Absolutely no respect for the time of patients. This has been my family doctor for almost 20 years. Even after moving to Milton, we wanted to stay with this doctor/clinic. Two weeks ago I booked an appointment for a 2-step TB test. I show up for my *first* appointment and the front desk tells me they never received the TB test. No phone call or alert to tell me that I wouldn’t be able to perform the test. I scheduled my entire day around this appointment and drove an hour from Milton to get here. Will be moving to a new family doctor who respects their patients.

This place overbooks patients. Waiting is like watching grass grow. While you're waiting and notice over an hour went by you see the doctor conversing with someone he used to go to school with! Hello you have sick people out here! To top it all off, the doctor is not that friendly and doesn't give a professional opinion. I only came here because the place I would normally go to is not open Mondays. Avoid this place if you are searching for a nearby clinic or if you're a current patient. The overbooking and lack of service is abuse to the Health Care system.

I really like the doctor (in this case Dr Bector) very caring and extremely professional. Very helpful. I would recommend this place and the doctor to anyone looking for a good doctor. (sometimes the waiting time is a bit more)

This clinic can care for your entire life, if you can just have enough patience to sit and wait in the waiting area, regardless of what time your appointment was booked.

Horrible Indian receptionist, I'll mannered, unprofessional and very rude! I even made a Stern Complaint to the office. Unfortunately no action taken.

Unprofessional receptionist can not see Dr Becter have to see one of his assistant. Why?. Dr Becter need to read his review from patients.

No answering calls, not responding to emails, was ok when they do see you, overall, not recommended.

Staff and Doctors are friendly and professional. Definitely recommending this!

Doesn't matter what time of day to call, can't get hold of a live reception.
