I have visited several Superstores in Winnipeg since 2003 and the one on Bison is by far the best. They price match if you find anything lower priced elsewhere. They pretty much carry everything you need for the house. In the last several years, they have renovated well and also their product line has significantly improved to include multi-ethnic foods. Chinese and East Indian produce and products are certainly on the rise. Seems like they have done their demographic marketing research of the area quite well. The only thing I would say that stops them from getting a 5-star from me is their customer service. While they have several of them at the check-out counters, I hardly find them available in the regular isles outside of produce sections. If they can improve that, I would certainly give them my full 5-stars. Good job guys.

Reasonably clean, huge parking lot, lots of checkouts open so short lineups. I loathe Superstore, because the Weston family is getting richer by underpaying staff and overpricing groceries. Low limits for purchasing sale products - what if you have a big family? Poorly labeled pricing (eg tag says $1.49 in large font, then much tinier below it says when you buy in groups of six, otherwise $2.99). Even with their low limits, sale products are usually out of stock, even first thing in the morning. I like to shop Canadian, but don't like Superstore at all. I only go there for the couple of things I can't find elsewhere, and for the occasional irresistible sale items (which are rarely available). But as far as Superstores go, this one is fairly nice.

Busy place on the weekends. Best ti go early in the morning (they open at 7am) if you want to get in and out fast. Prices are better than most other grocery stores. If you collect PC points you can get discounts on products and for every 10,000 points you get $10 off. If I do a grocery shop for $250, I can usually earn about 20,000 points. Besides groceries they have kitchen items small appliances, clothes, kids toys, etc. There is a pharmacy, glasses, liquor store, and mobile shop. Been going to Superstore for 20ish years.

For a place I've been shopping at for the past 6 years, my past two grocery visits have been very unpleasurable. Don't get me wrong, it's not the place but the people. My last two visits to the self checkout has been met with discrimination (probably racism). It's unbelievable that I have to be a certain way for the workers at the self checkout to talk politely and be treated with respect. Definitely my last visit to this superstore location if I ever have to.

I have been a steady customer since they opened.Super friendly and courteous staff; quick and effective service and problem resolution. Outstanding services for the handicapped - electric carts are usually always available. The rudest and insensitive people are other customers.

I use this shop a lot and mostly like it. It is very busy and has a wide variety of items. They seem to either have ordering problems or supply chain issues though because they run out of very normal items like Dempsters bread, onions, and brown sugar.

Absolutely Horrible place. I usually shop at Walmart or Save on Foods. Service is below standard. Very bad lighting. Pricing is hard to see. Specially Customer Service staff at the till was mannerless and useless. Wouldn’t go there again for sure.

For how crowded and unpleasant the experience is I'd go somewhere else. Staff are payed poorly and it showns in customer service. Expected with their poor pay which is fine. Can't expect low wage employees too care much.

I was impressed with the quick check out especially for a Saturday afternoon. I've been to all the superstores in winnipeg and this was the fastest by far. The store also has a huge selection of everything.

Went through cashier check out. Cheerful fellow Joey put through my groceries quickly & efficiently! He rang through article I had a price question on & helped with answering questions I had. Good service.

I had been asked to review this earlier. The store had what I needed. My daughter did not. In the week since, there has been no reply from the store about items it lists as in stock but are not.

This is my regular store that is used for top-up items. I found what I wanted, paid for them, and left without any issues. The staff and Manager are very helpful at this location.

Real Canadian Superstore is an excellent place for everyday groceries. There are also thousands of items available at relatively cheaper prices than other malls or stores.

Too many crazy shopper. Most workers are unfriendly. Long lines. Overpriced items prices change to often 80% of new items are not in stock

This gentleman very rude and very lazy. He even do not want use his hand to touch the stuff. I really do not know why he can stand here

Some shelves bare. Not stocked. I drove to another Superstore just to buy salt. And, sometimes no bottled water.

Years ago I said keeping stock was an issue... Still is. They're out of garlic. GARLIC! who runs out of garlic!?

Mostly good experience in this store. My only complaint is that it's very hard to find someone to assist you.
