Ramonhalal Ça me brise le coeur de faire une review google, mais je souhaite qu'ils s'améliorent, j'ai été toute ma vie à ce restaurant, j'allais acheter des pitas au poulet quand j'avais 12 ans. Mais là.. je pourrais parié qu'ils ont changés de propriétaire, à l'origine c'était un grec qui avait ça, donc evidemment pas de problème avec le porc... donc il y avait des plats de souvlakis, du bacon, du bon pepperoni, et depuis moins de 10 ans du porc effiloché. C'est finit tout ça, j'ai l'impression qu'ils souhaitent changer de clientèles. Ça la commencé avec une pizza gastronomie 1 ou 2(celle qui est supposer avoir du BACON), j'ai remarqué que c'était du bacon de dinde qui goutait le carton, ensuite le pepperoni était plus le même et goutait aussi le carton. Ensuite c'était les frites qui étaient plus les mêmes et était surcuite. Après c'était le porc effiloché qui en avait plus mystérieusement alors que de toute ma vie, ya JAMAIS rien qui a manqué au Ramona. Ça me rend triste de ''blaster'' un commerce local, y'en a pas beaucoup dans le coin a part la crèmerie, la boulangerie pis le resto chinois. Mais je refuse de croire que le proprio original du ramona aurait accepter de servir du carton à ses clients et de transformer le ramona en resto hallal. Sur une note positive, leurs ailes de poulets sont exceptionnels encore(c'est pas du porc soooo ça va)

Trust me, si j'aurais pu mettre zéro voir moins 10 étoiles je l'aurais fait!!! Je passe ma commande en ligne et reçois la confirmation. Devrait arriver dans 40 mins. Super. UNE HEURE ET 15 MINS plus tard toujours rien. Moi qui avait choisi un resto que je pouvais commander en ligne pcp je voulais pas appeler, non seulement j'ai dû appeler 6-7 fois avant qu'on me répondre, au final je me suis fait dire qu'ils n'avaient pas reçu ma commande et qu'ils livrent pas dans mon coin, alors que j'avais reçu une confirmation et numéro de commande!!!! Et leur resto est dans un dépliant distribué dans mon secteur, mais ils livrent pas dans mon coin?!?! C'EST DON BIN CAVE TBK!!!! Mais le pire c'est vraiment le fait qu'ils aient pas reçu ma commande et livrent pas dans mon coin alors que j'avais eu la confirmation et un numéro de commande!!!

Like almost everything these days , this place used to be good, as in past tense. Just ordered for the 1st time in years and asked for a well done pizza , received a severely under cooked one despite having a pretty thin crust. The super special , all dressed with italian sausage, onion, and hot peppers. Despite the massive amount of toppings it was pretty much flavourless. Flavourless dough that seemed like something from a frozen pizza..flavourless italian sausage and pepperoni. Having been rushed through the oven , the barely cooked veggies and soggy , uncooked dough .. will not be ordering again. Wrong drink delivered as well and no ketchup as requested.

The cajun fries are amazing. They're basically homestyle fries with spices on them, 10/10 The wings were on the dry side, but have tones of flavor. 9/10 The onion rings are garbage, frozen and soft. 4/10 The pizza. Put on your life jackets, it's sauce time. Seriously, the cheese was good, the crust was nice and crispy, but the sauce man. It was amazing. And they put gallons of it on the pizza. Good place, gonna order pizza from there from now on

Avant la pandemie tout etais si bon. Je ne sait pas si ca été vendu ou changer de chef ou de produits mais ce n'est plusbla bonne pizza et bons sous-marins et spaghetti qu'on na connus. Le gout de la sauce à pizza a changer. Jaimais bien la sauce avec la canelle qui donnait un bon gout a la pizza et au spaghetti . Hier a été la derniere fois que j'ai apeller car me faire passer du Balloney au lieux du bacon cesr rire de nous et pe gout dla sauce etais si piquante .Non cest terminer.Dommage.

Livraison assez rapide. La pizza n’était pas très bonne. Pâte à pizza est comme si on achetait des croûtes déjà fait dans le rayon du congeler à l’épicerie. La garniture était simplement correct. Goût correct mais rien d’extra aussi bien acheter une pizza dans le rayon du surgeler à l’épicerie vous allez sauver beaucoup d’argent. En plus, j’ai commander une frite large et j’ai reçu une petite.. mais les frites goûtaient bonne.

A friend recommended I call this place. I ordered a Quebecoise Poutine and a Lasagna tout garnis with garlic bread. When the food arrived, there was no garlic bread and the poutine was just normal. When I called to complain, I was jerked around and they ended up passing me to someone in the kitchen. Why do I need to speak with someone in the kitchen? The food isn't too bad, not the greatest, but not complaining. Service was absolutely terrible. Will never order again.

La livraison a pris 1h15 et on m’avais dit 45 min au téléphone, j’ai commandé une pizza à l’ail, mais j’ai juste reçu un gros tas de pâte à pizza pas assez cuite enveloppé dans un papier d’aluminium et ça goûtais pas du tout l’ail, juste un morceau très épais de pâte avec un peu de fromage dessus. Très décevant comme expérience.

Worst food experience in while cost me 25$ with tip for bread and lettuce...had 3 4 piece of meat in my 16inch sub ....if inwasnt at work I would bring it back....... never again Ne vaut pas la peine$$....portion derisoire.....4 ou 5 morceaux de viande dans un sous marine 16pouce si je n'etait pas au travail je ramenerais la commande...plus jamais!

Absolutely disgusting food, except for the pizza that was "ok" at best. Prices are very high, and they do not have a 2 for 1 deal...lol? We ended up paying close to 30$ for an ordinary pizza (we asked cheese only, they gave us all dressed), horrible chicken wings and a poutine with questionable cheese. Do NOT throw your money at them.

Je suis un fan des frites et de la Pizza de chez Ramona. Le proprio toujours souriant et avenant avec les clients nous donne envie de retourner commander chez lui. C'est un service de livraison essentiellement car le restaurant est très petit.Vous pouvez neanmoins passer prendre votre commande. Bonnes quantités.

Avant super bon, depuis des mois c'est dégelasse, dernière commande, ont a retrouver de la moisissure dans la pizza, une classic avec bacon, mais sans piment, un extra de champignon et du bacon qui ressemble a du steack haché tout gris. Le patron est un mal polie qui ce fou des clients.

Pour ceux qui ce demande c'est quoi leur bacon .... Très simple du baloney en tranche passé à la friteuse..... Ça s'appelle voler le monde solide pi criss que c'est dégueulasse !!

J’aurais mis 0 étoiles mais j’aurais pas put écrire d’avis! La pire des pizza jamais mangé! Pas de sauce ou presque pas ,j’aie demandé un extra peperoni et ils ne l’on pas mis et jaie payé 34,70$ pour une pizza moyenne. Absolument infecte!!!!!!!

i've been a customer here for nearly 20 years and i must say this place has been on a steady decline for many years now. prices have consistently gone up (every six months) and quality has seriously and steadily suffered. Never was a 2-4-1

La poutine était vraiment pas fraiche, sauce brune dégueulasse, frite cuite au moins 8 fois, fromage en grain presque inexistant et pas frais. Tant de livraison super long, le service assez compliquer, au moins, le livreur était aimable.

Never buy anything from this restaurant bcz they are liers bacon pizza supposed to be with real bacon but they use chicken halal becon and the way they make food inside the kitchen is shameful so be careful everyone before you order.

Previous experiences have been some of the best food I've had in the neighborhood but today took close to 2 hours to deliver my order and it was cold and chewy when it finally got here, feels like I got robbed of my time and money.

Bad delivery service I gave them 3 chances. 1 time snow . 2 time construction 3 time snow ( you know we live in Montreal , you have to know how to be on time or close to it but 1hour late!?! )

The food was nothing remarkable but the service is good. Nobody was wearing a mask when I went, not the cashier nor the cooks but they did ask for my vaccine passport to sit inside and eat.
