route in/out. Driving yourself and parking is a pain, ride share is probably best. It took 20 minutes to drive 1km. If you take a Lyft there, at the end of the night I recommend walking to the lakeshore. There’s an unofficial ride share pickup location. It bypasses all of the traffic coming out. I don’t recommend the taxis or ppl saying they are lyft/Uber when you come out. They are a rip off. I recommend trying this club if you’re looking for a good time, like a variety of music, and want to be around a positive crowd.

If you're looking for a great place to spend a night out, Rebel is definitely worth checking out. The security at the door and inside is professional and unobtrusive, and prices for drinks are what you'd expect. Also, all of the servers were really fast and friendly, making for a great experience overall. One of the standout features of Rebel is the incredible view of the Toronto skyline. The club is located on the waterfront, providing a stunning backdrop for any event. Additionally, the layout of the venue is well-designed, with multiple levels and plenty of space to spend your time and move around. The main downside to the location is that there's no public transportation nearby, which can be inconvenient for those relying on transit. Ride-sharing services may have difficulty accessing the area, especially at the end of the night when crowds are leaving the venue. If you're considering taking a city bike, be aware that bike share stations may fill up quickly and the closest station is about a 20-minute walk from the club, so plan accordingly. Overall, Rebel is a fantastic option for anyone looking for an upscale entertainment experience in Toronto. The combination of great music, friendly staff, and the view make it a night to remember. Just be sure to plan your transportation accordingly to avoid any issues.

If you're looking for an incredible night out with exceptional service, Beryl is the one to see at Rebel Nightclub!

First time at this venue to see the Ice Nine Kills :Fear premier show. Parking is right beside the venue so it was perfect! Was 25$ cash or debit for that. The venue itself was impressive. I was thinking it be a small one, but the size was good. Has floor and balcony area. The floor part definitely gets crowded so if you don't like close proximity best get mezzanine seating. There's seats in the back of the venue (big booths) if you wanted to sit. Drink wise, quite expensive. For a double drink was $22 dollars and for a bottle of water was 6. So if you came and want drinks be prepared for that. Otherwise show was AMAZING. Venue gave a great atmosphere. Def would go back..even if we have to deal with Toronto traffic to get there (from London). Also, night time perfect spot to walk behind the venue if you want a Toronto skyline picture!

My wife and I attended Steve Angello. We are from Buffalo, Canada in general is much nicer than America. The people, the places, the general attitude, all superior. This place, is fabulous. I sat with my toes in the pool drinking until I had a nice buzz, then the atmospheric dancers started dancing on life guard chairs. It was full of beautiful women for my wife to pull for us. There was plenty of space, tables chairs, benches. There was adequate staff. Some of the bar tending staff were straight 10's wearing white bikinis and being distressingly beautiful. Everyone, starting with the parking gate guard, and ending with security were super professional and polite. I have 100 other nice things to write, I will save it. Go here.

It's a cool place, as a club. Do NOT attend a concert here. We saw Motionless in White here and it was not great. It was overcrowded for the size of the actual pit. If you're far in the back by the bars and seats, you can barely hear anything as the sound is fairly exclusively in the pit. Secondly, the stage is too low. It needs to be a good 3-4ft higher! You can't see anything, and I stand at 6ft. My girlfriend at 5'3" can't see a thing, nor can anyone else under 6'5". The stage is just too low. This place being so overcrowded in such a tight area, with no pit barriers on the left and right side, made it feel like you could not get out of the pit even if you wanted to. Very poor layout for a metal concert. Be mindful of all of this before you spend your money to see your favourite band at Rebel, unfortunately.

I've been here many times over many years, it is one of the nicest nightclubs in all of Toronto, the crowd depends on the event, but the establishment itself is incredibly world-class and mint. The lighting is some of the best I've seen, I've had some great times here. Obviously the drinks are overpriced, it's a club, but overall it's a nice place and it's definitely worth a visit if you're here in Toronto. They have such a high eclectic mix of events that go on here, there's something for everyone eventually. Parking in this area is a struggle, they do have on-site parking that you can pay for, but if you look hard enough you should be able to find free parking.

The worst crowd, worst workers, worst treatment, everything here is designed to make you have a bad experience, long security lines made on purpose to offer line cutting for 20$,expensive drinks amd coat check, multiple cases of assault qnd harassment with security that doesn't care, attended a concert there and it was very poorly organized and overcrowded. attended a normal weekend night and it was no different, attended a famous DJ set and? you guessed it, still horrible, just take your money elsewhere to Vertigo or Coda maybe, it's just not worth it anymore.

I do enjoy the music at Nightclub Rebel! The ambiance is fantastic, especially with its spacious patio, which I absolutely love. While the parking passes can be a bit pricey ($30 for the night), arriving around 10 PM ensures a great spot near the club. Tickets to the club depends on the event, ranging around $30-$40. The only drawback for some individuals might be the cost, but the experience and atmosphere make it worth it. A great place to enjoy the night, especially if you're a fan of good music and a lively atmosphere!

Wow! What an incredible venue. Every single one of the staff we encountered- were absolutely wonderful. The bathrooms were clean- the bar staff were quick and so friendly. What a great first concert for my kid! Thanks for the great core memory ♡ Also the view is breathtaking from the very comfortable patio, the lighting and sound system is phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this venue!

This was a pretty nice venue. I went there for a show with a sizable crowd. The security was efficient and the line to get in moved pretty quick. The venue itself was nice. There was good ac, the sound quality was pretty good, and the lights were amazing. Parking seemed to be pretty hard to get near the club (alibet there was tons of construction going on around the club when I was there), so I would recommend parking else were, and either walking or ubering to the venue itself.

Went here for a Tash Sultana concert. King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard before that. Review only reflects concert days. Atmosphere gets 5 stars because the stage is very short person-friendly. Good acoustics too. The view of the city skyline from the patio makes it different from any other concert venue and (presumably) nightclub in the city.

Crazy atmosphere. First concert I had ever been to like that. It gives a completely different experience and 100% beats a standing concert. Love how you can start at the back of a crowd and finish in front. People were def on top of one another though.

Went to the P1Harmony concert there and found the venue very enjoyable! There was good airflow and AC so I never felt too hot, even wearing pants. They were selling water and it was cold which I was glad about! Sound quality was very good as well!

So fun! Security was nice, as were the wait staff and coat check people. I went for an EDM show and there was no dress code which was a 10/10. Also waters were $6 and coat check was $4

First time coming here and it was to see Central Cee!!! It was hella crowded (as expected) and the men here aren’t too bad/creepy. Just beware of your bags/purses because this place is notorious for pick-pocketers
