This Rona is our favourite neighbourhood store. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, from Lumber to Hardware. We just purchased a clothes dryer from Pragna in Appliances. Great service, managed to find a dryer that suited our needs that was in-stock and ready for delivery as it was an emergency purchase, plus it was on-sale; bonus!

Would love if they were actually open during the hours posted. Granted it was close to closing time but I needed a pack of screws and there was five minutes to close and the manager wouldn't let us in. The employee at the lumber departments are so bad. They have horrible attitude when you just ask them to find out the height of a product and even call me an idiot. Totally rude and unacceptable. Hope this company closes down with this attitude.
